Never were clear with what they were doing with the repair and when they diagnosed the issue they then gave me a price and said it may change and then took a week to finally get back to me they asked if we were going to proceed with fixing the car but never gave us the possible changed price they mentioned and werent 100% on.

My car had so many little issues after I bought it from the used car dealer. No ac, faulty wiring, no heat, squeaky seat, etc. Thought I had some pretty bad luck but then I met Nick and his team and they were awesome! They got everything fixed at an affordable price and with excellent customer service. I cannot thank you enough. You guys are the best.

I went into Automotive Engineering on 02/06/20 because my check engine light was on. I had previously taken my car to another auto shop and after paying $1100 my check engine light was still on. I was referred to Automotive Engineering that this shop was honest and I wouldnt be taken advantage of and they were right. AE did the repairs and my engine light is now off and it only cost me $245.00 (diagnostic included in this price) I was so happy that my car was fixed. If your looking for an auto shop that is honest and stand behind their work and very very reasonable with their prices then you should make Automotive Engineering your choice. The staff make you feel like family and they always give you updates while repairing your vehicle, youre never in the dark. This is truly a five star company and I hope they stay in business forever.

How many times have you heard someone tell you how he or she got ripped off by someone or seen on the news or ABC investigation about a crooked business owner taking advantage of unsuspecting consumers?The automatic seat of the drivers side of my Honda CRV would not move back. I looked online and seemed like it was not a rare issue with these automatic seats breaking down. But before I took my car to the shop, i tried to look under the seat just to rule out the obvious, like something wedged against it.I spoke with Nick several hours after I had dropped the car off at the shop and he informed me that there was a small hard plastic stuck somewhere along the slider which got my seat stuck, even tho I, myself, didnt see anything.Its that solid character of this place that had me in awe. Nick could have easily made something up and replaced (or not replace) the seat components I didnt need and charge me to make himself some easy money. I would have never known. Instead, he chose integrity over easy profit. So now he earned himself a loyal customer who will go to this place for all his auto services. Yeah its a bit of inconvenience since there are other places nearer home but I trust this place and i know Nick and the other crew will properly care for my car.

I had a technical problem with my new vehicle and the auto dealership sent me there. I had mixed feelings since my vehicle was there for a whole week. The problem was intermittent and its been months since its last episode. As much as they did trouble shooting they didnt charge me a dime. I thank them for being so honest and I would definitely do more business there if needed.

I had a unique problem in obtaining an ECM module for my vehicle. Nick communicated the reasons for this while him and his staff kept me informed of the progress every time I called-which was daily. The final cost was reasonable and I left satisfied with the service. If you have automotive issues, go there!

I repeatedly took my car in for the ABS light coming on, so the traction control would not function. Same with my A/C unit not blowing at full force. Paid each time, car kept at great inconvience over two weekends, and neither system ever successfully repaired. Paid a lot of money to have to take car elsewhere to have done correctly.

They make me loose a day of work they dont know how to say the truth they say yes we can do it ask for a day off. When l got there it was a huge disappointment l was told a lye so l will NEVER send any body to this well is not worth to loose my kool l lernd the hard way SORRY

Good honest auto repair shop. I prefer them with my 2003 Subaru over the dealership both in price and in the job performed. Beats driving to the auto dealerships too .. all the traffic in Gasoline Alley area is terrible and frankly I always feel beat up cost wise when I go to the Auto Dealership for repair work .

My street turned into a river when there was a bad storm, my car engine drank water before I could get turned around to avoid the water. Automotive Engineering fixed my car probably better than it was before it got drowned. Will definitely take my car there if I have anything major to do to it.I have to edit my review a little late but.... If you do take your car to Automotive Engineering, be sure to triple check all the work was performed. Insurance and in the end I were charged $51.00 for a serpentine belt & $88.20 for install for total of $139.20, and by not changing the belt the mechanic missed seeing the harmonic balancer was bad, when I brought the belt not being changed but being charged for it and the subsequent harmonic balancer problem which I ended up having to fix myself because all that was offered was the belt they did not put on and was sent back to the warehouse but I had already bought 2 new belts, 1 was destroyed due to the balancer being bad and I already had to borrow a vehicle to take the belt the mechanics did not change to prove it was not changed, and then to offer me just the belt, so I had to make the additional repairs myself and was none too happy about it, maybe why I waited so long to edit my review, I might have included quite a few swear words if I had edited it sooner.So in closing, be sure to triple check that all the work this garage claims was performed was in fact done.

THEY TOOK A SECURITY PROBLEM IN MY TRAILBLASER THAT NO ONE ELSE WOULD EVEN WORK ON AND NAILED THE PROBLEM . LOVE YOU NICK KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK .
