The selection surpassed my expectations. Thankful to shop localy and avoid the larger home improvement giants.

Employees would look at me but woundnt ask me if I needed any help. They offered help to other customers but not to me. There were plenty of employees walking around to assist customers. I needed help finding something and with the poor service, I just walked out. There are too many places to shop and Im more than happy to take my business elsewhere.

Its a great little place to run in and out to get what you need with out having to wait in line and they have just about everything you need for home projects and more. Instead of having to drive to Lowes to get a couple things. If you give them a try I believe you will keep going back time after time.

Definitely will be making more trips to ace rather than the other hardware stores from now on. Went in to buy a ladder today and the staff was friendly and helpful. As my wife and I was trying to figure out a way to strap down the hatch of the suv with the ladder in it, the manager came out and asked if he could help by delivering it to our address. This is the kind of above and beyond customer service that will get my family and I to return!! Great job and again thank you so much for the amazing customer service today!

This was my first visit to this store. When I first enteted, it seemed that the only clerk working at the time was mixing some paint for a customer. The clerk told me the item I was looking for was on backorder. My only complaint is the clerk should have dispatched the paint customer before I left. She was still gabbing away as I walked out the door.

Masks worn, glass sheilds between the cashier and customer, that had everything I needed and I didnt have to go back for anything else!

The people that work here are very helpful and knowledgeable. Its very expensive that would be my only complaint.Their products are better than harbor freight alot better.

I buy various parts, tools, bolts, and a bunch of other stuff here almost every day of the week. While some of the younger staff lacks knowledge in certain areas they make up for it with good/willing attitudes and generally keep you laughing. Rob is the manager I believe and he is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and overall great guy. They also have a Master green thumb who aced the exams while training at the Fort Worth Botanical Gardens. Her name eludes me at this time but she is amazing as well. Overall great place to shop and learn.

Ace has a great assortment of parts I need to maintain our home and I count on them. By their mailing list, I get discounts monthly and that helps so I dont have to drive 10 miles to a big box store.

Quick ready easy fast nice and incorrect change. Fairy battles in the bathroom. Great assortment of bolts and enchanted boots of rapid movement.

Employees have always been helpful and polite. The ladies at counter are super and have amazing patience with the contractors. They have always been really nice and helpful to this little ol lady too.

Manager Rob is an awesome guy. Very customer oriented and is always very helpful. Usually has everything i am looking for.

Average small town hardware place. While selection is extensive, it does not match big box hardware stores. Nice without having to drive all the way to Fort Worth.Also always plenty of knowledgeable help.

Great hardware store. They have that huge collection of fasteners in hundreds of different little drawers that come in so handy when building something. Store is clean, well organized, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Recommend!

Had tile installers working at my house and needed something quickly from Ace. Thought I better call ahead and make sure they have that, so I did. I talked to 3 different people and asked them all the same question. Do you have 1/16 tile spacers?....the answers was we sure do maam! Great! Got there....nope.....3/16 tile spacers. Now my tile setters are standing here staring at me while my boyfriend drives 30 minutes into town. I could have saved 10 minutes from the phone call alone and just gone straight to Lowes. Attention to detail is not their strong suit.

Nice stocked local hardware store. Like the old stores with lots of fasteners and plumbing parts.Lots smaller than having to hike thru the hugh home improvement stores when you only need a couple of parts.
