My friend needed to go to Target to get a few things to stock his fridge for the week. He asked me to tag along and so I did.He browsed for the the things he needed and Asked me If ate yogurt., I said yes and he said he would buy me a couple of them..!We continued browsing and then we came across all the Halloween Candy.. I decided to take action and get a couple of bags because I am hoping for a good turn out this year.Long story short…We got all we needed and headed out to the register, there was a short line that moved fast and we were out just like that! Fast and easy.The store was very clean and we found all the things we needed.Thank you Target!

Target, like America, is looking for something better. Somewhere between vogue and old hat, Target caters to those who want to remain fashionable but aren’t really into the effort. Azusa’s Target is slouched, much like their carts🛒 at the entrance, somewhere between the upper end foothills and the 210 freeway. This review is simply for the store and not its contents. It sits adjacent to the Azusa Metro station and therefore has a lot of foot traffic. The store personnel work hard and do a good job on upkeep and this review is in no way “targeting” them, but it has the start of that uniquely LA feeling of urban decay. From human feces by the escalators to car clubs meeting in the parking garage, this store, along with most of the LA area, silently screams “Where do we go from here?” 🎯 🧶🎭💬

The employees are very nice, caring, and helpful. I have only had positive experiences with them, however this store NEVER seems to be stocked. There are empty shelves and aisles which kind of sucks. Hardly ever able to find anything I need.

It is close to home. It carries items that I need. I also use Target card to get 5% discount. The place is clean and bright, very pleasant to shop inside.

Got helped by an AMAZING employee named Sheryl. I had a very large in-store pick up with lots of heavy cans for my grandfather and she was so quick to grab it all, even with a long line! Amazing at multi-tasking and customer service. Only talked to her about 3 sentences and she made it fun. Someone get that woman a raise!! ASAP!! OR A PROMOTION!

Sunday mornings at this target is a very nice experience. The starbucks has a nice patio with a great view. Its a big target in the air with the parking structure under it. On a hot day its a nice thing not to come back to a hot car because you spent hours at target

I stopped by when I was in Azusa. Its right next to the training station. Therefore the location is convenient. First floor is the parking. Second floor is the store. People do wear masks but some dont cover their nose. There was a woman who waa right next to me and didnt cover her nose. I asked the staff to enforce the rule. They didnt care. Other than that good service and clean store.

Clean store and not ever busy while I have been shopping. Parking below and escalators or stairs to get to the store on the second level. They also have an escalator for your shopping cart when leaving if needed.

Almost always close earlier than the posted time. I get that people go in 10minutes before close and try to lallygag, but others just need a quart of milk and to leave. Don’t say you close at 10 if your doors are locked by 9:45.

This Target location is very convenient and near everything else important like City Hall, Public Library, Police Station, Walmart, supermarket, etc. The prices here are reasonable and similar to Walmart. Their app is full featured like Walmart. The staff is courteous and helpful, mostly local college students. The store is clean and well organized. I definitely recommend it.

On 03-29-21, as I was leaving there was a homeless man who was in the area behind the counter in Starbucks and the girls there we’re trying to get him to leave but he wouldn’t and security was just watching. I think there should be some kind of response, I don’t think I’ll be getting Starbucks anytime soon and I recommend cleaning that area fully before serving others again. It was completely unsanitary and it feels like there’s no control, what’s the point of security at that point. Disappointing.

I like Target it the best all the food it nice and to the toys the mini brands it sold at Target i go the next store they have mini brands it so small food you can playing dolls to eating dinner target it big store and big parking lots.

Very disappointed.. Saturday afternoon and ONE cash register open and self serve.. 10 plus people in both lines.. get up to pay for alcohol and you cant but alcohol in self checkout and them waited almost 10 minutes for help because lord for bid we paid with cash.. what a joke this spot is..

