Greatest customer service I have ever encountered by far!!!! Stephen, the Service Manager, is exquisite! He literally opened the doors for me after closing. I had to leave work early and had a terrible day, but Stephen made it all that much better! I got my car and in great condition by the way. The team did a really great job! Not to mention the really nice service team that got me in and out super fast all while letting me understand what they were doing to the vehicle. I highly recommend and love how they dont upcharge. Great facility. Stephen, again, is the freaking best!!!!!

So un happy with the service here! I bought a vehicle for work purposes plus they sell me an extended warranty...now the car rattles a nasty metal against metal scratching noise when I turn it on and off .well I get here and the stupid car doesn t make that noise not to mention I use my car for traveling as my job consists of me seeing patients in their homes for care..they then tell me i have to leave my car here for 2 days are you kidding me!!!..the frustration.....and no car for use for working...what ever happen to the description in buying my extended warranty plus the use of a loaner car in instances like this... in this case.???????anything to make a fast buck....
