I was referred to Autoworks by my insurance agency to get an estimate on the repair of the side mirror on my Mercedes. I only named the type of vehicle so that you can have an idea of how much the repair could possibly cost. I live nearby and Ive never heard of Autoworks so initially I was hesitant. I walked in and in less than 5 minutes my mirror was REPAIRED! There was no cost to me nor my insurance agent! My mirror was simply off the track but I had no way of knowing this. This was most definitely a time that the repairman could have take advantage of the situation and charged me hundreds of dollars, but because of his honesty and professionalism I walked away without paying a copper cent!! I asked him to give me a quote to repair my windshield and I have NEVER received a quote that reasonable! I will continue to do business with Autoworks and I will recommend this business to everyone thats looking for autowork.
