I purchased a battery and had them install it. While they were very friendly, the AutoZone employee did not tighten the nuts and I was left stranded that evening. It fried my positive battery harness, leading to additional repairs having to be made.

Needed Batteries in my truck. Ahamed was the young man who helped me. He was kind, courteous and very professional. He checked the old batteries and installed the new ones. I would recommend this business. Thank you. Ahamed.!

They are always out of anything I need. DEF fluid, washer fluid, ATF and several other things I’ve attempted to get.The staff was always very helpful and friendly but if you don’t have product you can’t make a sale.

I went into Auto Zone in Baker on today, Wed, Aug 14, 2019, and there was the most helpful associate that I have ever encountered there, Ahmad. He was very patient, there to serve the customer and provided very patient assistance for the woman who knows not a lot about vehicle fluid shopping (smile) I really sincerely appreciated his assistance and he provided the customer service that you expect from every business you visit, that you just dont get. Customer service could be better. No one greeting you when you walk in and never offer any help. On the other hand the store has a great selection of car care products.

Occasionally they leave you on hold (3 different times). Sometimes you get lucky and the person knows something about the part your calling about!

Just went to pickup some seafoam for my old truck that had been sitting up for a while

They actually have some nice people in there. Usually people are just in there to sell parts in other AutoZones. They wasnt rude about finding the right part and making sure I was okay with it. And this AutoZone actually had the part I was looking for and the other AutoZone down the road didnt. I was sent to this one by another one. The line wasnt long either. I went there twice and each time I was in and out in no time.

Went here for a specialty tool to remove the fan clutch from the water pump. The tool cant was either wrong or it was missing pieces. But they staff was friendly & tried to help.

Very helpful and friendly employees here. Maybe lacking in mechanical inclination a little bit made up for it with great attitude and willingness to help.

I came in for a part that was put on hold and the young man deleted the hold item and I had to wait for 10 or more minutes to find out what parts I was picking up. He never apologize for the inconvenience are anything and all it takes is to be kind to someone when youre at fault.
