Furniture City offers an outstanding display and full line of Stressless furniture brand products. There must have been at least 40 chairs to choose from. Their sales associates were knowledgeable and proffessional to help me find my perfect fitting chair. Overall this was an awesome shopping experience and truly appreciate their staffs assistance with my purchase.
Stay away from this furniture store, they do not have nothing nothing on stock, when I say nothing it’s nothing, all there furniture in the store is only display, if you like an item it has to be order, it takes like 3 months to get it if your lucky, in my case I went I bought over 14 thousand dollars worth of furniture on 4/25/2021 my bed set got delivered 3 months later and incomplete, missing chest and one nightstand, now September 15 I have not receive my living room or media console, it’s ridiculous just stay away! By the way if you go online you will find same furniture and buy it directly from manufacturers! There furniture comes from China! You can order it your self! Just stay away you will regret it!
I have very good experience with this store, the employees are very helpful, knowledgeable and kind 2 weeks ago we bought a couch and a lave seat frome this store after one week they delivered our items one I saw the love seat has gap I went there and asked wat to do Shawn the manager took another lave seat from storage and drove with a employee right away. Same day and changed the love seat for us ( he fixed the problem Same day ) Im a happy customer and recommend this store to every👍👍👍👍
This store is BEAUTIFUL! Came in with my wife the other day and we were amazed at how well the store was put together. We had great service from our salesman and even their manager got involved to make sure we were being taken care of. I was very satisfied with the pricing, compared to other stores with similar stuff they had the best pricing. Now the best thing about this store is that they carry a multitude of things you can’t find anywhere else, I’m talking really high end product. We’ve bought furniture from a lot of different places but we know where we will be going in the future. Thank you Furniture City, we love your store and service. Furniture city is a nice high quality furniture store. The ambiance of the place is nice & upscale, all of it looked like it was well made. In addition to the furniture itself, it looked like the location of the pieces were placed in a visually appealing way. I didn’t pick up any of the pieces they had there, but I’ll definitely be back when they restock! I could definitely see some of the pieces they had in my home. Recommended.
**BE AWARE** **SHOP AT OWN RISK** *ZERO STARS**I would HIGHLY advise to stay away from this store at all expense and read the negative reviews prior to ordering. On Yelp and Google. You will find similar experiences of their customers.I wanted to love this place so bad & go back for more later. I had just closed on my new home and was so excited to furnish it with all of the amazing products they had on the floor. Instead, theyve made this experience so miserable, stressful & disheartening.At the time of purchase, I was verbally informed by their salesman Jonathan that all the items I had narrowed down and selected (Over $13K in product) was in fact all in stock and would be contacted in approx 10 days to schedule delivery. Little did I know I was being sucked into what appears to be a scam at that time. However, at the end of purchase, you sign a receipt that states all sales final; no refund; seller not responsible for delays, etc. I wasnt worried, as I took HIS WORD at the time of sale and was confident we were good to go.One week later, I received a phone call from the store your salesman Jonathan made a mistake and didnt accurately read the inventory list, with that said your order is delayed 4-6 weeks. I realized at that time I had been victimized of a bait and switch and demanded to cancel. I was quickly reminded that it was a final sale. I have since tried calling back numerous times.. there is never a manager available with authority to cancel the order, lied about getting calls back, refused to point me in the direction of corporate, total run around.I was able to locate the information on the Secretary of State website, contacted the office registered and was sarcastically told good luck on cancelling, tried leaving a message with the registered person on the filing, and of course no reply.I have since looked around and found the same furniture elsewhere for HALF the price.Seriously, my experience here is the absolute truth of dealing with nothing but lies, deceit and fraud. One month later, no movement and paying a mortgage on an empty house. Predators and everyone that works there and coached to this sales tactic should be completely embarrassed and shamed of themselves.
If I could give this store 100000 negative starts I would. It took 5 months for my furniture to arrive, and that’s only because I stared to call and call. Finally when I received it I got the wrong bedroom set, missing mirror and nightstand. My mattress was very dirty.I email the sales rep to follow up on my order, still no call back. When I received my order, I called and whom ever on sales a spoke to will not transfer me to the store manager, well after he was the one who incorrectly put my order in the system. I spend over 4,000 in furniture and I wished I never did. Today I did not get a call back from the customer service manager nor do I know when I will get the missing pieces. Not to mention a manager was suppose to call today no one did. Save your money, time and headaches buying from this store. I will for sure regret buying here! Terrible store, terrible product, and no one takes responsibility for mistakes. By the way Alex I was told you are the CS manager, it be nice to follow up with customers for such a big mistake. You can pick up the bedroom set that That was send wrong color BUT i decided to keep and I’ll take my money back, I’m still missing pieces.
