They will not accept a package if your reusing a box that says wine on it. I was reusing a box from a company named “Wine & Country”. There was never actually any wine in the box… BUT That’s fine…. I understand there are rules and regulations. THEN they told me that if I covered up the part that says wine, they still would not accept the box because they will remember that at one time it said wine. Huh? I thought they were kidding…. They were not.
Just probably my favorite location in the area given their Sunday hours which is super convenient for me. Ive never had a problem with their service and it makes my Amazon returns so much easier to be able to drop them off here
If I could give a zero stars I would. Lost my package and provided no help on filing a claim with UPS. Sent me a check for $12 expecting me to be thankful, lol. Rude on the phone and terrible customer service

So I used to be able to use this UPS location often for sending out pre-paid shipments without any issue until a few months ago. Now, the last 2 times (including today) I came here to send something out, they refused to take the package, citing ridiculous reasons that Ive never heard at any other location. Im pretty sure they just do it so they can upsell you on re-boxing your package after you already paid for the label (it was offered to me the first time, this time I just left before they had the chance). Both times I took my package to a different UPS location afterwards and they took it without issue. The staff are otherwise completely unhelpful and the store is a mess. I highly suggest you use a different location. Worst UPS experience of my life.

I have been to this location several times, and people have always been friendly and helpful. Any questions were always answered professionally. Most of the negative reviews here should just be disregarded - someone is either out to personally attack an employee or complain that UPS lost a package, which isnt the fault of a UPS store anywhere in the country. Mind you, most customers probably complain about every little thing. This store does a great job and I will keep giving them my business.
Many people only feel so moved as to write a review when they’ve had a bad experience. I almost avoided using this UPS location because of the troubling things I read in these Google reviews. However, I decided to give them a try anyway and experienced some of the best customer service one could ask for. All associates warmly welcomed me and offered honest advice about how to safely get my items to their destination. This team is knowledge, friendly, and quick. It should be quite telling that most negative reviews involve incredibly insensitive personal attacks on the people who work at this store. Please give this business a chance, you will NOT regret it!
The clerk was so helpful in returning my Amazon packages. I had multiple items and needed help in sorting out the return codes. I was very impressed!

Ive been to this store several times this year with the pandemic and working from home. The staff is always pleasant and they get my items packaged up and delivered where they need to be, when they need to be. So glad this shop is nearby and available. Its way easier than trying to find just the right box and shipping supplies at home to package things up and get them to the post office. I can just bring it in here and let them take care of it for me for a reasonable amount!
I went into this location on new year’s eve, and my experience with the employee who helped me at the counter was just fine.The second employee, however, sat in the back of the store with his mask around his chin and did nothing to help the 4-5 people who lined up as I was going through my transaction. The location is quite small and folks tried to distance as best they could, but frankly I’m not coming back till I’m fully vaccinated. I hope that UPS addresses the unsafe, selfish behavior of the employee who works in a customer-facing position at this location.Edit after the business responded: My review is not petty, it’s entirely my experience and opinion. Plenty of people, including myself, have to wear a mask all day for customer-facing retail jobs. You’re putting people at risk and refusing to accept the feedback that you’re engaging in unsafe practices. Now I will be certain to never come back to this location. And I will be offering my feedback to UPS’ corporate offices. Good luck with your terrible attitude.
Great store and very professional i called in around 6 pm on Monday told them I have a package that needed to go out right away the lady that answered the phone said no problem bring it right in. I had to stop at my house quick and by the time I left they were closing I the next 10 min and it was going to take me a little past that to get there the lady on the phone said without hesitation just come on in as quick as you can. I was able to get there just at closing time they were very professional and curious to my needs and the package I needed to get out I will surely use this store from now on thank you
Horrible Horrible, Horrible!!!!! Was told they receive faxes for the public. Called on Saturday. They said they received it. I came into the store on Monday. (They told me they hold the fax for a week). Two days later!!!!! Came n store and was told . Sorry, we cleaned up. Must of got misplaced. Nothing we can do... Horrible service!!!!!!!!?!!

