Jr and his staff always has everything you need and there customer service is always great, you will not find this at any large chain hardware stores.

Great selection even sell live bait. Stop in and say hello and tell them Rusty sent you.

Usually the staff is very helpful and informed. Prices are reasonable.

My experience was wonderful all ways

My visit to this store was great. My husband had sent me to get a stem for the tub nob. The gentlemen ask if I needed help & went to work from there. He explained to me that I did not need a new stem but the washers needed to be replaced. Great call, no more problems. I would highly recommend this store to everyone.

Baker Hardware carry a variety of small items. Its always good to check their line of merchandise before spending extra money. Ive managed to get do it yourself task accomplished. Not difficult finding the items required.

My goto spot when I need anything from nuts and bolts to propane. The staff is always helpful and courteous.

Baker hardware is a throwback home improvement store with a family type vibe. Everyone is knowledgeable and can help you find exactly what youre looking for. They have a lot of older specialty items that those big stores dont carry

They have great supplies but the customer service could be a lot better. I walked in after my husband and the female associate said not one word nor offered any help. This was even after my husband and I greeted her and a older gentleman was sitting in a rocking hair. I suggest they treat each customer with respect and gratitude. This is not the first time this has happened. Poor customer service means lost on profit for your company.

Your online hours need to be changed. It clearly states that you close at 6PM. I called to be sure and was told that you were closing at 5:45. I pulled up at 5:33, the lights were off, and everyone was leaving. Now I have to drive to Home Depot in Zachary. :o( The staff is very friendly and helpful when I’ve gone in the past, but I was disappointed today.