I went in looking for a new bedroom set. It has been tough finding stores with inventory due to the pandemic. Luckily Mo was helping us out. He went over a couple of different companies and was able to find a beautiful bedroom from Michael Amini company. Shout out to Mo for all of his help🙏🏼 We will definitely be coming back.
This store is a scam and they do not have the items in stock when you make a purchase. I purchased a sectional on May 18, 2021 and I am still waiting for this purchase. They are rude and lack any credibility, decorum or professionalism. They have lied several times about where the order is, their access to it and after almost 4 months, I have no sectional and no refund. They have also lied about having a corporate office when they are a franchisee and handle their own accounts and sales issues. You can not take money and keep it and not produce the product, Now i have to take them to small claims to get my money back. Horrible People and do not give them your money. Go Living Spaces instead as I have never had a problem there.
My girlfriend and I spent just over $5,000.00 on bedroom furniture with a delivery date of the beginning of July. So naturally I called the store the past Friday to make sure that we are still on track for delivery. After talking to a sales rep he said he would look into it and give me a call back. Ok sounds good. Today I decided to call them back because I haven’t heard from anyone. The person I spoke with was very nice when he told me that he was sorry but he doesn’t think we will be getting our order now till the end of September. And maybe we should consider buying our furniture from people that actually carry stock. Wow!!! To be continued
Horrible experience. Bought 10 pieces two months ago. Delivered yesterday. 3 pieces are damaged and need to be replaced. 1 piece was missing and another could not be assembled. I am told by Moe that it will take at least two weeks to get the parts needed. Further multiple Furniture City employees told me these things happen and to take it under consideration. Also, no items are inspected prior to delivery. Finally they basically buy furniture from other stores. The piece that cannot be assembled was purchased from Ashley.
This place is 🤩 amazing and has the top most modern and beautiful furniture and very good prices! There customer service is wonderful and they go above and beyond to help you with what ur looking for!!!! Will definitely keep buying from them!!
Im not a review writer, so this must be very important...I really wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, its been an incredibly difficult experience. As for Furniture City and their staff I feel theyve been trying to be helpful, but it doesnt do much. I ordered a sectional back in November 2020 and was told Id receive it in February. We called on the expected date and were told it got updated to May 9. I was understanding due to COVID circumstances and said thats fine. Come May 9, I call again, and they say its nearly finished and is expected May 17. Come May 18, I call and theres no update. A few hours later they call my husband and inform him it is now to be expected June 18. I understand the sectional is coming from a third party company, so I perhaps this review should be directed to whoever they are, but just so you all know this is what could possibly happen when making a purchase at Furniture City. Will I get my couch in a month? Who knows. As of this moment Im hoping to just cancel the order and look elsewhere.
I bought a dining table set around 5 months ago, and the quality is perfect! It really brings our dining room together. It is gorgeous! I referred a couple of my friends, and I cannot wait to go back again. Excellent service as well!
I cant say enough good things about this place which is why I keep coming back! First of all, the people are always friendly and they genuinely want to make sure you find what youre looking for. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Honestly, the most difficult part of buying from Furniture City was trying to decide what to buy because everything in this store is absolutely beautiful and well priced. I love their selection of décor items too. Their mix of trendy + classic styles was amazing. It really made it easy for me to complete each room by having everything I needed to buy in one location! Thank you to Mo and Fawzi for making me feel like a VIP customer! 10 out 10 recommend this place!!
On Saturday I went in and was looking to purchase a bedroom set, we were told one more unit was left in stock and they would confirm on Monday. On Monday we were told they actually didnt have it in stock - I wish I read these reviews beforehand to see how they use this tactic with all their customers - and it would take 4-8 weeks or we can switch our selection to a color and size we didnt want. We politely asked to cancel as we know with backorders this could end up being months of a delay, and also so we could move forward with another set elsewhere that is available, the sales manager was completely pushy and isnt allowing us to do so and wants to force this purchase upon us. After a short argument he gave us the email to corporate, which is actually just the store email, and told us to submit our request and plead our case and that it would take SEVEN business days to hear back - unbelieve to think they make their clients wait this long for a store that was absolutely empty on a Saturday afternoon.This has been a stressful experience and to think this store wants to force these purchases during a time like this is appalling and a sign of complete desperation for a sale. Any reputable company doesnt behave this way and its the first Ive seen that doesnt allow time for cancellations especially when the product hasnt even been ordered yet and was actually not in stock after supposedly appearing to be so.

