Went in for 2 new tires and an alignment. When I left I couldnt believe how great the ride was. Smooth as could be. Great job!!!!

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had! Turner, the owner, is incredibly rude & unprofessional. I waited 7 hours for them to come (after being told a couple hours) just to be told I would not be serviced today & they did not even have my information written down. I called multiple times and spoke to multiple people. Do not recommend.

I went there to get an estimate on some front end work. The guy told me what needed to be done but said he might not be able to get the parts. I found the part all over the internet. He also said I needed brake work, but my brakes work fine??

We had a blow-out on our 5th wheel on the way to a local campground. We were just going to get 1 tire replaced and then do the other 3 when we got home in a few days.I called Delts Tire on Thursday morning and they gave me such a great price on the tires that we decided to get all 4 tires.They had to get them from the warehouse so we made an appointment for 8:00 Saturday morning.We were there a few minutes after 8 and we were on the road by 8:45.The service was fantastic and the prices were very fairThank you!! Highly recommend them

I use to live in Bainbridge Ga. wear Delta Tire is located. I now live two hours away on the Florida cost but I still use Delta Tire. You will not find a better place to go. The guys at Delta Tire will go above and beyond. I can’t give this business a higher recommendation!!!!!

We had a very bad experience. we paid 652.50 for our truck to be repaired. this was back on march 3rd and already had to take it back barely over a month has passed. they informed us that it must have already been waddled out and had to pay another 130.00 today to be replaced. now Im no mechanic but if it was waddled out as they say it would have been that way already. they said they did us a favor by not adding labor. plus they did not put the grease fitting underneath there but they said they would today. we get home and the grease fitting are still not under there as they said. will never go back and will not recommended anyone else to go there if asked. but if they can live with it that will be them. god bless them.

Quick in and out for pressure check. Learned the obvious, air can be added to nitrogen. After all, thats how it goes into the tire.

Have used this service a few times, wait times are reasonable. The company usually has everything you need. The only improvement I could suggest is to make the customer waiting area more spacious, more comfortable for the customers.

This tire place has a wonderful staff and fairly fast turn around.

I was in bainbridge today doing a customer estimate and got stranded when a large oil pan shield under my car got stuck half attached, half dragging on the ground. I didnt know anyone and had to just hope i could find someone to help me. I was right up the road from Delta so i called them. They immediately sent a nice young man to assist me. He got the panel removed and told me there wasnt any charge when i asked him what i owed.Quick, professional, great customer service! I would highly recommend them. Thank you Delta!

I had went to Delta tires so I can have a lock removed form my car and also a tire change. My husband gathered the information for m one of the employees about what delta was capable of. I asked my husband upon arriving at the tire shop to call for pricing and location. I asked how much the price was no remind you were driving on a flat tire. Now maybe the make of the car nor the tire size was discussed. Once wet got tot he location the make of the car and the tire were verified.My husband went and got the price of the job and we were quoted $45.00.Once again the discussion I was not a part of, I was only told one thing went int o the office to be pay because I thought they had communication done. The individual at the counter asked me what I wanted I told her that they are changing my tire. Now this is the most important part so pleaser pay attention. The cashier went outside to ask the guys what were they doing to my truck so she can calculate the proper price for the job. Remember when I told you that my husband was quoted $45.00 for the job. Also please remember hat the cashier came out and asked the employees what they were doing .She came back in and told $24.99. for the job please remember that I paid and waited in the waiting room. My husband came in ad said that he was told that he have to pay an additional $45.00 for the tire. I was quite surprised because as I stated earlier the clerk went outside not once but twice, to verify the job being done on the car. Well I asked the clerk to explain to me how come you didnt tell me that It will be 24.99 + 45.00. She stated that We charged you 24.99 to mount the tire. I stated but when you rang my job up I said to change the tire. Now most of us here are consumer and only a selected few are fluent in the language of actual customer service. Heres the kicker it was 24.99 for the tire mount, and an additional $45.00 for the borrowed tire.After I asked the lady to explain everything to me slowly, my question to her was How come wen I was in here with you you didnt notify me you rang the service charged up? She immediately said in her defense The tire price has nothing to do with the shop. I saidWhat? I came in and said I was getting my tire changed You went out and came back and told the price you never filled me in on the actual charged. Also not to mentioned we called ahead but info was left out that was crucial to everybody being on the same page. Also when I paid for the initial job I was giving an invoice that shows the representation of the job. But when we paid the initial $45.00 we were giving a receipt that you have to write, which indicates the this price is not part of their service because its not automated implemented on a paper as my first payment did. I asked the cashier do you not inform your employees of your price changes. Asked her this because she said if you want the right price just come in and ask us, I told her you went out and asked them!All in all were paid our bill but the miscommunication was horrible and just as I was giving the receipt for my first sale I told the cashier that they save us in the nick of time, I also made plan to come back and get 4 new tires. Which will generate a way better income instead of one tire. I quickly change my mind and went to Walmart.See the point is clients could take bad news but they do not like surprises. Everyone complains about Walmart how they are destroying the small business, but the truth is your destroying your selves as soon as you pull up the price of the job is discussed and negotiated. They will not do the job first and then reveal the price.This is a small business and I love to promote small business I always buy local but in this instance I will to Walmart and I will rally every one who needs help with their tire to go to Walmart I do not promote thieves
