Cannot Reach Anyone!!I kept getting calls for automatic prescription refill and when I tried to call and cancel, I wait on hold for over 25 minutes and NO ONE ever answered. They have absolutely no concern about helping customers.

Why I hate this location:1) no one ever answers the phone2) multiple times have not had the medication, but did not call to advise3) when asked when the meds might be available got a shoulder shrug4) asked them to verify if Walgreens had it 2 blocks away and to transfer the Rx and was answered in eye rolls and deep sighs. Only did it when they realized I was serious5) sometimes they are rude or just outright hostile if you seem to be a nuisanceToday my doctor sent prescription here instead of CVS in Weatherford Target as asked. Because it was a new RX they refused to transfer. Of course doctors office was closed when I found out. Called to confirm they actually had the meds and they keep putting the call back on hold instead of answering. I have been on hold since just after leaving Target and currently at about 40 minutes (took pictures earlier).

I have called NUMEROUS times to try to get the pharmacy but end up holding forever, just today it was almost 30 minutes!! That is ridiculously outrageous!! I just need help because the app tells me my phone number is linked to another pharmacy account, but I cant get anyone on the phone to even direct me where to get help!

I waited in line, with five cars in front of me, for 35 minutes. I got to the window at 6:10pm to pick up some emergency ear ache medicine. The burglar bars were drawn down. I drove up to the front and went inside. When I told them I needed ear ache medicine and that I’d been waiting in line for almost 45 minutes, since 5:30pm, the pharmacist said, “that’s not our fault, we close at 6pm.” When I replied with. “that’s messed up; you all piddled with the same customer for almost half an hour!” He rudely cut me off and said, “sir, have a nice evening!” That’s fine; after a night of sleepless ear pain, I’m going tomorrow morning, get my meds, tell the manager how I feel, then go across the street and switch to Walgreen’s.

This CVS is a mess and has been for a long time. The ONLY reason I continue to do business here is my company has us on a CVS pharmacy plan. I encourage them often to change this. I can NEVER reach the pharmacy on the phone. I called three times yesterday, held as long as 42 minutes before I hung up. Called again the next morning right at 8 when they open, same thing. I will be reaching out to the corporate office. They need to do some test calling and showing up on site to line this place out. Go someplace else if you are able too.

We transferred all our prescriptions several months ago because they have a drive through which limited our exposure to Covid. Though the virus has not been eliminated we have decided to return to our previous pharmacy.We have been frustrated with their poor service ranging from their failure to ever answer the phone to extremely long lags from the time our doctor sends a prescription and the time it is filled. For example a new Rx was sent in on the 13th and it is still unfilled on the afternoon of the 15th. Several phone calls have gone unanswered which leaves me no option but to go inside to find out the status of the prescription. Obviously a drive trough only goes so far toward service.Update. Stopped by on Thursday to check on the missing Rx. While there I asked about the phone and the clerk said we dont answer it. We turn it off just for the hell of it. Do you hear it ringing now?Okay. I am done.

Lost my daughters prescription 3 months in a roll. Had me on hold for over a hour on phone for for than once . Gave me the wrong med for my kids several times in a month. Drive through ladies working window need more training and make sure it is right med and and they know their job. Dont waste your time.

Repeatedly, this pharmacy does not answer the phones, on hold for well over 20-30 minutes when you do try to call. I even called the front store and asked if the phones were not working. They informed that they are very busy with in-store and in-phone calls. Seems like the phone calls take the back seat to drive-through and in-person patrons. They need to hire someone to handle the call volume so those of us that have to call in prescriptions are not left on hold for this long. Absolutely ridiculous and infuriating! I have been a faithful patron of CVS for many years and have never had any issue with my own pharmacy location, but this one leaves a lot to be desired!