I believe the most priceless thing a person may offer another person is an opportunity to be heard. A lovely woman working at guest services lent me a good moment to express my frustration with what seemed like a malfunction with one of the self-checkout registers. I was late to my next commitment; however, after my frustration was received and acknowledged, I did not care anymore that I was late.Thank you ever so kindly.

I used a total of 15 minutes for check out, because credit card reader went off line. I dont carry cash. So I had to wait for credit card reader to work again.

Edited (5/21/17) Today I walking from the metro station as target was very messy. Added pictures. One picture walking towards Target as I saw karts everywhere. Hour and half later as I left target as the exact same karts are still there. Another thing, there were no karts in the store infornt as usual be there until I was about to leave store as an employee just put the frist row of karts. But as I was going down the stairs, the karts in the picture when I was leaving...still there. Also you got the karts in the parking lot as you went down stairs on the left side as you cannot miss to see the karts. Same employee Didnt bother with it and walk pass them. Also, before I left I went to use the bathroom as there was feces on the toilet seat on handicapped toilet and toilet next door soaked in pee...all over the seat and floor. So I waited to used urinal, after my business, went to the sink to wash my hands and there no soap in any of the containers and no paper towels to dry hands. This wasnt the first time either. I kept letting it go but over 6 months of two visits pre-month this had been happening of no soap and bathroom partitions doors need fixing.

At 4:40 pm Sheryl took the last guy in the self check out line and checked him out! Unbelievable! So he was out of the store minutes before me and a few others as we had to wait.Alexis made excuses for Sheryl which are completely not true. Cheryl never asked can I help someone before the last person in line. Inexcusable. And it was difficult for Alexis to follow the story I was telling her for some reason.These 2 need more customer service training obviously.

Target is my favorite store and before the pandemic, Target always had what I needed. Despite many shortages on certain products, Target does its absolute best to restock as quickly as possible. The stores are clean, easy to navigate, and the products are of great quality.

The store is always clean, the restrooms are well maintained, and the staff is always helpful. The store provides a very welcoming environment. Though some products are not always stocked, or very rarely; though may be due to Covid-19.

Target is always clean, and rearely do I have to wait in line long. They make shopping more of an outing than shopping. When i have to go to places like walmart im in a hurry to get out. When i got to Target, I like to take my time and walk the entire store. I especially love the sales and the Target app.

Literally the most disgusting, poorly maintained bathroom Ive seen in my entire life. I had the misfortune of needing to use the bathroom here, an immediate emergency.There were no toilet seat covers, no toilet paper, there was no soap in the dispensers, the sinks did not work. There were sunflower seeds and nut shells all over the floor, and there were piles of abandoned clothing on the ground. There were no paper towels available either. Graffiti and detritus everywhere, trash cans overflowing onto the floor with fast food bags.I hope whoever is responsible for the state of the bathroom has to unclog the toilets with their bare hands.

Rude employees, only one cashier open and long lines. When I asked an employee if she can get another cashier to open, she walked by and just ignored me. All employees should know what a Caroline shopping cart is, especially if most Targets have them available.

Today Feb 21st 8:45 pm very bad customer service at gest service and at the register, they dont even say hi or thank you! If they do not want to work there just quit!!!!!!!

It seems ridiculous to me that they have so many cashiers to pay and none is available I made an online order for pick up and I had to wait 15 minutes because they were charging in the pick up area when that area is only for pick up

Only reviewing because the young man helping everyone out at the self check out line and going above and beyond what I know he gets paid to do made our shopping really painless and easy. I believe his name was Jason or Juan. That man deserves a promotion not just a raise.

This Target is about a mile from my house and dread going here, I will drive to the Duarte store which is over 4 miles away! Azusa Target only has one register open maybe two no matter how long the lines are - and I’m sorry I don’t work there so don’t tell me to go to self service - I’m not an employee and unless you give an employee discount I won’t check myself out. Duarte always has multiple registers open and if you are paying by a debit/credit card they will check you out if you have a few items at a kiosk. If you go to Azusa be prepared to wait as they DO NOT value their customer’s time or business...

