I felt like I must need to leave a review for them because I am a perfectly satisfied customer. Usually if I can I fix my car myself I do it myself but when it comes to important engine maintenance and repair, I prefer to trust this to professionals. I brought my old Honda Ridgeline to Luis & Sons Automotive yesterday to replace the timing belt and components.Timing belt thing, I thought I need many parts to replace, but Luis suggested replacing the parts that only needed to be replaced. I saved a bunch of money from that.I also asked to check the AC compressor and system because for the past months it did not work and made a weird noise. I just wanted to check the price because I know the AC work is very expensive. I thought I need to replace the AC compressor and gas completely.Luis, the master, just listened to the engine and by the sound of it, he seemed to understand what was wrong. After the timing belt job, he checked it and he told me that I need to replace just a little thing and I paid much much less than I expected. Everything was okay, just a little thing. He even explained to me what was wrong and I learned. If he didnt let you know, my original plan is replacing the AC compressor myself and go there again to refill the gas, and it cost a lot even I do the AC compressor work myself.The work was done quickly, professionally and efficiently. The owner, Luis, and the whole his team (his family) truly know what they are doing and they can be trusted with the most complicated matters. They offer a wide range of services and make every effort to make sure that your car is safe to drive it. The waiting area and the garage were clean, the prices were also reasonable. This is my 3rd time visiting the Luis and sons and I felt like this is a perfect time writing a review, because I am a super satisfied customer.The car drives like brand new, I knew my car has some weird noise but after Luis took care of it, now the noise is completely gone and I feel like I changed my car to a new one. Day and night difference.I have been to other Honda specialists before and I dont want to specify the name of their business but most of them, after I got their service, I was like, yeah, the Yelp review is wrong, Yelp reviews are fake but these guys, Luis and Sons, is TRUE review.Thank you Luis!

The very best mechanics in Azusa. Finding a good/trustworthy mechanic is hard to find nowadays. This family is so nice and theyre straight shooters and fair when it comes to pricing. Ive been coming to this place for about five years now and they havent disappointed me yet. Oh, BTW they close the first two weeks of Aug and the last week of Dec...that might be a helpful reminder. Definitely try them out!

Recently had some work done on my accord and my experience with this shop was one of the best ones Ive had with an auto shop. Luis gave me options with pricing on the work that needed to be done and that allowed me to get the work done within my budget. I was recommended here by a family member. When I went into the shop, Luis fixed and charged $200 me for parts I hadnt asked him for. He also told me I would have to replace my transmission, and he would get me a used one for about $1,600. I went to another shop in Yorba Linda, Good Guys Automotive. They told me I had an entirely different problem, and fixed it all for about $340. That was last year, and my car is running perfectly. I have a Ford Contour, so maybe that was the reason. I wont be going back again though.

Took my car here to get my oil changed and tires rotated, and I was very impressed at how low of a price it was. However, a month later, I checked my oil and it turned out that they FAILED to drain the former oil, so the oil was overflowing and I had to drain it myself. Then, I found out my tires were way under pressure (30 instead of the suggested 44), after I PAID them to do both of these services for me. I would not recommend this place, I will never go back here again. Obviously the guys working here have no idea how to do their job.

From the time I showed up to have my service done I should have gotten in my car and turned around. I was misquoted the $520 price twice on the phone. I explained that my car was a 2004 Honda Ex which is a V6, but they quoted me $520. I also explained I wanted everything that is recommended by Honda for the service in the quote- water pump, timing belt, etc. I get there and the price is $595...ok I think to my self, kind of sounds familiar but the price is still good. When the owner calls me back after working on the car he says the tensioner needs to be replaced. I stated what do you mean, thats included. He says it was not included. So I ask you the customer, what kind of Honda Mechanic does provide a quote and a recommendation for an essential part known to be needed as part of a major maintenance? Check out their marketing materials. That is Luis and Sons. Buyer Be Ware! Ask all questions up front and more importantly get it in writing. Review it. The worst is when I went to pay, they would not accept a credit card my relative was making on my behalf and almost would not let me leave with my car when I provided a check which was post dated within 2 business days.

I took my car to this shopLuis and sons for repairs and they really honest and professional. I came from Norn Reeves Honda for three they was tell my wife that we need to replace the rack and pioion steering unit. So I went to this shop and all it was is 2 loose hoses. I spoke to Liis and the man was very honest and his shop is really nice and clean. I higlty recommand this shop I would give this shop 10 star out of 5 stars I think other shops should learn from this shop. They are the best. Thank you again Luis for being so honest. Dont ever take your car to a dealer alway go to this shop.

Went in for an old change and I was told I needed many other services that I feel were not needed and not done!!! radiator flush brake flush power steering flush I walked away with $1000 bill and I doubt the work was really done
