Managers were very rude when it came down to do a return but when doing a purchase the encourage you to buy extra boxes because you can always return them. They also have no communication with each other they did not give the full amount that we paid for and when confronted about it didnt say anything

Very knowledgeable staff willing to help accommodate any budget. Giant showroom with many kitchen and bath mock-ups to help visualize your remodel. Buying the material was the easy part. Time to get to work.

Im retired and disabled therefore have a very limited budget and need some tile work done in my bathroom deepest water damage. So I have no choice but to learn and do it myself. I walk into Bill Ray tile and walk up to the gentleman at the counter and explain what Im trying to do. I was greeted with an attitude less than Pleasant and clearly not someone wanting to help a customer I was admittedly brushed off to the clearance section why purchase some remnant tile that will actually help. The customer service at this establishment is poor especially I guess for those that are not contractors are making a significant purchase. No fairness the store that carry beautiful tile and a large selection. However I doubt Ill go back customer service key and I dont want to waste anyones time.

I have been going to Bill Ray for decades. They are friendly and can offer good advice when needed. They also will leave you alone if you let them know you are just looking and dont need help. No hard sells, they want you be happy with your choices. I strongly recommend Bill Ray.

Wide selection one stop tile place. Other places like home depot and lowes would have on display, but would have very little or sold out, and not have matching bullnose or matching grout. Prices are competitive also!

I went and bought some tile at this place the sales person was very nice, but once we went back and do a return cause we ended up not using the tile at all, the assistant manager and the manager himself Humberto Quiroz were not a good help at all. It was only like $70 worth of tile and he did not care about loosing a good customer by not accepting the returns. The boxes were not even open, and keep insisting that he was not going to accept the returns because for him and quote “ I’m only gonna end up reselling it for 49 cents” and that my friends was very rude and not a good customer service at all!

We went in on Saturday April 30th. We went looking for backsplash for our kitchen. A gentleman by the name of Ricardo helped us. He was very professional and took his time showing us and giving us ideas, answered all our questions. We highly recommend going to shop there and send our friends. I purchased a bunch of tile to redo some flooring. The sales associate assured me not to worry about purchasing too much because I could return unopened boxes. Well, here I am stuck with 10 unopened boxes of tiles because they refused to honor their word and take them back.
