However, if you reach out and send a message, he usually got back to me quickly (even during after-hours).Easy modes of communication as well, as Reuben was flexible with communicating through Yelp messages, text messages, and calls.Bottom LineReuben does good work and always keeps you in the loop with your car repairs (just make sure you are the one initiating the message). In a world where no one calls anyone anymore, I love how Reuben stayed in constant communication through text or Yelp messages.

My husband and I were on a road trip down the 101 and on our way home. While traveling through Bakersfield, we were in an accident that damaged our car enough that there was no way to drive it home. Since we live in WA, it only made sense to leave the vehicle with a collision center in Bakersfield, rent a car, and head home. We owned the vehicle and as such, needed to take care of having it go to the car graveyard ourselves. I cannot thank Rueben at Artiagas enough. He was professional, timely, and took care of our vehicle - removing that stress in a particularly stressful situation. If I lived in that area, I would use Artiagas!! Thanks again for all the help!

Had some work to be done and didn’t want to include insurance. Another shop close by appraised the damage at over $9000.00. Artiaga’s quote was $4000.00 less including the 5% savings for cash. Kept us up to date on the progress and finished the job in under two weeks. Very happy with the work. I’ll never go anywhere else.Thank you Ruben. You guys are awesome.

If you have the have body work done, which is always a bummer, Id bring back my vehicle here in a heartbeat! Super friendly service, attentive to all the details in fixing up my car. And handled the insurance work splendidly. Felt like they took care of me honestly and professionally.

This company is the greatest, I challenge you to find better. Im not from the area and was in need of a complete paint job due to my vehicle getting keyed. After much research and talking to different dealerships for recommendations I chose Artiagas Collision Center. I couldnt be happier, they did an amazing job all the way around. They handled the hassle with the insurance company and they kept in constant communication with me regarding my vehicle, their customer service is top notch. I even showed up on several occasions unexpectedly and they welcomed me in to look at my vehicle through the various stages of painting. They finished on time and my car looks gorgeous, better than new. I would highly recommend anybody to take their vehicle to Artiagas and get it done right the first time.

Went in for an estimate without an appointment. The staff there was knowledgeable and really treated me right. Shop was clean and well maintained.

Best collision center ever. Yes, we were that customer eyeing everything, looking at every detail. And they were awesome about everything. They were very professional.