Ordered a couch and coffee table in January 2021, it is now Mid July and I still don’t have my merchandise. Despite daily trips to the store for updates and dealing with the sales manager Mo, (who has been as helpful as he could be) I have yet to be given a delivery date, or to hear from the general manager who was supposed to call me a month ago. If you actually WANT what you pay for, don’t buy it here!!!!!
BEWARE customers…. I ordered a Sectional in January and was told it would be ready May, the company never called and when, I called about my sectional I was told, July… I finally got in touch with the owner of Santa Ana Furniture City, he told me that they were not affiliated, and that it’s a Scam, and I would never receive my furniture, and too file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I called the bank were I finance the sectional, and had the bank refund my money…. Please go somewhere else, I would never want this to happen to you…

Buyer beware. Ordered furniture in early March. Received half of the order in June which is the incorrect order AND is damaged. Still no word on the other half of the order and its now September. Furniture City hasnt responded to any of my voicemails or emails. Ive been working with my credit card company for the past 2 months to put an end to this nightmare. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

Went there to buy leather recliners….great sales team..Jonathan and Shawn..bought $5,000 worth of beautiful furniture. Needed two days to get rid of my own furniture and then they said to call for delivery. I did and was scheduled for today and was told when I called that it would not be delivered to my house for atleast two weeks. Jonathan was very rudeTelling me I said I didn’t want it till mid .august which is not true. Told me he tried my private number and couldn’t get thru..it’s my cell phone and works fine..,.will never buy from this place again…..don’t like to be double teamed. Still do not have a definitive 🚚 date…and they have all the money..paid for by a debit card.
I wanted to treat myself to a new bedroom set and I had the pleasure of discovering Furniture City last November 2020. I was very excited to come in and peruse their showroom after being very disappointed whilst window shopping at other local furniture stores as most of what I was seeing was rather ordinary, bland and just plain boring to me. Nothing popped for me. Plus I like bling!I was greeted by a handsome, assertive, young salesman named Leo. Immediately Leo took charge to show me around and then he allowed me to freelance for awhile and told me if i needed him for anything he wouldnt be far away.I appreciated the fact that he wasnt hovering over me and gave me space to browse at my own pace.I enjoyed myself immensely. I was finally seeing what furniture is supposed to look like. Furniture City does have extremely gorgeous pieces thats for sure, I was quite impressed. Also they have lovely decor.Their showroom is super gigantic and it is a lot to take in all at once. I decided to come back again at a later date for round 2.... and just when I was about to leave I saw my dream come true bedroom set The Glimmering Heights collection by Michael Amini, and it took my breath away! I was sold right then and there. And the affordable price totally blew me away, so I ordered the entire set because I work hard and Im worth it! Well when it finally arrived I was astonished to see just how well made and stunning it actually was! I could not have made a better choice. Generously embellished with fine jewels and crystals from top to bottom. I