Fast friendly service. Got the job done quick.

Brought my bmw in with a busted lip(front bumper broken loose) for fixing as well replacement of the bottom shield cover to help reinforce the front bumper, was done in a jiffy for a great out of pocket price and they got it to hold in place without any visibly exterior accessories just as i had asked. Two weeks and countless bumps and dips with my lowered suspension car and bumpers still holding in place! Id recommend them!

Most recently, I took my damaged vehicle after being involved in an accident.Members of the staff were all professional and friendly especially at such a stressful time for me. My vehicle looked brand new when I picked it up.It was a great experience and will continue to take my vehicles there.

I took my vehicle here after getting hit. Talked to the front staff and they ensured I was going to be taken care of and that they would work on getting all the damage covered by the insurance covered. They did an excellent job at ensuring everything was covered. Where they fell short was when it came time to complete the work. The length of stay went past my covered rental time frame which was fine because I had another vehicle but it is a gas guzzler. When I got the car back I had the services that were done still on my front window from the overspray of clear, then my blinker light was not installed correctly and fell out inside the housing days following getting the car back, then I was under the car for some routine maintenance and realized they only put 1 of the bumper retainers on the front bumper when it needed 7 total, then I look at the body damage that was fixed and from an angle I could see all the waves where the bondo wasn’t feathered properly to blend the repaired paint.

If could give them zero stars I would have. TERRIBLE PLACE! I took my car to this place because I was In A major accident for body, engine, paint problems my insurance had payed for repair, this place is so unprofessional the lady answering the phone has no idea what she is talking about. they don’t follow up and give you a time frame when your car will be ready everytime i call they tell me next week literally 4months later They have had my car sitting outside for four months with all the other 20 cars they don’t fix, I know I drive by there everyday no progress of nothing, save your time save a headache this play has stressed me out this whole time Dont bring your car here they don’t care about getting your vehicle fixed on time they will leave it for the very last minute. FYI I still haven’t got my car back 4mths +
