The managers here are pretty rude. I had an issue with my points, due to them ringing up my transaction wrong. When I called customer service they said if I went back to the store they could fix it for me. Long story short they gave me the run around, i ended up going back to the store three times only for one of the managers to tell me it takes a long time for your points to show up which I know it aint true because this wasnt my first purchase. I ended up returning my item because I got so upset at their customer service. I will just wait till I can go to a different store where hopefully the employees wont be so rude. I had purchased some sunglasses.

Michael Kors carries quality merchandise, and have great sales when you can catch them....keep an eye out for birthday discounts as well, and also dont forget excellent customer service too.

This store has very friendly employees! I went in to exchange a purse and they helped me find one to replace it without being pushy. They respected that I wanted to stay within a certain amount. They were great and the store is cute.

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. My experience was great until I was not fully inform of what we could not do with the smartwatch. Place is a joke and all they care about it making money. The lady who helped us with the watch told us the only thing I would not be able to do was call & failed to mention that if you dont have an android phone it WILL NOT work, If I wanted a digital watch I would have bought one instead. Please do not waste your time here..

Great customer service, you walk in and right at way you get acknowledged and greeted. Love these brand because it has a variety of items to choose from. Should of given it 4 stars because when the holidays come the website seams to have issues or be very slow or sometimes looks like your order went through and comes back like you didn’t buy anything, I tend to re-do the order until it goes trough & I get a confirmation number but even then still does it sometimes and you get a confirmation number and you see two charges to debit card if you place same order several times because it looks like the order wasn’t placed. One time I purchased a gift card for $500 and seamed like didn’t went trough so I placed same order again and wow I had two charges of $500 each on my account then I never received an email confirmation of my order. And my bank canceled purchases, they said looked like fraudulent activity on my account. Now I prefer to go in person to the MK store, is way better and safer that way.Love MK 😍

VERY RACIST AND HOMOPHOBIC, I went in the store with a few of my friends and we all have mixed sexual and cultural back grounds, the lady who worked there told is to leave because there was no way we were gonna buy a purse little does she know we had a little over 1000 dollars each in our wallets, they sadly lost of business from all my friends and family, I expected more form a luxury brand but instead we were treated very poorly. SMH

This place was amazing I was not looking for anything at all it was just a regular day at the mall. We decided to come in and see what they had as soon as we came in we were greeted by Diana with a smile. We were interested in the sofie watch but was directed to the Access runway. Gave us all the features of the watch but didnt have the color we wanted. Offered to call us when it arrived and a day later Diana gives me a call that it had arrived. When I arrived she wasnt there but Christian knew all about it and he too treated me with great service. Amazing experience.

Poor Customer Service my Husband purchased me a Hand bag & wallet it wasn’t what I wanted so went in to refund his purchase and the store Manager Josette approached me and advised her I would like to return I handed her the gift receipt she then states you need the original receipt to get a refund and walks away leaving me at the counter? I then turned her way and got her attention she comes back to the counter I then tell her my husband also gave me the original receipt as well she then said I need his card? Advised her that I didn’t have my husband bank card? Also advised her that my husband paid with his bank card and his card was recently compermised and now has a new bank card with new numbers? She then said well you need a letter from your bank stating that? And walked away again. On my way out I asked her for her Supervisors name she the said that me. She was so rude and unprofessional I will never shop at the Bakersfield location again.
