Once again, if I could give no stars I would. Scheduling and return calls don’t happen. I just visited the service department to have parts replaced. Seems I’m not on the schedule after being told Thursday. I’m not willing to just leave my car.Oh, and this is once again for replacement parts that have been in for almost a month, yet no one called me.I’m fed up with Kia service and ready to get rid of my car!

This is for the service department.If I can give it a NO stars I would. I had no issues with my vehicle prior to getting it serviced. They informed me of a leak after my vehicle was returned to me that was non-existing before at all! About 30 mins to an hr my vehicle started to leak and continued to leak for about 32 hrs. I have been getting the run around from the service manager to us ending the conversation that her Tech did not touch the vehicle besides topping off the fluids, but yet inspection form stated my fluid was good before the tech topped off the fluids. If it was good nothing should have been added.Still waiting to hear back from her the person that in above her to call me back. I should NOT have to pay for something that they did!

Made an appt for an oil change. Was told they were a little behind so it would be and hour and a half to an hr and 45 min. 3 hrs later and nothing so I called and they put me on hold for 10 min to tell me it wasn’t ready. Walked over from lobby where somebody was supposed to come give me paperwork 2 hrs ago and they are just now putting oil in. This is absolutely ridiculous and make me want to trade in my car for a different brand.

They have a new service manager named James. Not sure what is happening at Haddad. So far its okay dealing with the service writer Steve on a factory windshield defect. Im not impressed with the detail department.

Which experience do you want me share google? The one where I had to bring back my car 3 separate times for tire pressure sensors. That I had to take time off work to do so, for each time they didnt have all the parts, but of course thats over an hour later before they let me know. Or do you want me to talk about making an appointment for a basic oil change, show up on time and they let you know an hour tops. What they mean is they dont touch your car for over an hour, then its an hour for the tech to change the oil. How is it an hour to change oil? While it drains he can do the rest of the inspection on it, or does he stand and watch it drain? All in all, buying the Kia wasnt all that bad, but this service department is a joke and honestly it makes not want to keep the car. It truly killed it for me, knowing that this is where I have to take the car if something happens. Or for the basic stuff to keep it under warranty. Word of advice before buying a car look into the service departments, because its a game changer. Toyota doesnt seem that bad now.

Great place to get my oil changed. I was on my wayto Las Vegas and stopped in to get a quick oil change and they had no problem fitting me in. Treating me like I was family.

I went there at few times while I was on buyer, uber/lyft, and customer. They MORE knowledge in KIA and HADDAD to inform about broken keys price, kia/haddad repair policy, and easily/probably approve all kind of cars which you want to sell. Very paitence, so positive, and friendly with customers. Calm when you change minds not to buy KIA/HADDAD vehicles. So nicely and calmly to be a part of KIA/HADDAD company. GOOD JOB.