The Azusa Target is a great store all in all. Never crowded, clean and great workers from the associates on the floor, the cashiers and especially the pick up department which I use a lot due to convenience. If your in the area, this Target is worth making the pit stop.

I work at this Target and I can only say, I love it. Best job ever! Its a wonderful work place with a friendly atmosphere. Not only that, my shopping experience is always positive. Great variety and lots of discounts.

I love this Target!! I came upon it when exploring stops along the Metro Gold Line with my boyfriend. Its right next to the stop in downtown Azusa, so we saw it from the train and wanted to stop to check it out because of how cool it looks! It must be just about brand new. Its bi-level set up with the parking garage at the lower level and the store on the second level was a really interesting design! The big target logo above the huge escalators I thought was a great design. I love Target already, and I love this one especially!

By far one of the best experiences at this Target. From the moment we walked in, we have a greeted by a very enthusiastic security. At check out we got a very good cashier very friendly and kind thank you Sal.

The new store pick-up system is quick and convenient!

No big crowds. The store was almost empty. What I didnt like was all the self checkout stands and no one operating the real checkout stands. I was ready to leave my purchases and leave the store when my wife suggested trying to check out at customer service. There were a lot of store employees stocking shelves and no one at the checkout stands which I refuse to use. Otherwise it would have been pleasant shopping there.

I really love Target & love the fact that I have a store 1 mile from my house. With that being said, I am hard pressed to even give this Target store 3 stars. I really want to give you more but I feel that you are not properly managed. I assume that is the issue as Im not sure what else it could be. Many of the areas do not seem to be restocked properly. For example, the shoe section was a mess on Memorial Day. This I assume is to be expected on a holiday. I was shocked to find though that I have come back to the store at least three times within a week and a half and every time the shoe area is a hot mess! And I have been looking for shoe pads which I have purchased in the past at the store and it has not been restocked. Example number two, in the food section 5 days ago I found tortillas sitting on the shelf with the nuts. To my shock and dismay I still found these tortillas sitting on the shelf with the peanuts! This communicates to me that somebody is not even cleaning up the area let alone restocking! So many items were missing in the food section and that was in disarray. I really want to love this store because it is so close. However I am finding that many of the sections are not properly stocked and are not neat and organized. I also find that I usually have to wait in long lines because there are not enough check out clerks. I have actually found the people that are checking you out to be pleasant. Please target get your act together in Azusa! Otherwise it seems that you are begging me to either go to another store all together or at least a different Target!

Easy to look for the items I was looking for. Just a friendly reminder to keep the store nice,clean and organized. It allows you to come back and shop because it does not discourage you. People can be pigs and dont care.

While this is one of our favorite targets, they dont keep their restrooms clean very well and most of the time, they are out of hand soap. Especially in the family restroom, its usually disgusting. I like that they have covered parking, helps keep the car cool, especially in the summer months. The escalator or cart escalator is out of service a lot though. Overall, they usually have everything they are supposed to have and keep the shelves stocked.

This target could be better. Its not bad. Guest service is good. Checkout lines go by fast. The problem is the cleanliness of the store and parking lot. The store seems like its not put together to well. The parking lot is dark and dirty. It does however have a Starbucks with a outside patio sitting area.

I dont know when target will start checking IDs for large purchases. People know if they have a stolen card they can go straight to Target! Start training your employees to look for fraud!

Decent workers check out is fast but the building itself needs maintenance; Bathrooms are old and breaking down. Last time I went every faucet was broken in the mens restroom along with some stall locks. The place feels like its funds were cut after spending it all on the last remodel.

The parking at this Target is great. Look out for the few spaces behind a wall near the entrance. Dont be discouraged with the escalator approach. Theres even a cart escalator for your convenience. Theres an elevator available as well.