The worst experience ever! Please go somewhere else! The heavier male named Josh (I believe) has the worst attitude..nasty off the bat...should NOT be working in customer service! He is extremely combative and miserable. All the reviews state the same thing that we experienced and are 100% correct about him! The owner is just as bad. Do yourself a favor and avoid this UPS if you can.
I have used this store for years- sending around the world( both my sons were deployed). I never had a problem until the new owners. The heavy set man at the store( Josh?) is very rude, nasty and has a real attitude. He is ruining the store for everyone. The new owner should have a talk with him
This place is horrendous. The staff is horrible miserable and extremely unwilling to assist the customers. The guy with the disability literally told me in front of the owner that he routinely gives customers bad information just to get rid off them. Stay away from this place at all cost. Save yourself the headache and go to the Lindenhurst location. Also, the heavy set Spanish guy has a nasty attitude, knows nothing about customer service and acts like he wants to fight the customers. If the owner is reading this you need to make some serious changes before everyone decides to stop going to your store and go to Lindenhurst . Oh, and I printed all of these horrible reviews here and mailed them to headquarters. I am sure they want to know how this store is destroying the UPS name.
Go to the Lindenhurst store. It’s much better. This place is a disaster. Every time I go in with a package for my buisness there is an issue. The fat guy acts like he wants to fight every time. The person who is apparently the owner has no idea how to talk to people. Our buisness purchased a specific sized box and charged our customer for delivery of that size box. When it can time to ship it it measured two inches larger than this store sells it at. The fees went from 90 to 233$ dollars. The owner says the boxes are all different sizes and the measurements aren’t reliable. I went to Lindenhurst and explained what happened and a reasonable price was agreed upon. Probably not a big deal to the Babylon ups store but my small buisness won’t be using them anymore.

After being treated horribly at another UPS, the staff at This UPS store not only knew of the exact person I described from the other store and warned me he’s always Been that way but they were able to remove a large box from my car for me and was efficient and polite. They truly made my day so much easier as I had initially expected it to be before it became a soul bashing experience

Awful! Dropped off an Amazon return there. Was given a label with tracking number. Tracking shows item was never handed over to UPS so I never got my refund. Called the store to pick up my item since they never shipped it and they said they don’t have it. Clearly there is theft happening with Amazon returns in this store!

Would give zero stars if I could. I’ve been to this store a few times. I didn’t want to judge right away but every single time my experience has been the same. The staff is beyond rude and unhelpful. They overcharge on all services. I live about a mile away but will drive out of my way to use another UPS store. It’s very disappointing!
I was the unfortunate recipient of a double-billed, double-dispatched Overstock order, part of which was WAY too big to manage and also required printing (I dont have access to a printer) and we werent able to reclose the box.It took me forever to get to the UPS Store because there were so many things I had to figure out. When I called, one of the guys who was always there explained to just bring in the label on my phone and they could print it.When I got there, the other guy who is always there COMPLETELY HANDLED my uncloseable box. This was an expensive item and I was so stressed out about getting it back to Overstock and I couldnt carry it myself and he just did it. In like, two minutes. I will definitely stop being afraid of returns, because the service is so fast and affordable.I wanted to review because other people might be flustered by a return with a million steps. I am so relieved, thank you Babylon UPS store :)
The big flat overweight sloppy dude seems miserable and has a nasty attitude. This is not how you handle customers. They are slow and the place seems so disorganized. I live close to this one but Ill go to another store where the workers are nicer and more organized.