didnt realize that it doesnt sit on legs, it sits on crystals! This set is an unimaginable masterpiece. It oozes class With a Hollywood Star/Beverly Hills vibe. Not only is it to die for glamourous and gorgeous, it is strong, solid, sturdy and finely crafted to perfection. I didnt know it existed until I connected with Furniture City. After ordering, sometimes I would became impatient completely forgetting about Covid was causing delays in all furniture store businesses. I am so grateful for Leo, Fawzi, Moe, Ali, Danny, Christian and all the staff at Furniture City for their warmth and kindness guiding me to have more patience while waiting to receive this custom dream come true. Even during Covid, they still managed to see that my order was processed and fulfilled as fast as humanly possible and that I was totally happy with everything i received. Also the delivery team was spot on while assembling my furniture and they took great care while unboxing and clean up. They are very responsible and reliable. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR FURNITURE!!! They will gladly take your money and tell you a delivery date. After that, you will never hear from them again unless you call them. When you call to find out the status of your order, they will put you on hold and pretend to have been inquiring about the furniture. Each time I called, I got a different answer from Mo and Ali who were super rude and condescending. This place should be shut down for fraud. The only furniture they have is what is in stock. READ PEOPLES REVIEWS ON Yelp and you will see all the people that have been defrauded from the furniture they ordered months ago and money. The negative reviews are all true!!!!
Stay away from this store, the costumer service is the worst one I have ever seen in my life. They never return the calls. They always make empty promises. They charge for the insurance but the costumer service is never responsive when it is needed. I will never purchase anything from this company again.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.. They will push you to Buy a couch and even give you an aggressive deal.... because they have no idea when or if you will ever receive the item. I understand because of Covid, shipping is backed up, but have the decency not to lie to your customers and actually follow up with them. The customer service is awful. Not once have I been called back.. I have contacted the store a bunch of times on my own. No one will follow up with you. No one will reach out to you if your item is lost or passed its delivery date . They will however offer you a refund so they dont have to deal with you. But again, only if you call and pry.

I was dreading going in and buying furniture, but Jimmy made it a fun experience and took the pressure off buying furniture by helping me and being patient with me.
Do not give this store your money. I ordered a love seat and some other chairs on 11/27/20. Salesman and his manager said it would be delivered by February. Since then I have received the chairs later than they said but I did get them. My custom love seat though has yet to be delivered and as of 5/24/21 they say there is not a date that it will be manufactured. I have spoken with several people there and even to the factory rep, all have made promises of delivery dates that never materialized. So as of now I am out the $$ with no delivery date AND now no one at the store is not returning my calls. My next move is to take legal action and file a BBB grievance.So spare yourself the headache, these very poor reviews are real and are not made up.