Nice looking target. Went to buy a bike that was supposed to be in stock, but wasnt on display. One of the employees was very helpful and tried hard to find the bike for me. Unfortunately, he couldnt find it and my lunch break was already over, so I called off the search. Since my lunch break was already over, I wouldnt be able to stop anywhere else for food, so I proceeded to the cafe. The cafe employee appeared to be preparing someone elses meal, so I patiently stood there. About 2min went by and she was still busy, but failed to acknowledge me although she had passed me a few times. A simple Ill be with you in a moment goes a long way. As my patience wore, some rude punk walks up to the counter and asks for water. She unenthusiastically responds, so I walked away.I rarely give reviews, but I felt compelled to do so because I left there without a bike, lunch, and got back to work late.

Parking on the ground floor, store above! Love this because less walking and I dont return to a scorching hot car. Store stocked pretty well. Unfortunately no self checkout, and rarely more than 2 registers open even when busy.

I LOVE Target! Its so hard for me sometimes because every corner I turn I find something I like. I just hate that sometimes Ill see Clearance so Im like cool! Than I check out the price and its like ahhhh nice, $1 off, really? Other than that theyre good.

One of the few two story lots in the area. You park in the garage on the first story and take an escalator up top to enter! Unless youre from the city and have a city target, its pretty neat. More importantly, this store is in a great area and the staff are all very friendly and knowledgable

This store is close to my house and basically has everything i need. But I always need to be prepared to wait on checking out. Never has more than 2 lanes open. Even when there are lines out to the main aisle.

Dont use their drive up order option!!!!!! I sat there for over 10 minutes waiting for my order!! My husband finally went in to see what the hold up was and they were not even close to sending anyone down to deliver it!!! They were not sorry and the female helping my husband had to call someone else to come give him the order!!! This place needs some serious training! What is the purpose of drive up if you are not going to honor it!

The employees seem to forget that they are a retail store when they have to stock merchandise. Very rarely do they say excuse me, or thank you when you give them the right of way. I often avoid Target and drive farther to Walmart if its early in the day, they seem to be more aware of customers when it comes to stocking, and where they place their carts and pallets.

A very large target with bi-level setup. First level is parking, and the store is located on the top level. Has elevators and escalators as well as one of those cool shopping cart escalators. The only down side is that it is next to the train station and that attracts a lot of pan handlers and solicitors who wait in the nearby area. Law enforcement seems to do a pretty good job keeping them at bay.

Waiting 15 minutes in line and foreseeing another 30 minutes to go I had to abandon my cart and just leave. I kept thinking that they would open another register. But eventually I had to give up. My experience at this target has been fine in the past but its amazing how one terrible experience can frustrate you

Target is my favorite place to buy the home items and i love coming here. However they are low on employees and needed to restock on them because there isnt anyone to assist.

The target itself was really good but the other day me and my mom went the elevator stopped working while we were on it and we would have fall forward if we didnt hold onto something

Very disappointed in store pick up experience in Azusa target ! Target usually have good customer service, however, the staffs in this store are very slow and not professional both in the store and on the phone. They made me wait for more than half hour to check my online order, and finally told me to come back next time because they didnt see my order. The next day, I called to make sure my orders were okay first They put me on hold for several times and eventually it took them more than 30 minutes to locate the order for me.

Loss prevention can go to hell. Never stolen in my life. I hope that guy that followed me gets what he deserves.

If I could give this store no stars I would. I have the worst shopping experience every time I go. Every interaction with an employee is awful and they have no idea what they’re doing. It also seems to become a homeless shelter because there’s nothing but homeless people hanging out in the Starbucks patio and doing mischievous acts in the parking lot. Wouldn’t label it as “safe”. I live 5 mins from this store but I will wait a day or two for items and just order from Amazon going forward. Get it together Target.

Great place to take the kids to play in a miniature water play ground.The best part is that Ive yet to see any drug addicts!
