I was unaware when I arrived there I was to buy from a man’s drive way! It felt like a yard sale then a big comic book event sale.The books were still many to go through. He has a good amount of vintage that I was happy to buy from him.Just only when I saw the title “Comic Wise”. I foresee a heated building not an ice could place to park your cars.

I drove all the way over here from the other side of town for a sale he advertised. Ive been wanting to come by for months. Its out of his home, which I knew, but theres not much parking. I pulled in front, first thing he does is start complaining Im too far off the curb and to repark. Not in a nice way either, so I just left. I was excited to bring my daughter out and rummage through comics, instead were greeted with an attitude.I know from reviews hes not always the nicest, but I know people can be sensitive too. Plus theres not many comic places in town.Turns out he really is just rude.

I called ComicWise to ask a about their hours. This call took place on Thanksgiving. The owner answered the call. I asked for their hours. He responded with the most condescending voice and demeaning response. This gentleman answered the phone using the company’s name then criticized for asking the hours because it was Thanksgiving.Lesson here: don’t answer your business line and then act surprised customers are surprised you’re not open. RUDE

The guy was super sexist. He treated his wife horribly when we visited a booth. My friend who is male was treated with respect as I was treated like a weak person who should have been polite. The reason I wasn’t polite was because he was yelling at this very young kid the entire time he was there and he was treating his exhausted wife like dirt because she was sitting down after working hard. I kept apologizing because I felt I was constantly in the way and when I left he shouted out, “your not to supposed to say I’m sorry! Your supposed to say excuse me.” I am really upset and mad at how he treated me and everyone. I was also terrified and was really considering leaving and not buying the comics I found because he was so aggressive. If only there was a half star...

Very impolite. Dont shop there.
