Went to Luxe for the first time on Saturday to get my hair and make up done. Met with Melinda and Georgina who absolutely listened what I wanted to do and couldnt be friendlier. I am Transgender and I received so many compliments on my hair and make up. Highly recommend this salon and they have a new lifelong client with the newest girl in town
Great hazelnut coffee with hmens haircuts
This is my favorite place on earth to go to. I have been going for weekly blow dries for a few weeks now and it’s because it was love at first blow dry. This salon is nestled in the beautiful Babylon village. It’s so cute and decorated to the nines with beautiful chandeliers and molding that makes you wanna stay all day. I have had Kelly as my stylist the first time I went we did the Chanel blow out the second time was the Dior blow out. The Chanel is really big bouncy loose curls and the Dior is straight and sleek lots of volume. Both times I was through the moon and back happy. She did such a wonderful job she has so much talent and is very skilled in her craft. The other clients in the salons hair looked beautiful too. All of the stylists are highly skilled and very good at what they do. I really thought finding a goodBlow out that lasts was a thing of the past until I found Luxe. My hair lasts about a week and it still looks as good as the first day on day 6. Thank you so much Luxe I am so glad I have found you guys. Very grateful for you.
Beautiful salon and I liked that I could get a root touch up as well as a blowout.
The salon is so beautiful and everyone there is so sweet. I got a blowout and it was amazing. I would recommend to anyone!! (Kelly is amazing)
I had a really great experience with Luxe and Co. They were so accommodating in terms of pricing, meeting the bridal party at the hotel on a sunday, accommodating individual LONG/THICK hair, and various makeup requests from all the bridesmaids. They arrived early and didn’t leave until everyone was completely happy with their look. Jacquelyn and Jennifer did a great job organizing! Highly recommend using Luxe and Co.
Got my first blow out there today & megan did a great job!!!! she was super sweet & i was impressed with how fast & well it was done, & she did exactly what i wanted! place is super cute & affordable. i think i just found my new obsession
From an updo and makeup for a wedding to recently getting Magic sleek, I couldn’t be happier with this place opening in Babylon! The staff is polite, friendly and always accommodating. I feel very comfortable there and can’t wait to sign up for the blow dry package!
Never had a blowout experience so amazing before! I had my hair done for my baby shower and the results were beyond my expectations. I have short hair and can never get it to curl and stay and my hair stayed for 2 days. The stylist who did my hair was very friendly and I wish I knew her name so I could recommend !
Went with friend and girls rushed the job hair came out frizzy they shouldnt over book appointments if it means customer is treated with a rush job instead of taking their time. Nothing like feeling your being hurried sad thing is my friend couldnt afford it but saved for it and was so disappointed after.
Like to pamper yourself? Then LUXE & CO. is the place to be. When you walk in you are greeted by their welcoming staff and owner, Jennifer. The store is beautifully decorated making you feel so at home. They wash and blow dry your hair for only $35 dollars. It really is a luxury you can afford. You have an awesome choice of styles to choose from and you can enjoy some delicious treats and beverages while you relax and rejuvenate. They also have monthly memberships which are super affordable and allows you to come more frequently. I would highly reccomend LUXE & CO.
Terrible experience... I originally went with this company because of the affordable pricing... turned into every brides nightmare. Contract was not clear, very confusing and unorganized. Verbal directions not given clearly when signing the contract. Day of the wedding... after make up was done... owner approached me and told me I owed her $1000.... ok, i understand if there was a slight mix up with cash, but i gave her a little over $500 for my make up & hair trial, including day of hair & make up... (not including the extra $75 I had to pay for a second trial, which I guess I can understand because taking their time to do my second trial takes away from other business they may have that day).. but after she told me I owed $1000... I bursted into tears just from high stress and assuming I had everything correct! I collected $140 from each girl who was getting both hair and make up down.. and $70 from the girls who were only getting one or the other done.. counted the money before putting it in the envelope to give to her. Honestly, she shouldve collected the money and made sure it was all there before we ever started makeup or hair on anyone... because if she wouldve told me I was $1000 short right then and there, I wouldve told them to leave and we all wouldve done our own hair and make up. So.. after crying my eyes out and all my girls trying to figure out the money situation.. She comes up to me 2 more times to tell me I still owed her $1000 and how she told me she hates having to do this kind of stuff to the bride on the wedding day... She started to blame me and say Look how many times you made me change the contract honey. Yeah..... probably because you told me I could keep you updated on whos getting what done.. You never gave me a cap date.. Then, in the contract she showed me where it said X amount of days prior to the event to change any details on the contract. Im sorry...... I have 10 other contracts and every one of my vendors reached out to me before a due date to double check with me if I wanted to change anything. For ONE EXTRA team member for make up.. it was $225.. for 1 extra team member for hair.. $175.. AND THE TRAVEL FEE WAS $100... The house I got ready in was 20 minutes away from the salon. So, I honestly dont know who gave them $1000 because I was so angry I couldnt even finish my conversation with the owner because of the way she went about this whole thing... But they sat there on their phones while my videographer & photographer were there until someone gave them the money. So I didnt know if this was a normal situation for brides/bridal parties to go through so I asked another make up artist who works with real professionals and she said she has never heard of anything like this in her life... so... needless to say just dont even bother with this company. Maybe for a basic blow out but not for wedding.
