I walked into the store thinking the worst was wrong with my phone I left it with the gentleman who owns the store for an hour and the gentleman clean the port on the phone and just recharged the battery a little bit... my phone prior to this visit had just died ...it started to charge again... I asked him how much he said dont worry about it I was so impressed with that anybody who has a cell phone problem Im going to recommend this place 100%

I brought my phone to have the battery replaced and I received it back with a crack on the screen. The owner claimed the crack was there when I dropped it off and there is nothing he can do. They dont provide any receipt when you drop off the item, with a discription of any possible demage, which would help in situation like mine.

I thought I would bring my cracked phone here because it was close to my office and the reviews were pretty good. I used to repair cell phones myself so I am pretty familiar with the process.After they fixed my screen, I quickly realized it was a cheap after market part. It wasnt sitting very well on my phone. Also, I wasnt able to see the screen at all while wearing my sunglasses. I do a lot of driving for my job and use my phone for directions. I went back and told them that this screen was defective and I would like my old cracked screen back along with a refund. The rep Jose offered to buy replacement glass for my old cracked screen but did not have the part in stock and was told it would be there within 3-4 days. I didnt really want to deal with this business anymore, but tried to be nice and give them a chance.Later that night, my phone cracked in my pocket without even being dropped. After explaining this to Cellphone Resurrection, they told me that only managers can issue refunds (they were on vacation) and the fact that my screen is cracked would almost guarantee I wouldnt get one. (even though the part is already defective as it is).I later brought my phone to a more professional cellphone repair shop(I wont say the name because I dont want to seem like I am advertising, I am just upset). They explained that this store used cheap parts and lacked the proper tools to fix my phone the correct way. It turned out my phone was bent prior to the repair and most cell phone repair stores have a tool/machine that is able to bend the phone straight. However this business did not even attempt to do so, and I was also informed they didnt replace a lot of the screws that were in my phone prior to the repair.Overall, I would not recommend you bring your phone here. The after market screen they give is poor quality and they are not repairing the phones properly.

I came to these crooks to repair the back glass of my s8+ and they somehow managed to crack the front of my screen and didnt fix it. these people are criminals dont go to them unless you wanna pay someone to break your phone.