Still Waiting!We ordered furniture in February, a recliner, dining table with chairs, a buffet and hutch. We were told that the furniture would come in mid to late March. Not a problem, we had already expected some sort of a delay due to COVID. End of March we started calling to ask where our furniture was and we got the run around until end of April when they said they could deliver our chairs for the dining table (not the table) and the recliner. May 7th we got a delivery, dining room chairs, no recliner. Maybe two weeks later our recliner (which I may say is already peeling at the head rest after ONLY ONE MONTH) was delivered. It is now end of June, 4 months later and we are barely getting our table. Still no sign of the buffet and hutch.Excuses we were given since February - its on a loading dock and they cant get to it; other stores are faster at picking up merchandise then we are; oh its in stock at another store, well have a driver grab one from there and deliver it... two weeks later oops we are sorry it was the wrong item and/or sold by the time we got there.We asked for a refund a long time ago but given the run around about that too even though we had no items. I guarantee I will never recommend anyone to go there and I will never return there to buy anything again.
I ordered a custom couch in September 2020 which we did not receive until January 2021.I understand the strain that COVID-19 has had on businesses, so waiting for the couch was tolerated.What is not acceptable is:- A roughly $6k order arriving damaged- The Furniture City Customer Service rep (Ali) taking grater than 120 days to take any action on the reported damage; which, was reported a day after delivery.- Receiving only partial replacement of the product after waiting 1/3 of a year- Reporting this to Ali, and (to this day) hearing nothing back.- Getting directed to the warranty service after a phone call to see what Ali is doing, and having them direct it back to the store.... Literally a run a round.The amount of time and money I have invested in this couch is far beyond its worth, and I would recommend that no one even enter this store.I would gladly have this couch removed from my house if I could get a refund.

Absolutely the worst experience we have every had at a furniture store. If the owner is reading this, dont bother with your copy and paste platitudes about how sorry you are, as that is a total lie.We ordered a dining table and chairs set over 4 months ago and when we paid for it, we were very clear about only wanting it if in stock and would get to us soon. We were assured by the salesperson that it was in stock and they would be contacting us to arrange delivery in a timely manner. No call ever came. We called the store and were told they only had the table and a couple of the chairs at the warehouse (not what we were told originally).Called the warehouse, told that they did have all the chairs but hadnt booked delivery yet, we asked if we could come pick it up and told no. Called store back, told not all the pieces were in, called the warehouse yet again, then they claimed they WERE short some pieces and so on and so on. After months of non-response after that, did a fraudulent charge claim on our credit card. Furniture City totally lied and claimed they had tried to deliver the pieces, but no one was home to take delivery. We never had a delivery date and we hardly left home at the time so no way we missed them. Called the warehouse yet again and just asked about delivery, told us again that they didnt have all the pieces so couldnt do a delivery. But somehow we missed the delivery of a set they still couldnt deliver? WTH?After more time filling out all the counter paperwork for our bank to show Furniture City had no proof of a missed delivery, nor any delivery date in the foreseeable future. The bank agreed with us and made it a permanent credit and notified Furniture City. FCs response was to charge our credit card again as if we had just ordered the table set. Still no contact though about delivering this set, only taking of our money again. Bank is notifying Visa of this highly unusual charge in response to the banks verdict and we have to wait for it to be credited back to us again. The bank will then put a no charge status on any charges to us from Furniture City. Their level of unprofessionalism is astounding.The frustrating part is that we are reasonable people who, like so many others on here, tried to work it out and just wanted what we had paid for so long ago. They could have made this right, told the truth from the beginning, apologized for misrepresenting the availability, offered us a refund, or store credit etc instead of lying to us, and the bank, over and over again. There is no way we will ever set foot in this store again.
Worse experience ever!! Brought furniture from them since December 2020 today 03/27/2021 I still haven’t received anything!! Bad customer service when calling the store manager to request an update “manager “ Danny such a rude and unprofessional attitude!! Worse place and experience!! Check on Yelp before purchasing!! We should all report them to consumers protection bureau to have them close for good!! They blocked me from social media!! The owner never shows his face.

Every time I call for an update of my order they put you on hold and will tell you a certain day will arrive once the day comes no call no furniture yet. I’ll call again and they keep pushing it to a further date! They started saying your furniture will come 8-10 weeks but after that they’ll push a date forward and forward and won’t deliver it’s been half a year now waiting for my living room and next what wait for a whole year for it DONT PURCHASE HERE!

Now its been 5 months and were about to move to another location and the furnitures we ordered are not yet delivered. So frustrated and will never buy to this store ever again. Hopefully to cancel the items today.

