Poorly staffed, was needing a receipt for gas purchase, due to the printer at the gas pump station running out of paper. Left without one, simply because the staff member working..? Would not take the incentive to walk over to the window and ask what I needed help with. So Beware, Will not take the time to walk over to a window by the register to help a customer with a simple receipt for gas. Which by the way, the window is used for when the inside of the store is closed to the public. Due to remodels, cleaning Ect. Hope this helped.

The soda fountain is in bad shape. 7 or 8 of the soda are out. No lids for the 32 or 44oz drinks. No waters available. Many of the cigarettes were out.

Clean bathrooms, nice staff that greets you as you as walk through the door, and the coffee is only a $1 all sizes and so many choices of good quality bean to cup coffee!

11/28/2020 all our coffee machines are out of order all the hot chocolate machines and cappuccino machines. This place is a total joke.

Racetrac Convenience Store chain is always at the top of my list for best places.ATM, snacks, drinks, adult beverages, refueling, i.e., all the things you expect + plus clean and neat.

Whoever the guy that was working tonight was absolutely terrible. My girl went in and was asking some questions about something I asked her to pick up and the employee working was extremely sarcastic & rude to her. This guy should be let go whoever he is. Racetrack just lost a point with me...Never had bad customer service like this at QuickTrip. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere where they actually appreciate your business!!

Donuts good, credit card machine bad.Their credit card machine asks you to tell if you are using a credit or debit card, then it asks if the amount is correct, then it asks for your zip code, and finally, it wants your signature. I thought the damn thing was going to ask for my passport next.😩

They have a whole wall full of alcohol... ask the clerk if they would start putting 2 liter sodasin the cold... comment back was well you can set them outside in the cold... I do have a sense of humor but when Im not taking serious it makes me mad. Cater to the drunks. You can set your beer outside.

Restrooms could be better and the gas is moreadd-ins than gasoline. Everything else is right on cue.

Always friendly and quick service. Ive been coming here for years and never had a problem except the red light takes forever to get out of there lol. Plenty of snacks and refreshments to fit your needs. From doughnuts and coffee to taquitos and beer, youre covered. Facility is clean, stocked and well maintained.

Racetracs are almost always very clean and well stocked. The bathrooms are very clean, and Ive never met a grumpy cashier. All of these good points are well represented at the Axle Racetrac. My only complaint is that they are overlit at night. Its risky to drive off from there onto dark streets. The eyes take a while to dark adapt, and its too bright there for quick enough adaptation.

Horrible. I went in for gas and a breakfast sandwich and it was super backed up. There was only one person on register and when I went to pay, he completely ignored me a continued to talk to the person that had already paid before me because she was too stupid to figure out how she wanted to do her transaction in the first place. Mind you, she had already paid and walked out the door then when she walked back in, the guy up front just wrote me off. Im cool with waiting but this was just unacceptable. One star. Dont go here. Just go to the Wal-Mart pump down the street. They have the same priced gas and Im sure theyll treat you with respect.

I went in around 4:30pm and there was a cop in line infront of me and the cashier was just chit chatting with him...after he already paid for his stuff...plus there was 3 other employees just standing behind the counter also just talking...I just got off work and was rushing to get gas and get to my bank before they closed so I could pay bills ...so thanks a lot for nothing racetrack you just lost 1 Customer