I wish I read the reviews before I trusted UPS. I was in a hurry to get a travel visa so I found many ups stores closed ? I had never had an issue before and worked for UPS years ago. High speed company. But no more beware using UPS as they are incompetent. I did take notice that when I was at the store they seemed unorganized and had just got a call about getting a computer ? The worker said something mumbling about your overnight package arrival 29th ? Today is the 8/25th UPS guy seemed special So I just ignored as he may be disabled . So end of day on the 26th I saw no movement on tracking and called this store !! UPS guy Giggles this happens a lot Im shocked you lost my passport and it takes 7 months replacement due to COVID. UPS says we will start an investigation takes 8 business days. Sorry but I worked for UPS and I know they can contact the driver on route and I know the truck is empty at end of shift. More insulting making a claim you need to force sign up UPS MY CHOICE add credit card ? to file a claim. If UPS does not find tracking scans and your parcel in 2 days good luck BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE !! not the same UPS anymore .
Completely unsafe. Employees wearing masks incorrectly, not at all, or taking them off to converse with one another. It seemed as if no precautions were in place to allow for social distancing in the small store. Also, employees were unsure how to insure and ship my package which led to a large crowd waiting. Very scary experience. Will not return.

Sending a dozen boxes to a customer. Lisa recommends that I change boxes to the ones they sell. When I returned and informed her that my customer directed me to keep them in the current boxes,she went on a five minute tirade, during which I tried calmly to interject my thoughts several times. I finally spent the $20 just to shut her up. The owner, Ray watched this the entire time and never attempted to reel in his out of control employee. Then, when I got home, I emailed Ray to explain what every business owner should know on day 1 – the customer is always right. Instead of doing what every owner with a conscience would do - apologize and refund the money Lisa strong-armed out of me - he responded with the most sarcastic email I’ve ever received, actually defending his over the top employee! Incredibly, he tried to excuse this Lisa’s behavior by saying he trained his people to treat their customers like old friends! God help the friends of Ray Bartlett and Lisa if this is how they get treated.Ray closed by sarcastically (of course) saying he WOULD rebuke Lisa for charging me too little for the boxes and then claiming I would miss their service and return to their store someday. Wronger words were never typed. In the thousands of dollars of sales I’ve done since, the Post Office and FedEx have been outstanding partners and have earned all of my repeat business.Avoid the Babylon UPS like the plague!!

Went to this store to make copies and had a pleasant experience with a younger gentleman who helped me with what I needed. The next day I needed more copies and there was an older gentleman there who claimed I needed to pay $5 more for what I had done the day before and told me I could download what I needed on a computer there but had to figure out how to adjust the paper myself. I asked if he would be willing to help, and he just shrugged his shoulders. There were no other customers in the store at the time. Not worth the aggravation!!

I will never be back to this UPS store. Please know there is not a notary here, despite the big sign on the window that says “notary.” I quickly learned that the owner is a notary, although he is rarely in the store. A disgruntled, angry older employee (either in his 40s or 50s) remarked that the notary “is on vacation.”
Josh and the new owner went beyond my expectations by cutting a moulding that I was returning to a supplier and saved me $150 shipping thank u josh u are an asset to that store!!!! I can’t thank you enough

I dropped off a package with a pre-paid paid label, and i was charged $25 buy the store. At least they could of taken it out of my truck.
I brought a couple packages to this location and on one of the packages he purposely checked the box and poked a hole through saying that I cant send it like that. I told him the box was fine before he poked a hole through. I dont care that I had to pay $4 for a box, what did piss me off is that you shouldnt purposely damage a customers box if it couldnt be shipped that way. The right way is to point it out to the customer and tell them hey this not allowed and would you like to purchase a box to send it in. Not about the money, its about the customer service and the way you treat certain situations.

Package ordered from amazon. Shipped via ups. I get an email stating my package is ready for pickup at this location and was told they did not have it. I went there twice in 2 days and each time they claimed not to have it. “Check back tomorrow” Turns out they did have it but due to disorganization couldn’t find it. I replaced the item and let them keep it and return to amazon. I have also attempted to use the notary service on multiple occasions and each time was told they could not help me. Waste of time to use this unorganized location.

Just arrived after an ONLINE CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL OF NOTORAY SERVICE which is also advertised on the store front. The rat faced male counter service attendant rudely said that there was no notory on site. To bad there are laws against punishing people who waste other peoples time.....
