Normally I can run in and back out with whatever product I need. Not this time. I look online to see if Walgreens provides passport photos, to which it advises that they do. Upon arriving to Walgreens I stood in line until my turn. When it was my turn I asked where do I go for a passport photo. The store associate advised oh we dont have a working camera for a passport photo. I said wow and walked out. I WENT TO CVS AND WAS PROVIDED A PASSPORT PHOTO.

Worst operating store in the EBR region! Wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

Needed to produce prints however system was not on. the cashier (red hair) was to check if system was functioning, saying was working last night. She proceeded to service 7 customers as I waited for a response. when I asked was there anyone I could go find was told she had to a phone to call person?, therewith continued to check out others leaving me to just stand there.

Never has prescriptions ready! Cant keep staff! Horrible and rude to everyone! Wish we had more options here!!

Assistant manager extremely rude. Pharmacist cashier claiming theyve worked there for 13+ years had no clue on how to work a register. Did I mention she was also rude as well and both associates had very poor customer service. I guess in 2020 great customer service isnt needed as an requirement for a job. If youre rude and hold a very nasty demeanor, YOURE HIRED!

This legit has to be the slowest Walgreens Pharmacy in the region. I waited on hold driving to this pharmacy an continuously for an hour while I was four cars back in their drive thru. I just... cannot! Definitely cutting ties

The store and pharmacy are not very well stocked. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pharmacy has a down home feel.

They never called me back when the truck for the disc truck came to make more space on my phone. And that was last week. Very poor Walgreens, you guys need to do better.

Originally I gave this Walgreens a good review 3 years ago. It has become the worst pharmacy in the region. Do not go here if you value your time or your health.

The older man at the pharmacy is super rude and unprofessional. They never have anything in stock. The store employees are very nice but the pharmacist needs to be trained.

I went wed. and my presciption not ready. then lady in the drive thru said it will be 35 minutes before it is ready i did not go Thursday and went FRIDAY NIGHT AND Waited for 25 minutes behind 1 car and THERE was 4 behind me left. . I CAME BACK and the car was still there and 2 more cars behind him i waited for 5 more min and left.

I would give it 0 if I could. The Walgreens Pharmacy on Plank/Groom is the worse. They are slow both inside and in the drive thru. The pharmacy need to close down.

I bought Brazilian wax when I got home I noticed the box look like it had been tampered with, when I opened I noticed someone had used the wax and brought it back and instead of the associates damaging out the product they put it back on the shelf. I was mortified because this was wax you would use on your private areas when I called the store I spoke with a young lady and explained what happen and she started with... Well first of all. Which was very very unprofessional, because everyone knows you should always start with apologizing I felt like I was wasting my time and hers. she really has no reason to be working or interacting with any human being until she learns proper protocol and customer service skills. Next time Ill just suck it up and go to Walmart across the street like I should have planned on doing. I would not recommend anyone to go to this Walgreens store because I could only imagine what and how they treat consumables

This Walgreens pharmacy needs a lot of help. Do not go here if you value your time.