I purchased my dining table on 11/29/20. They delivered the wrong set 6-8 weeks later. I’m still waiting for my order and it’s now 2/3/2021.Per my discussion with Ali just now, they have no idea when my furniture will be delivered. I guess I’ll just eat on the floor? 🤡To add insult to injury, I was told that they will not allow a return, refund, or discount on my order. Totally bizarre.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

🛑The worst ever store. These guys are all bunch of liars and they have zero customer service. We ordered all of our furnitures through them bc we were told that we would receive them in 3 weeks but after 5 months most of the things came wrong or defected and they were blaming on covid. They just gave us $900 credit back after 2 months following up with them. Please please don’t buy from them. All their invoices are wrong. You never can TRUST THEM. We are still waiting for some items to come and who knows if we really would get them or not. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I wish I could give 0 stars.I came by the store today Sunday, February 21st at around 2-3pm with my mother and the customer service was awful.Let me begin by saying that we came in and no one greeted us, even the employee that walked right past us and clearly saw us. We went around the whole store once and made eye contact with at least 3-5 people. These employees were not helping other customers, in fact they were playing with a ball and lounging around.After going around a second time Arcadia, a wonderful employee who was already helping another customer asked if we were doing alright. Mind you, she is Latina and was helping another Latina and my mom and I are Latinas. I dont think it was a coincidence that the Caucasian customers walking around had already been asked if they needed help. Anyways, Arcadia was amazing she gets a 10/5 stars because she went above and beyond to help us. Since Arcadia had a question about a different color she asked Shawn who was not even being the nicest to us and seemed forced to answer our questions and also wasnt giving a whole lot of eye contact. Needless to say it seemed like we were wasting his time type of vibe.When we left the store we called to express our awful customer service and apparently Shawn is the manager who is one of the people that we made contact with at the beginning and seemed forced to help. I dont know why hes a manager because he lacks customer service and leadership.The whole store needs new employees except for Arcadia. Its a shame because the furniture is gorgeous but I will not spend a dollar there and I will make sure all of friends and family dont either.I ended up going to Ashley’s to purchase my furniture. As soon as I walked in they greeted us and every employee we walked past greeted us, not to mention the store was actually packed with customers. Maybe this place should learn from Ashley’s

We bought the couch and the dining table w/ chairs on April 10. The manager told us it is going to be delivered on April 16. There was nothing on that day, we called and push the delivery date to April 26. We called three days before and they told us it is going to be delivered on April 29th....... We dont even know when should we expect our furniture.June 8,2021 We got the furniture on April 29, 2021. One chair was broken, they said they will replace the chair and deliver it to us. June 8 - we still have one chair missing....
First time seeing this furniture store and it’s amazing. I’m used to the other warehouse looking furniture stores with shady sales people trying to get me to buy overpriced low quality furniture, but this place is nothing like that. They have a beautiful selection of furniture at great prices. I can’t believe I hadn’t come across this store sooner! This location is a bit far from me, but it’s worth the drive. I’ve already shared this store with my family and we all agree this store is worth a visit. Can’t wait to get my next bedroom set from them :)
Had a great and wide selection of furniture. We can in to look for a dining set. We were close to closing on one but it just wasn’t the right price for us. They are willing to negotiate pricing so that’s great but still wasn’t within our budget. Other than that staff is friendly and helpful

This store does not deserve any stars and should be shut down. Dont buy from this place. I ordered in store a bed, vanity and shelf around 4 months ago and haven’t received the furniture or even an email from them. When we call we always hear them saying its covids fault...This place is such a scam, they promise to check and call you back but never do. The return policy is absolutely horrible, you can not return, cancel or get your money back. We payed $3,000 and have not received anything from them.
I put over $20,000 for furniture and still havent half the items. And those that I have received are damaged. It been over 4 month and I yet to see the rest of my furniture.

We went to explore the outlet. They are HUGE. its 20 miles away from my place but the visit was worth it. The pieces are unique and we also found our dream bedroom set!! Will definitely go again for our sofas soon!

