I ordered a unicorn costume for my 7 year old daughter. I carefully followed the listed height and weight measurements to order a Medium. First I received a costume packaged as medium and tagged as small. They sent me a label to return it and sent me another one. This one is tagged as Medium but doesnt even get CLOSE to fitting correctly. It fits my 3 year old, unfortunately he isnt into unicorns. And now I am expected to be charged shipping to return this item that was incorrectly misrepresented? I DID email support, and they just copy pasted their return policy, Not helpful! I dont want to pay shipping and a 15% restocking fee for a defectively sized product. I got out the measuring tape and it is in fact consistent with 2t/3t.

I guess reading the reviews after ordering from this company is on me. But the fact that I placed my order on the 16th and it still hasnt left the facility is absolute madness. Ive been charged for the item, but nothing as it isnt moved from its original location. Quick to take the money, not quick on sending the item.

Placed my order Oct 12th, got a delivery message for Oct 19th-24th... message that it was delivered on the 19th... no package, waited until the 24th still no package.Had to buy my son another costume to have on time for Halloween. Emailed Costumezoo and still waiting for a refund.Never Again. Seems that Im not the only one to have issues with this company.

I’m really disappointed in the quality and misrespresentation of the costume I received. I tried to order my five year old a “vampire knight” costume. It was a little pricey but very cute in the pictures and he fell in love with it. When it came it did not include the bottoms or the sword, literally just a long sleeve cover and plastic front piece. I took the plastic front piece out of the bag and it instantly cracked. It was very cheap material and not at all worth 50 bucks. I went back to Walmart’s description, as that is where I placed my order, and nowhere does it say anything about parts of the costume not being included. I would return but I live in IL and after paying shipping (I paid to expedite shipping) and having to pay a “restock” fee, I don’t even feel it’s worth my trouble and I’m going to just have to eat my money here. Im hoping we can find another vampire costume elsewhere.

Horrible delivery (more like nondelivery). Still waiting for blouse to be used for Halloween which was supposed to be here 10/30/18. Just went to post office on 11/2 and still no package. According to tracking, it has been on its way since 10/22, holding at their facility in Compton, CA. Avoid using this marketplace partner of Wal-Mart unless you dont mind waiting weeks for delivery.

Terrible!!! I placed order on the 23rd, said it would be delivered by the 27th. The costume wasnt sent until the 25th, now my order will arrive on 31st but I need it for the 28th, I wont even be able to wear it to work, very disappointed. I emailed them, no response.

I ordered my sons Halloween costume and watched the tracking, it said delivered yet I dont have it. I have tried to reach out in as many ways as possible to find out where his costume is, but have never been able to get a reply from anyone at the company. I am very upset and so is my 6 year old. We can not find the costume he wanted anywhere else. We are very upset.
