A buddy had to have a tire replaced today and we called ahead and got an INSTALLED quote of 339 including the tire and labor.At pick up they handed my buddy a bill for 515.00!!These guys are crooks and completely unethical!Do not use!

I needed a tire while traveling and they had the only one in town... so I was charged double the normal retail price for it.Edit: the tire is $156 on Amazon, $154 on americanmototire, and $146 on revzilla. You charged me $284. Your suggested retail value is just a way to justify price gouging folks with no other option.

I have waited a month to leave this feedback and after the time that has gone by I still feel the same. I have an older Polaris snowmobile and suspected that the coil was bad on it. I called to find out about the part and cost. Due to the cost quoted I wanted to make sure the coil was indeed the faulty part and asked a simple question if they could tell me what the secondary resistance was supposed to be on the coil. This spec should exist in the shop manual. I was told that was information only for the shop and that is how they stay in business. I promptly ended my call with a polite thank you and said goodbye. I didnt feel I was asking for too much!I then called another Polaris dealer and was happily given the information and determined that the coil was indeed bad. Guess what? I bought the coil from them!I have been to the shop this past year and purchased some snowmobile gear along with Polaris oil and such. My experience was good then but was left a little put off by my recent experience.My reason for leaving a two star review is I did receive a call back, that is good. My family recently moved to Eastern Oregon and I bought used sleds to try out the sport without jumping in Head first. With that, we will be in the market to purchase new sleds in the next year or two. After this experience I most likely will not choose this shop as my go to choice. They had a chance to earn my loyalty and trust but fell short.

People doing business the right way. No hidden costs and no surprises. Recently purchased 2017 Polaris General - very pleasant experience. No high pressure sales. Rick was and is a pleasure to deal with. Service department is a huge asset. They rebuilt the rear end of my 07 Polaris Outlaw and I will be taking another ATV in for repairs soon.

Its a nice place but the guy who helped us was not great he was very very pushy about buying a sxs or 4wheeler. I understand he wants to make a deal but this was to much.

Very helpful and friendly. Best customer service I have ever had at motorcycle shop. Small town maybe, but the big town cycle shops could take lessons from this shop.

Been in twice for a mid-trip emergency motorbike tire replacement. Both times they had a quality tire in stock, and dropped everything to get me on my way in about an hour. Would give 5 stars, but the prices are high, but when you need a tire and cant ride anymore without getting one, you are happy to pay for someone to keep a decent inventory and do the work right away. Thanks again!

I think we have purchased 7 machines from them over the years. We always thought we got the best prices there. We also enjoyed working with the owners. Im not sure how the new owners will be.

Wow. I recommend not taking anything to here to get worked on. A month later, $680 in labor alone, on the second try they finally got my side by side fixed. They will use your pocket book to your expense at theyre inexperance.I was told 3 different times what the problem was and still not fixed, you will pay for them to guess. I WILL NEVER TAKE ANOTHER ONE OF MY TOYS THERE!!!

Was in Baker City for some sport tour motorcycling and needed a new rear tire. Gary and the gang had the tire I wanted in stock and fit me into their service schedule. Didnt miss a beat riding! Thank you and enjoy the winter sledding!
