They never answer the phone
Over the phone and online payments are a hassle and take forever, not to mention that they use two separate banks so if you lose your card or account info good luck doing anything involving your account online or on the phone. They just send you in circles. Need anything done go to their store.

My partner and I were so happy to have gotten help from the Assistant manager, Marcie. She is always beyond helpful and positive energetic. I was so happy to have been serviced by her. She took care of us with my promise ring, the diamond fell out and well long story short, the fee we were going to have to pay was completely taken care of because of someone’s mistake and it wasn’t because she took care of us with a reasonable fee; it was because of how she talked to us, how patient and understanding she was with both of us. Marcie, is the perfect person to go to for anything! She is so pleasant to talk to as well (:

Jewelry ok, but TERRIBLE customer service. And too me, thats the most important factor before and after a purchase. Im sure you can get the same quality product with better customer service. I have reported the same employee twice to corporate and the manager, and hes still there, so what does that tell you????? Try another place!!
Love the jewelery I purchased here. Had some custom work done with a necklace even and the jewelers are always helpful to me and make it a quick easy experience.
Very angry at this store we went to buy a bridal set here and we wanted to get it on credit I wanted to know if i could get it on credit They said they can check for me so they would check if I could get approved and I just wanted to know if I would qualify for the credit and I said ok I wanted to know before I chose the exact ring that I wanted at the end I said that there was no ring that I liked and it wasn’t what I was looking for and they told me that I already had my credit card opened with them and that I had to get something from them which made me and my partners angry because they did not tell us that by them checking if I qualify I would open up the credit when I specifically told her I was just looking around and just wanted to know if I could do it in credit by the time I left they didn’t give me any information for my credit card and I had to call 3 times to cancel the card because I was not going to use it after what happened and my credit score went down because of it
Excellent customer service by Fernando Sanchez, definetly recommend going to him when in store. Very profesional, outgoing & helpfull. Helped us find just what we were looking for in our price range. Very optimistic guy, he approached us trying to help us find what we needed not just trying to sell a product.

I was approved for a credit card 2 days later after I had to lease it. I returned it and upgraded but lost my down payment. They work with a lazy bank who doesnt process paperwork correctly. Dont go in the night! Regardless if you have outstanding credit you wont get approved right then and there. Staff is friendly, Jewelry is okay.
Went and did a checkup on my wifes jewelry and had great customer service and too just a couple of minutes to check and clean.

I bought a ring from them in Dec. They had to have it sized so they sent it out. They said it would be ready on the 3rd of January then they called and said it couldnt be sized that small and they would have to make a new one. That it would be ready on the 13 of January so I called to see if it was in and they gave me the run around said they would check the order status and call me back so far no call I called them again got an answer like oh well it shows its been ordered and on rush then a pause um well it looks like I think it should be ready March 1. What they are so un professional. Do not give them your buisness. Now I have to go and fight to get my money back sick we already payed for the ring.
I want to give minus 5 stars!! i had a very bad experience here. i went in with my engagement ring on wanting to resize it a half size bigger just for my own comfort. i had injured my hand so my fingers were a little swollen i could not take my ring off like i normally can. its a platinum band with a solitaire diamond just over a carat. i asked how much to resize it and can they resize it. the man told me how much and that off course they can resize it. he then cut the ring off my finger after hurting me and gauging up my band as it looked like he didnt know what he was doing. then told me they wont resize it because i would have to pay them to reset my daiamond first. i was furious and went off on him. he then told me i can take my ring anywhere and they will tell me the same thing. i told him i would not have allowed him to cut my ring if that was the case! he then said i wanted him to cut it off. the audacity of him! i became beyond furious at this point and the manager came over to me. i told her the situation and then stated i could have waited for the swelling to go down and then took my ring off and had it resized if i was told that information first. i also stated that was BS. info he gave me. the ring was not affecting my finger in any way having it on. she then assured me that she can have it resized that it was not a problem that he was just recommending i have it reset and i told her in front of him that he stated i had to do it or you guys wont touch my ring. and then he says how my band is scratched up after he was the one who did it cutting it off. this was when i shouldve took my ring and ran. the manager assured me everything will be ok and wrote the receipt for my ring to be resized then they tell me 7-10 days and now its been over two weeks and i still dont have my ring. when i check in on it theyre rude and give me attitude. i will never do business with them again. thats what i get for taking my ring to them instead of going back to the original jewelry store it came from in beverly hills. it was just easier to go there. i thought they would be professional as ive had great experiences from the one in torrance ca. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I love how friendly and helpful all the girls are personally, my language is Spanish and there are employees that speak Spanish very kind, especially Jessica and Kelly, very nice and helpful, excellent employees, and they come back when I need a new jewel😁👍