Shopped there on Labor Day. We had visited many furniture stores and it was towards the end of the day. I didn’t see the exact thing I was looking for so my husband and I were about to leave. Someone stopped us and asked us if she could help us find anything. Long story short- she was so sweet and helpful. We had our toddler with us and instead of dirty looks- our little guy got tons of thumbs up! We also found a couch that I fell in love with. It just got delivered today! We were quoted 4-6weeks. It took 4 weeks and 1 day. The delivery schedule said between 12 and 4. They showed up at 10:45am. I wasn’t expecting them to be early! They were polite and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Definitely shopping there again— great customer service, great products, great service all around

No star for this company!! I ordered a dining set, a bar and a table, they said they have it all at their warehouse and gave ma a delivery date! A few days later I checked my invoice and saw they have charged me for two bars and ordered an extra piece which they didnt even have it in their show room!II called them and they said they will not return my money for that extra piece they can only give me a store credit but never confirmed that either!!!!! called many times, they refused the delivery and said they dont have the items in stock and need to get it from the manufacturer! Still havent delivered my furniture after 3 months! Dont recommend at all! Its a robbery!

I paid for a bedroom set 7 months ago. They were suppose to deliver it in 6 weeks. Its being seven months already and we didnt get our bench and two bedside tables (worth of $1000). We asked them to give us a refund since they dont have it in stock and they refused itIt seems like its a scam. They ll collect as much money as possible from their customers promising to deliver furniture in a few weeks and then just go bankrupt. Please be aware and dont do any purchases from this company

I was greeted nicely, and everything went fine. Placed the order on phone. But then the ordeal started. They would not call even once to let me know when I am getting my merchandise. I had to call few times, and was told that someone will call, but never. Very frustrating and poor CS. Buyers please be aware, they have no return policy. I was so fed up that wanted to cancel my order, but nope, cannot. Will never ever go there, and please be very careful when you order anything. What a mess, times are already very stressful, but these guys when you call, they have simple answer, sorry for the inconvenience, but they dont believe in it. SORRY, WILL NOT BUY AGAIN. The reason I am giving two stars because of the sales person, who was nice to me and gave me all the info on phone, after my visit to the store. Hope the after service was same as the before service.
Don’t shop here!!!! I ordered a living room set thanksgiving Black Friday sale of 2020. I still have not received ANYTHING. After bc along several times, I was told I would receive my items on 4/17/21. Guess what not delivery and no call! Horrible service.

UPDATE *** it’s been 7 months and I have yet to receive the last piece of furniture ( dinning table) chairs were given last month and still missing the table !! I was promised all would be delivered in full in the last visit which have been lies !!! Missing Bedroom set for my child . I’ve notified them I will be proceeding w a lawsuit .BEWARE !!! Stay far away from this place !! Worse customer service! NO CANCELLATION or REFUND POLICY. It’s been over 2 months and I have not received not one piece of furniture. Danny the manger is unprofessional with the most disrespectful attitude. My first red flag 🚩 should have been the lazy associates who are sitting on the front sofa displays with their suits while txt messaging and not even glancing at walking customers. Take your business elsewhere and Save your hard earned money for another place while actually value your business!!

If I would have known these guys would make buying furniture super easy this would have been my 1st and only stop. We really liked being greeted at the door by Abe he was very helpful right from the start asked us what we were looking for and worked with us. Not only did they help us pick out a couch they were very patient and helpful while we picked out colors and fabric to customize it. They also helped out customizing our bedroom set. They were very knowledgeable about their merchandise which we really liked. Shout out to Shaun who also assisted us with measurements color schemes and the financial part of it. Overall awesome experience shopping here at Furniture City.
Went here be because we are in need of new storage dressers. Pricing and selection was good, but none of the employees were wearing masks so I didnt feel comfortable going through with any purchases especially since it looked like you had to sit at a desk (within 6 feet) to finalize orders.
