They have amazing customer service! I dont remember the young guy that helped me this summer, but he was great! I was on my way to Seattle and I thought I had problem with my tire. It turned out to be a piece of plastic that was stuck under my car. LOL Besides the embarrassment I felt for my bad driving. They were super cool about it and didnt charge me for test driving around the block. Thank you guys! I really appreciate the great service. If I ever do need tires, Les Schwab is the place Im choosing.

We had to stop & get two tires for the trailer. They were very nice & quick. Got us back on the road in 20 minutes.

We ran over a piece of needle nose pliers on the freeway. We put our spare tire on our car and drove straight to Les swab. They had our tire repaired and had us back on the road in no time at all! They were very sweet with my four young children as we all sat in their waiting room. They were very professional but also very kind in our time of stress. Thank you!

Really appreciated the friendly and quick service for repairing a flat tire. I was on my way home from Boise to Seattle and got a flat tire about 20 miles east of Baker City on I-84. After putting on my spare, I made my way to the shop and was greeted immediately by Jim who promptly got my car in the garage. Only about 30 minutes and I was on my way. Turned out to be a fragment of semi-truck tire chain. They also put my spare tire back in its place underneath the car and stored the jack. Great all around service.

They were fantastic. They told us what the problem was and how to solve the cracked wheel.

This Les Schwab always has great customer service. I like going there because they treat everyone equally not like your typical good Ole boy companies I see in baker. Plus I have watched the different generations in this family ran business and even the next generation is on top of it.

This Les Schwab Tire Shop is FANTASTIC! My husband and I were on our way to visit our son, daughter-in-law, and grandson in Utah.It was a very windy, and snowy day today. The big rigs had to chain up but unfortunately for us some of them lost their chains or pieces of them on Dead Mans Pass. We must have run oversome and it punctured our rear passenger tire.We googled this shop and pulled up to it. They immediately took our truck in and repaired the tire for free! Were so grateful for their kindness.

Had a blowout on a trailer pulled into Les Schwab Baker and in 20 minutes we were on the road again thank you very much

Pretty good experience people were nice and helpful. Good place to build credit for people starting out. It was fairly quick too I want to say maybe half an hour to start an account and have new wheels and tires put on. The wheels look so great, the car honestly looks leagues better and is safe now. My one and only complaint the technician curbed my tires... Like dude are you serious.. I get my car is a junk box but I just spent 4 times what I paid for the car on wheels and you curb them.. Like dude park a little farther then legal if you have too Im getting right in it and leaving. Just frustrating to have to clean your BRAND NEW tire because a tire technician curbed them. Good price and service though will return.

My wife and I were boondock camping near Baker City, OR when I noticed a U joint failing on my tow vehicle..we left our camp trailer in the woods and headed for Baker City..even tho we had no appt, they were very flexible in getting us serviced and out in two hours.

Great customer service. Great warrantees. The employees are all well educated in what needs to be done in my Jeep. They will come to your house free for battery jumps and to put your spare on if you have a flat. Live them!

We hit the curb with our front right tire pretty hard and didn’t want to take the I-84 without making sure it could get us home. They checked it out for free and told us it was OK. We really appreciated it!

Got a flat tire outside of Baker 10 minutes before closing. They sent out a truck to help get the spare tire on then opened up the shop to repair our flat. Super fast and amazingly kind and helpful. Special shout to Gerard for helping us in the cold and snow and running the register ;) Thank you to Phil as well for coming in late to help.

We were on a road trip to visit family in Idaho. Our car wouldnt start and a wonderful maintenance man at the Shell Jackson station jumped us and suggested we go to this location for a quick battery check. We were greeted at the car by Gerard who tested the battery and the alternator. Turns out the negative lead cable was loose. A quick tighten and the car started wonderfully. No charge. I love Les Schwabs service (and their tires).

