George is a very honest mechanic. The shop is very upfront about what your car actually requires and what you can hold off on. The work was done without any issues. He also offered to give me the part that was replaced.

Do not take your car here!! Told the guy it sounded like transmissions problems. He called me the next day and said he is absolutely sure its something with the brakes. Had my car nearly a week. No call, I had to call them and he then says I think you were right its the transmission and he couldnt fix it.By him driving it around he made my transmission worst. Also they broke my wheel hub cap. Do yourself a favor folks and find someone who knows what they are doing! A hot mess!!!

Excellent, excellent customer services. During the mechanical repair, on on July 31st, 2020. I was well informed about the source and cause of the problems and the potential repairs to correct the problems.I realized and found out that Martin and co-workers have not only collected and solved the repairs, moreover, they have done many minor procedural corrections (without additional charges) for me.I am from Fresno and will further seek mechanical repairs from Fast Auto Services, Bakersfield when/if necessary.Thank you Martin and co-workers.

My Honda Odyssey broke down coming over the Grapevine on a Sunday night. I had it towed randomly to Fast Auto Service in Bakersfield, just hoping that it was a good honest shop. Jorge got us up and running perfectly within a few hours on Monday morning at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this auto repair shop.

Amazing Service! Im a super-satisfied customer.We were passing through Bakersfield on our was to drop my sister off at LAX when the check engine light came on after gassing up. The engine began to run very roughly and misfiring. We drove to an Enterprise Auto Rental in order to allow my wife and sister to continue on to LAX without me. I Googled Auto Service and found Fast Auto Services was right across the street - my lucky day. Yelp reviews were positive, so I had them look at my Honda Odyssey. Leonardo, the mechanic, had me talk to his boss, Jorge, on the phone. Jorge said hed be there in 15 minutes but would get Leonardo started on diagnostics. By the time Jorge arrived, the error codes were cleared and the engine was running smoothly. Jorge and Leonardo did some further diagnostics and tests, and then Jorge took me on a test drive and gave me some suggestions for things to have my shop check when I got back home to Santa Cruz. I made it home without any further problems or error codes. I wont say what Jorge charged me; it was not enough for the hour they spent on my car -- On a Friday Afternoon, Just Before Closing. Ill be mailing Jorge a check - he didnt charge enough. Great and Professional Service! Very kind people! I cant offer enough praise for Jorge, Leonardo, and Fast Auto Services! Thank You!!!

Very poor service, kept my car over night well into the next day...couldnt tell me what the problem was so I had my car towed to another establishment.

Been taking my work Truck here for years. They have always been honest, and reliable. So I took our church bus there for repairs and since it was for a good cause, the owner didnt charge me anything for the repairs. This proves my point that these guys are good salt of the earth type of people

Worst mechanic Ive ever taken my car to. If you need poor service and high prices, this is the place. Take the time to research better shops.

Charged $95 an hour for services. Charged 1.8 hours for spark plugs and wires which should have taken no longer than an hour for a mediocre mechanic. Over charged on parts, charged 110 for spark plugs when you can get an 8 pack for 60. Charged 80 for the wires which cost 50.

Been going there for about a little over 2 yrs and they have been good to me. Jorge hooks you up.
