Checkout took forever. More so the customer ahead of us fault as she had several different methods of payment. Store wasnt crowded; covid19 guidelines in place.

Great Experience! MUCH better than my recent frequent visits to Zachary location. This store is very well stocked, organized, all equipment is working from deli meat scales to cash registers and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. So long Walmart Zachary!

Called no one answered the phone. Drove there to tire department to check on a tire that was ordered, talked to store manager and he doesnt know anything making excuses..told me to come back the next day to see department manager.

Ive been all over the country and this walmart is by far the worst one ever. Used syringes in the parking lot, carts everywhere on the parking lot, none inside for the customers, no bags at the self check out, 30-45 min wait at the check-out. Hard to believe this store is not shut down.

Wish I could leave 0 star I Know Sam Walton Spirit is very unhappy God Bless his Soul. Worst experience when shopping here, sorry its only 3mins away from my home and I rather go on college dr . Only one express bay open one entrance . Im so hurt for the elderly people struggle walking to the door to only find out the door lock, have to walk to other side ALWAYS and lets not talk about when its raining. Even at the so called expressed lane the attendant seen to only want to stand behind control area bags are always low only except cash while ALL lanes are rear ended in Clothes department. Even if their short of Workers all express bay should be open and o lets not forget of 6 booths only 4 Working out of the entire store, on those 4 scanners dont work . This is awful never seen a walmart like this .

This walmart is very sad when it comes to having a different variety of holloween decorations. The dollar tree had more than this walmart!!!

Wasnt to bad of an experience and the cashier that checked me out did a really good job and even double bagged my heavier stuff without even having to ask her. I wish I wouldve gotten her name so I could tell her bosses how great of a job she did.

Great service had everything I needed at one place

I live in Zachary and make the drive to Baker because my local store sucks so much. Baker is always clean and well-stocked. Worth the drive!

You cant get people to come to the department youre searching for items in, you for help they tell you its not my department when you finally get what you need theres 50 people lined up trying go through 2 open registers. The hunting and fishing departments have gone to💩. I go to local grocers now, and drive the extra miles for electronics,tires,lawn and garden I would rather pay the few extra dollars for courteous, knowledgeable and quicker service.

They DO have a CHECKERS burger place, or was it a RALLYS, either way same thing.UHMM Its a Walmart, Been to One then, You know what to expect.......4 stars is Nothing Against them, But 5 Star is held for Small Ownership Places, or Places With OUTSTANDING service.

Always find what I need but lines are long

Pretty Decent Walmart. Staff are usually friendly and helpful. Only bad thing is during peak hours they rarely have enough registers open. I just avoid shopping during those times so it isnt even a big deal.

Ive only used the grocery pickup option since the start of the pandemic and it has been fairly reliable and quick. You get used to ordering your groceries a day ahead of time after a while, but it would be nice to have more options for same-day pickup. I understand they are probably busy, but walmart as a corporation should have no trouble hiring enough employees to make up for this.

This Walmart is only letting 1 person in the store for every 1 person that is leaving the store. The line outside is long and it is very hot outside. Older adults are in line and are suffering.And there are more people outside the store than inside.

Awful...lines were ridiculously long management should be ASHAMED of themselves.... WALMART DOESNT appreciate the consumer....

I had an okay visit there, it was pretty clean, cool staff not bad at all. Although, they can keep some of the walk ways clear of clothing racks!!

Kinda run down but has alot of Merchandise that the others are sold out of and thats all the time I found with this one

Customer Service is very disappointing. The older person in the shoe section was awful and she tried to spread it to the electronic section Lady at the same time... never seen people ack like they hated to be at work today except in this baker Walmart off plank road. All this happened before 1200pm. Just said and uncalled for. Do Better people!

I went to purchase some top soil ànd compost. The garden center had the items at the lowest price in the area. I had to go to the customer service area for the purchase. The service was quick and helpful. I was very satisfied with the service although the store was very busy.

It’s close to home and the prices are pretty unbeatable!

Customer service - several returns. Handled efficiently and politely.

One half of the staff is super friendly, and the other half couldnt be bothered to be there. More often than not, the store is cluttered and dark. However, some renovations seem to be underway so I hope that will create a brighter atmosphere.

Not a single lane open, yet there’s employees everywhere. Self check out lines are going through the food and clothing sections. Closed one side of the store down three hours before closing time. And still has someone checking receipts, WOULDNT NEED TO CHECK RECEIPTS IF A CASHIER CHECKED US OUT!

Womens bathroom was disgusting. Toilet seats broken, toilet paper all over the floor. Water all over the sink and floor. Soap dispenser broken, paper towel dispenser broken.... Just horrible.

Pick up and Delivery SUCKS, Waited 1 1/2 hours and NEVER got my food. Both times I called they said they were otw out and NEVER came, but others around me got theirs. So my 3rd call was to inform them that I was no longer waiting. And thats was just to be Considerate since they werent.

Getting better with customer services. Now theres empolyees working a few cash registers...

Rude cashiers and even ruder managers. The pharmacy is full of pretty good people. A few need cashiets arent tainted yet and are friendly and positive.

Wanted to buy a cake at 5pm, the ladies behind the counter ignored me. Then one of them said we closed I was supposed to get off right now and the night crew called in. I stated I just need a name on this cake and the said I am off. Manager was also no help

Always understaffed and employees are of no assistance in certain areas and those with yellow jackets are the worst, there always huddled in personal conversation, never offer to assist cashiers when lines are ridiculously long and I dont care what u ask them, they never know, they have to call someone from that area & walk off - and lastly most of the items are never on shelves with correct prices and they always say oh, thats in the wrong spot even if there are a large number of the same items in the same spot but they wont honor the prices

The cashier are slow and the store has more than 300 customers waiting in line at 3 registers waiting in in line for 1/2hour to check out most of the cashiers are on their head sets slowing them down and the rest of the employees are walking around I hate going to Walmart the service sucks in Baker la.

Very convenient shopping

I normally dont give Walmart high Marks but this Walmart was clean and members were restocking but not interfering with customers who were shopping, all merchandise was on narrow carts allowing for shoppers to pass. Members also offered assistance if needed

Decently organized and pretty good stock but two workers I asked to help me find something didn’t help try and find it. I ended up going to another location.

Walmart did not have what I wanted. Mainly the fabric department is empty and it seems like nothing is being restocked. I shop for fabric at the Wal-Mart in Baker because its not a mile from my house whereas the only fabric store is 20 miles from my house. So my shopping experience was not good at all.

Filled up the bottom of my cart with clearance green beans. Store was much slower than ones in BR. Very refreshing.

I love Walmart because it has just about everything I need and want. It’s convenient because there’s stores all over the place to shop at. I just hope that their prices were a little lower, and that the stores wouldn’t be so packed all the time, but they are very popular.

Despite the holiday rush I was surprised to see the shelves well stocked. The stores appearance was neat and clean. Check out lines werent long. Attitudes were awesome. Great work team.
