I cannot believe how incompetent this pharmacy is ! My husband out I his prescription that mind you have a antibiotic for his tooth. The pharmacist said he will text when it’s ready they never texted him so when he went to see if it was ready the pharmacy is closed ! I don’t understand what is so hard about doing your job at this pharmacy ! I will drive the extra minutes to go somewhere else for no on smh

So I went here to return a package, and the man who attended me did not accept or print out my label for my package. The email I received from FedEx clearly stated Bring this email to a participating FedEx Office or Walgreens location, where a team member will print your label using the QR code or RMA number found at the bottom of this email. This man kept telling me that they didnt do that there and when I tried to read off the email he kept interrupting me and said yeah I know, yeah I know. Is it really that hard to scan a code and print out a label? Why is this place considered a participating area when you cant print out a label or scan a code?

So i was returning a package i went to the location Nd they told me u have to put in a envolpe or box i said do u guys have one they said no we dont have u have to buy from office then i went home i live 6 miles from the location so went home looked up for a envolep then went again then they said that u have to print a label we dont print here but the mail i got says u have to go to the fedex location and they will print it for u then i went home again for the label then went again then they said that we need qr code i didnt have 1 with so went again home so i spent 2 hours for them and wasted 36 miles fuel their service is very bad i reccomend do not go to this location go to fedex office this happened with me twice so dont go

I WAS ON HOLD FOR 45 MINS TO REFILL A PRESCRIPTION ONLY TO GET HANGED UP ON !!!!!THIS PHARMACY IS A JOKE!!!

The store was clean and I was able to get in pick up my rx and leave quickly. The pharmacist is a really nice lady that made sure I had everything I needed.

I went there yesterday around 12pm to refund a couple items I decided to buy something I seen the day before the lady at the perfume department was being rude and loud about me not using my mask I told her ok she was threatening me with refusing me service and I had to tell her to calm down once I got to the counter I told her I had a mask and just forgot to put it on since I really don’t go anywhere and I don’t use one she didn’t need to be rude tho.

Went in to grab a few items.... once again the sodas in the reach in cooler are warm.... can you get a company that can fix this??

Ive never had any problems at this location. I like their little clearance section. Pharmacy staff is helpful. They are quick to open a new register if theres a long line. Place is usually clean.

The store employees are very friendly, however the pharmacy staff are rude, abrasive, and dont dare complain it only makes them feel compiled to be even more disrespectful. I wouldnt recommend this pharmacy to anyone..

I went into Walgreens to get my photos. The cashier called the lady three times to come help me, and she just stood there chatting away with her friends. ( And she was the manager. ) She never came over so I could pick up, so I left. I wont be back. Why offer a photo service when you dont require your employees to work at.

The pharmacy dept is a joke! They never have your prescription ready when they say it will be. Waiting in drive thur is never less than 30 mins and no better in the store. They definitely need more staff.

Worst service, you call in prescription they tell you it be ready in few hours, you pick it up next day ( plenty of time ) they tell you they barely got it it be awhile . Hinas better service

Usually, I love this store. Its my local pharmacy, photo, make-up, everything store. The staff is always friendly and the girls at the pharmacy ( one has tattoos) are always so helpful . But today October 1st at 3:00pm, my boyfriend and I were so disrespected. I couldnt believe it. Two days ago we came in to ChecK on my prescription, it still wasnt filled due to my provider not issuing it. We understand that is no fault of the pharmacy, and when we came back today, after talking to my provider, it still was not filled. Again, not the pharmacys fault. I called an on-call Emergency doctor to have it filled asap. Because my prescription is a hormone balancer and puts me at great distress without it. After not having it for a week, I was on the verge of tears. I called to ask the pharmacy the status and to let them know I talked to the doctor directly, and rather than understanding why I was calling to check in, the woman who was so rude to my boyfriend earlier when he went, was rude to me on the phone too. How appalling. She was condescending, and dismissive to my concerns to check on prescription, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. I am so use to being treated with human decency when I am there, that I was shocked as to why she was being so hurtful to a loyal customer. Her name was Lisa. I will be taking my business to another Walgreens to avoid ever feeling that way again. We go there for everything, and will be looking elsewhere for our business.I meant to update last week . After talking to the Assistant Manager, Sherrie, who was compassionate, understanding and apologetic, we will continue shopping at our local store. And hopefully the Pharmacy will have an attitude adjustment.

Been using Walgreens for 30 years always received great service.

I called to see if my prescription was ready and was informed they had given my prescription to the wrong customer and that they couldnt give me my medication until the other person brought it back. Why do I have to pay for their mistake?

Never a crowd shelves are always well stocked and stores always clean and a very good location also.

Well we as a family have prescriptions at this walgreens on Panama and Wible and the Rite Aid on Panama and Wible. The sevice at Rite Aid is great. The staff is very very polite and service is always on point with medication. The Walgreens is bad. The medication is rarely ready when they say and when we call it seems like someone in the pharmacy is having a bad day including the pharmacist. Like today I called to ask if they have recieved a prescription from my doctor. The clerk was very rude and impolite. I got to the point to where I hung up the phone and will be transferring all my prescriptions to Rite Aid. In a business customer service should always be a priority. We spend our hard earned money we shouldnt get clerks and pharmacists with bad attitudes. Keep your bad attitude at home. The ladies that’s work in the pharmacy department are always rude and have this attitude as if they hate their job. It’s never a pleasant visit.

Worst experience ever inconvenient not knowledgeable about there own jobs for one but slow all a snail. Id rather wait in line at the d m v beforeI ever waist my time or money with this dummies again

Called and asked for an item and got shuffled around departments 3 times because no one wanted to check just to be told we don’t have shipments and they hung up.

I mean, its Walgreens, over priced, understaffed, and the girl was asked to help us and she just did a walk but telling us what to do without stopping to help us, my mother-in-law had to chase her down to get real answers.
