They did a great job in fixing my SUV ...like a new vehicle....love it.

Unfortunately weve had to take our two vehicles there on several occasions. .These guys have done a great job...weve gotten our vehicles back just as soon as they can do it.Just like new.

This place is great, exactly what youre looking for in a collision center! Great service, really friendly staff that really give a damn about your business and about why youre there. They understand that people involved in accidents are going through a lot and the staff are understanding and accommodating. Daren was quick to deal with the tow truck driver as well as situating all the paper work. Thank yall, great service needs to be commended.

Someone rear-ended me on the I-5 and sent my car into another car, so I had structural damage in both the front and the back, with my rear bumper hanging on by a thread. My car was still drivable, so I drove it back to Bakersfield and my insurance sent me to this place. I had never been in an accident before (or since), and I figured it would take a couple weeks to get my car back. Nope - it took over a month. So, I went to pick up my car and thought my car sounded a little funny when I started it in their parking lot, but didnt think anything of it at the time. The next day, I went to start my car and it was dead. I had replaced the battery not long before the accident, had no problems, waited over a month without my car, and now its dead. When I brought this to their attention, they said it wasnt their problem. I have good insurance and you best believe they went after them. It took ANOTHER 3 weeks to sort that out, so about 7 weeks total without my car. I had to bring my car back in for them to replace the battery and never went back after that. The only good thing I can say is the paint job was great. Thats it.

Shady business practices. They start repairing your car even before you give them permission. Then they try to lien sale your vehicle for bogus charges. They don’t value your business. My insurance has spent over 10k in repairs on vehicles I’ve brought here. Never again will I recommend this shop to anyone and I have tons of business and customer contacts.

Worst shop Ive been too, had brought my vehicle here to be fixed and they scammed me for an extra 100$ as a seperate charge instead of charging my insurance or ever mentioning it would be charged. Not much you can do when they have your vehicle and you have to pay for everything to get it back, even charges that were never mentioned.

Super annoying sign out by the road. Flashes really bright even at night and its a distraction while driving. For the daytime I understand but dim it down for the night time at least

My sons car was involved in a minor accident; nevertheless, the bumper, radiator, one corner of the hood, condenser, and a broken light were damaged during the collision. My son drove the car back home after the accident. My insurance sent me there to have it repaired. They towed it to their shop and after a month or so, they called saying that the car was ready and to go pick it up. My son turned on the car and the car wouldnt go into gear (its a manual transmission) I asked them why we were having a problem with the transmission since the transmission was not damaged during the collision. They said they didnt know and that the car was driving fine when they were doing the repairs. And we know that the car was driving fine because my son drove it back home from the accident. Well, they said that they were not responsible and that we had to deal with that issue ourselves because they dont do mechanic repairs because they are not mechanics and they couldnt do anything about it. They just said We dont know what happen. They were not willing to help us after it was their fault what happen to the car. We had to tow the car out of that place and take it to a mechanic where they found the problem. During the repairs they moved a filter box that my son had installed in the car, so that didnt allow the gears to move. It was a nightmare! I had to pay the towing, and the mechanic fees because the insurance refused to pay because the problem was not due to the accident. We filed a complain with the Business Beauru of Automobile Repair. These people dont care about their customers. They dont care about earning a good reputation for their business because they work with the insurances and the insurances keep sending them clients. Dont let the insurance send you to this place!! Avoid a headache and dont take your car there. They agreed to reimburse me for the towing and the mechanic fees after the Businness Beauru of Automobile Repair talked to them.

This place is horrible. My girlfriends truck has been there over 2 months. And still isnt fixed. And every time we call to see when they say later this week.... They have been saying it for the last month

Based on the reviews I was so scared to bring my car in but omg they did such an amazing job on my car I mean it looks brand new ..my whole front end was smash in my bumper was hanging off Im very happy with the results ..

I will never use them again. Poor customer service. Car was late. Never called. Washers on windshield parts were missing. They treated my teenage son badly. Shop manager never called back after I called him....Go somewhere else.

Have a 2014 Honda Accord. Was in an accident and had to have one of the rear doors replaced, they get one with scratches on the molding and tell me its a new door. Ive been back 6 or 8 times because the weatherstriping for that door does not stay. Every time Ive been back they fix it and tell me, good as new.

Go somewhere else!After an unfortunate accident my car was sent to Rosedale Collision Center. It was returned to me in the time they estimated but it was not the car I had before the collision. The hood was out of alignment, the car had NO FLUIDs and all the tires were low in air! The inside interior was dusty and the outside had not been cleaned. My car had to be towed back to their facility!Save yourself the headache and avoid Rosedale Collision Center
