I wear a size 15 men. Everyone was so helpful and brought out multiple shoes for me to try. With this experience I will definitely keep coming back.

Very unprofessional. Expected me to learn the stock room in 1 day. Instead of firing me appropriately they removed me from a group chat and I never recieved termination papers. Kevin (the manager) likes to make remarks on how white people dress in the stock room or how big a ladies foot is and makes fun of all the customers.

No one is perfect thats why I never give a 5 star rating but this place deserves it. Cool place to shop, was greeted, felt welcomed as soon as I walked in and was helped immediately. I was in and out in less then 10minutes. Awesome staff too..

This place is very nice. I bought my kids shoes at Journeys Kidz and I like the quality of the products they sell and the girls that work there are really nice and friendly. And the prices arent bad at all.

I love shopping at Journeys Kidz.. I have been going to this store for years for my kids shoes!Even myself, I fit into kid shoes and they are a little cheaper compared to adult size shoes

Bought shoes and tried to return them because my daughter said they were too stiff. She wore them in the house for maybe 10 minutes and they refused to take them back. Manager was rude and NO help! I will not ever purchase from them again!

The lady who helped me cash out my shoes had bad customer service. I did not receive my money nor handed my bag in a well manner. She had a boy hair cut, employee #533160. Started bad since the beginning with “hey what’s up” ?? NOT PROFESSIONAL! First time this happens and I come here often. She was RUDE! I don’t know who hires someone like her! Ugh!

Over priced shoes, same shoes were 67 here I got for 16 bucks at Nordstrom

They didnt have my shoe size on a pair of Levis boots I like, so they had to order them online. The first pair they delivered had deep scratches on the front of the boot so I had no choice but to return them. they offered to return them for me and also ordered a new pair. The second pair I received also had some scratches but also part of one of the boots was dried and discolored. Dont ever buy shoes or boots from them online, ever!
