Poor management can’t even update their store hours. Their website and store location say it closes at 3pm on Saturday and I went at 1:45 and it was closed already, and they wonder why they loosing business. Autozone here I come..

These guys did a price quote for the counter person from pep boys who kindly and shockingly did me the courtesy of their not too well known practice of the price match on some duralast brakes I needed for my truck. I just asked whats car quest? And she said I can call them and get their price point for a price match. She did and was also in a bit of a shock mode for like 5 seconds. Instead of my total being a whopping $65.00, after the price match, my total out the freaking door was $23.00 !!! All because of Car Quest, my pockets were more than happy and so was I.

Parts guys only help mexican people first .. even they give more discount to Mexican people.. not this type of service expected ..
