This is the most unprofessional place I have ever came to. They charge to use your credit or debit cards. The staff is very rude including the owner. The guy in the shop broke my shock to the trunk. After it toom him over 30 min to load the 6 batteries I just bought from this place. I was sent to get the shock n when I return to get the refund for it. The guy states hw wont pay for the shock bc its an old shock. Never had I had servi e like this. Terrible manors.

I purchased a battery from this business on 7-11-20 for $136.50. I charged the battery overnight. It will not hold a charge. I called the owner, Clint Gayle, at 8:15 a.m.7-13-20. He refuses to provide a refund upon return of their battery. He asserts there is some odd warranty that requires me to return the battery, let him charge it and if it doesnt work, send it to the manufacturer so they can try to charge it- all while he keeps my money, and I have no battery. (He won’t replace it either) He tried to tell me the law was that I could NOT stop the charges to my bank account and he hung up on me.

They need to post the policy before purchase this is not good business. The guy insisted to read the receipt, but you don’t receive a receipt until AFTER the purchase.

I needed a new lawnmower battery and found that the price was a little bit high.

If there was an option for zero starts that would have been chosen. I tried to buy a set of batteries for a golf cart from them. The first day I stopped there they said the truck was on its way and should be there that afternoon. 3 days later they still did not have any so I went elsewhere. If you need parts you can forget it. They carry very little in stock.Besides my experience the mechanics there have screwed over 3 golf carts that I went behind and fixed. Service at the front desk and on the carts is not good at all.

This place sold us a $300 forward and reverse switch our golf cart didnt even need. When we asked for the broken part, they said they threw it away. We had to take it to Ascension Golf Carts on Reiger road in Baton Rouge. Now our golf cart is running great and we couldnt be happier.