I have been to a few les schwabs around Oregon. And lived close to one many years. And would recommen all. Les Schwab is a little pricey and i do understand people going elsewhere when youre funds dont permit because i have and when in that situation will again. But you do get what you pay for. Baker city Les Schwab is the best out of the 6-8 Les Schwabs i have been to in my almost 12 years in Oregon. The most kind curious and helpful the customers service is above and beyond. And seriously grateful. 10pm Sunday night, Darren answered the phone ( !! ) and then met us at the store to sell a tire ( !!! ) to replace a blow-out that happened a third of the way into the trip. And he was cheerful ( !!!!) about it, too! And when the computer was acting up and would not process payment, . . . . we left the store with tire anyway after he captured the CC numbers ( !!!!!! ). Payment was processed the next morning, but, MY GOODNESS GRACIOUS, what a blessing!! Last fall on a trip home from Idaho my wife pulled over to the side of I-84 to let an emergency vehicle go by, didnt see some large metal object on the shoulder, and hit it square on. When we stopped at a rest stop five miles later, I noticed the rim on the passengers side front was badly distorted and bent. We changed to our spare, and looking at a Google map discovered that 11 miles further on was a Les Schwab in Baker City. When we got there and described the trouble, I expected wed have to wait till they found a new wheel, maybe over night, but that wasnt the case. I was assured that they could straighten the wheel, true it up, check the tire for damage, and wed be good to go. In 45 minutes they called and said. All done. We went down to pick up the car and write the check. The full charge? $0. Nada. Zip. That kind of service is why I dont go anywhere else for tire service or new tires. It is simply a great company, and run the way all companies should be run: Customer first.

2000 Yukon XL 2500. On the first day of a 3000 mile RV trip I shredded a tire (9 year old Toyo Open Country A/T) on the highway 30 miles from Baker City--Labor Day, no less. My spare got me to Baker City and I was thankful to find the Les Schwab shop there. I could have been back on the road the same day if Id wanted to pay the $95 after hours charge, but decided to call it a night at a local RV park and return in the morning. The staff was friendly, helpful and honest. They knew I was on a tight schedule and so did their best to hurry things along. While putting one of the rear wheels back on a stud stripped out, and they replaced it quickly at no charge while I had breakfast at the diner across the street. Unfortunately they only had two of the four Toyo Open Country H/Ts that I wanted, so they put the two best old tires on the front and the new ones on the rear. Another Schwab at the next stop provided the other two, and the rest of the trip went off without a hitch. Overall I was very pleased, and remain thankful for their service and attention.

Amazing service. Fast, friendly and honest. These guys really helped me out when I was in a bind with a blown trailer tire.

Went in for an alignment, tire rotation, and pre trip safety check in March. Started noticing some problems with my vehicle pulling me all over the road. Took it into a shop and they put it on a lift. My rear end is shot- my back axel has about 2 inches of play in it. My bushings are completely worn out and my shocks need replaced. Im very disappointed that this wasnt found when the safety inspection was done. I feel like this was quick and dirty and I got pushed out the door.

Great service today and a superfast job done on my tire repair. Friendly bunch of people and the car was ready before I finished the coffee!

I wish the friendly smiles and the ridiculous running out to meet you made up for the horrible service I have received here. Had brakes replaced on my truck including calipers, only to have one of the calipers go bad a couple months later . Took it back and said its pulling really hard to the right when I stop, they check it out and say I need an alignment... so pay for an alignment... still pulls right when you stop. Take it back again.. Oh well look the left caliper is bad ... which makes the right one work twice as hard and ruined the brand new brake pads... so they put new caliper on left, brake pads and rotor on right. THEN CHARGE ME $380 some bucks for it!! I ask isnt this under warranty... from the owners mouth do you have your warranty paperwork?... I could not find it.. I say cant you look this up, I just had it done not long back.. The Owner No we dont keep any of those records.... UTTER BS... I finally found the original bill for it and took it in... and then he still would not honor it...The most dishonest dealing I have ever had with a service provider.
