Everything went great! We set out to shop at 3 different stores. They were our first and last. From the friendly greeting in the showroom by Husain to the beautiful bubbles in the back yard by Steve and Oscar. Husain was amazing in our search. He helped us to find what would suit us just fine. He was honest about the delays in special orders due to Covid. Fortunately we were excited about one we found in the showroom. He came out to the house to check the location to make sure it would be ok. Steve and Oscar brought it out to us in the time frame promised. The were friendly and walked us through every step. They installed the cover lifting arm (highly recommend purchasing one) and showed us how to use it. They were able to explain why certain things were happening as the process of starting one up is more than just turning it on. We are so happy to purchase our Marquis spa from Backyard and Home. From sales to delivery and setup was great. Due to covid we had to wait for the color of our choice but came in sooner than we were told. Definitely the right place to purchase a spa. We are in the process of buying a patio cover from them as well.

We are married to this place. Great selection of pool supplies. Probably the largest pool supply store I have seen. They had a great price on chlorine tablets. Picked up 4 buckets before the price goes up.

We finally made a deal with BACKYARD AND HOME to buy the coast spa. They gave us a discount to trading our old hot tub which we had just got serviced and working again. They had one on the floor which we like and available for delivery. We got it right away. Great staff great service. Removing our old spa and putting the new one in place was a challenge. Danny and Jason made it look so easy. These guys are awesome. Next project is a swimming pool. We are defintely going here.

These guys are busy and I can see why. From the very start, Backyard and Home was very helpful. Husain at the showroom explained everything we needed to know, he was very informative and did not pressure us at all. A few weeks later Anthony and Dillon showed up to install our gas fireplace insert. Turns out installing the unit in our existing fireplace was not so simple, but Andrew assured us you will be enjoying your fireplace today. True to his word, by late evening I was enjoying my fireplace with a glass of wine. Anthony explained how to use it, clean it and also discussed adding a remote. They left my home clean and nicer than it was thanks to my new fireplace insert.

Really helpful! Went in with a wrong O-ring for my sand filter. Douglas took the time to type in the right part number and gave me the right O-ring and was on my way.

Gas insert purchased. Installed 3 weeks later. Received my $3000 rebate 3 weeks after installation. Smooth operation. Bought one with remote control. Made the right decision. Now I just gotta workout more since sitting on the couch playing with the remote.

I was getting my car serviced next door and I saw their hot tub sign. Since I had about an hour wait, walked around the corner to the store. WOW, never thought Id see a beautiful showroom inside here. Me and my husband were thinking about a spa for sometime now since we werent planning on traveling for a while. Purchased the spa they had in stock. Got it delivered in 2 days. It has been a great experience. They also have a large pool supplies area so from now we will be coming here for that as well.

My wife and I visited Home and Backyard and with the help of Husain we purchased a Coast spa. He said it would ship on February 24th which it did the following Friday it was delivered Steve and Oscar did a great job placing it. The following day RJ the electrician showed up and finished the connection. Husain came to the house that evening and showed us how to run it. That evening we were in it and haven`t missed a day of using it. The spa really adds to our backyard and the whole process was painless. I feel like I got a good deal and by the way Gino kept me updated on the delivery. Great experience!

We were convinced by Hussain to buy a gas insert for our home. Hussain sold it saying we would receive a $3,000 rebate by mail but to give him a $3,000 check now and he would hold it and not deposited until you received the rebate! “You have my word” I won’t deposit until you call to confirm the rebate check arrived. Check never arrived but guess what?? They deposited the check and it hit our account at the worst possible time! I called Hussain to ask why he lied! He said” They were not supposed to deposit that I will call you right back” never heard from him EVER again!! Stay clear of this place unless you want to be scammed I take it as a 3 K lesson.

We were in need of a pellet stove for our cabin. We went to Backyard and Home and spoke with Husain. We found him extremely helpful and knowledgable and purchased one from him. He made sure we got a good deal and took care of the rebate our area was giving. We are very happy with Husain, the service we received and the pellet stove we purchased and would highly recommend this store. Dont forget to ask for Husain.I would also like to talk about the installation. Anthony was amazing. He came out to our cabin during a snow storm and installed the pellet stove. Unfortunately he did not have one of the pieces he needed to complete the installation due to the height of our previous stove and where the exhaust was. Even though the roads were icy and he was not in the appropriate vehicle for this weather he stayed late to find a temporary solution providing heat for the night. He then came back through the ice the next morning to complete the installation. We could not have been more impressed. Thank you Anthony.

We recently had a swimming pool put in our backyard. It looks amazing. From start the finish the process was great. I have seen other jobs where the pools looks nice but the plumbing and equipment area is not the best. Our equipment area looks phenomenal. Very organized and straight lines. We got the automated system which can be operated wireless. We just found out they do patio covers and guess where we will be buying from.

Had a great experience with Doug. He was super busy and swamped when we went in. Yes, we had to wait our turn for him to help us, but when he did, he tried to do the best he could to help us. He is a very hard working employee. He is pretty knowledgeable after only working there a year. I would recommend him highly!

Bought a doughboy pool here a few weeks ago. I was just informed that it will be an additional few weeks. I was very angry. The reason for the 5 stars is because the kid that called me was so polite and explained to me whats going on, I was thoroughly impressed. I demanded to get the phone number for doughboy and called them myself. Looks like swimming pools are in huge demand. I decided to keep my order. He promised me some thing like a solar ball chemical that will heat the water to extend the swimming season. We have not even had our pool installed yet and their customer service has been exceptional. Something unique he offered was that he would be open to discuss if we wanted to have a pool party we might be able to host it there.

The pool guys was professional, very respectful and fast putting up the pool. Next perches I want the same guy in my house. I did a very good choice of going to backyard and home.

We are very happy with our wood stove, which was installed by two men who worked hard until the job was done. Qrest or Skydiver was very knowledgeable and helpful when we placed the order. Perhaps due to the holidays there was a long delay until we received our wood stove. Nevertheless, we recommend this business for their quality of workmanship.

Bought a sand filter system for an Intex pool. Could not figure out how to attach the hoses. Called them and they were very helpful. They said I needed an adapter to to convert the connection. I got pretty upset and told them they should have said something before I left the store. He reminded me about the free chlorine so it was not a total waste of time next day. They took the time to explain how to attach the fittings. I left happy.

The Hotspring Jetsetter is an amazing spa. Its very comfy for 2 and we use it everyday. They were very good at helping us select the right hot tub. The previous company that used to be here I used to do business with them and they were also very nice. They have several new people who are very knowledgeable. Considering buying a gas insert here.

I was interested in a fireplace insert. I looked on line and they showed Econo Air and Home Leisure Superstore. I had major problems with Econo Air in the past and no way was i going to ever step foot in that store again....... So, i went to Back Home and Yard Wow... What a show room, they have everything. I was greeted as soon as i walked in. I explained to the gentleman what i was interested in and he referred me to Irene. Love her. She showed me the fireplace inserts and i had showed her the one i was interested in. I was new to this stuff so she explained it all in detail. I was sold. Paid right then and there. A week later the fireplace guy Jonathan which is a super nice guy was in my home converting my old fireplace to the new fireplace(insert). He explained it all to me and disposed of my old one. Job was done. Looks beautiful. I am so excited i can not wait til the cold weather sets in so i can use it. You will be amazed at the difference, should you decide to change yours like i did mine. This company is well worth it . The company itself, the people that work there. They go the extra mile. That means a lot to me. The prices are unbelievable too.