The pharmacy is absolutely unacceptable. Anytime I need to talk to them, I sit on hold for over 20 minutes if they answer at all. They have refilled the wrong prescription on more than one occasion. Just horrible. I was on hold for 30 minutes yesterday. THIRTY.Edited to add: I contacted corporate and these issues were never resolved. I switched to a local pharmacy a couple months ago and will never go back! Seriously night and day difference.

Went to do a covid test and the nurse who was doing the test on March 2nd,2021 was incredibley rude to me and my girlfriend the entire time and on the cvs website it says that social security numbers work just as good as an ID when I told the nurse that she just said no only photo id and basically kicked us out

Dont bother calling the pharmacy to speak with anyone regarding prescription information, if your lucky they might pick up the phone but not until you sat on hold for at least 7+ minutes, this has happened multiple times, make no sense why someone cant assist a person on the phone in a reasonable time.

Had the fastest and most courteous experience with CVS today. By phone and in pharmacy, I know James was the pharmacist. He worked very quickly to have my prescription ready! Clare, I believe was the cashiers name. She was very nice and gave me information about 90 day prescriptions that, I didn’t know. I really appreciated her Sharing her knowledge. I had a absolutely wonderful experience their today. The Azle CVS has the best employees in their pharmacy!

The service of the pharmacy at this location is unacceptable. The pharmacy staff seems incapable of understanding vouchers and instructions sent over from doctors offices and has messed up my prescription several times. On more than one occasion they simply overlooked my medication refills and then it takes nearly a week for the medication to be filled, which typically would be a minor inconvenience but the medicine in particular happens to be one that builds up in your system and thus causes serious side effects is suddenly not taken. The staff is rude and dont bother calling to speak to the pharmist, as you will be on hold for at least 20 minuets. Any other CVS location would be better. So glad I switched away from the Azle CVS so I can deal with a professional pharmacy who cares about its customere.

We have had so many issues with CVS over the years. Due to a medical disability we pick up multiple RX’s a month. The staff is very warm and delightful. Unfortunately, more often than not, one of the RX’s we have to pick up is not in stock and has to be ordered which takes up to seven days. This RX is controlled is taken daily. It is not an option to simply miss a day, much less a week of the medication. We have used CVS over 8 years now and all of our medications have been taken monthly long before changing to CVS due to a move.Most recently they were asking almost $900 for an RX we have been paying about $100 for. We have not changed insurance policies or providers so it made no sense. At my doctors office today my doctor pulled up price comparisons for this RX and the average price for this medication is $45. We were shocked. For prescriptions that are only needed from time to time they are fine and the staff is great. However, I would highly recommend price shopping.

Renee, the pharmacist, was an absolute savior this weekend for me & my family. My car was broken in to and all my families prescriptions were stolen, as they were in my purse. Renee assured me that after dealing with another CVS in the area for almost 24 hours and getting absolutely nowhere she would make sure I was taken care of. Renee handled calls with my insurance company making sure replacement bottles were covered and I received the replacement medication within an hour or so. Renee went above and beyond for our family & encourages the excellent team she has to do the same. We receive nothing but the best service from Renee and her staff! We will always recommend this CVS to all our friends and family. Thank you CVS team and have a blessed & Merry Christmas!

We don’t usually get our RX’s filled at this location but they are open until midnight and we found ourselves in desperate need of some insulin for my daughter. They were very helpful on the phone and went above and beyond to help us figure out an insurance snafu. We got there 2 minutes before close and they had it all bagged up and ready for us. We received nothing less than excellent customer service at this location.

Jacob was the pharmacy technician who helped me. The Rx for antibiotics was going to cost $150 and he pulled out his phone and found an alternative drug that ended up costing me $18. Great customer service Jacob! Nice hair too (lol)- thank you

Due to personal issues there has been considerable confusion filling my prescriptions. Thank goodness I was able to leave Walgreens and bring my business back to CVS but there is always some confusion when this happens. The CVS staff has been most helpful in helping me take care of this. The GP I have seen for the last 38 years retired and gave me the refills allowed before he closed his office. Again, CVS has been very helpful. I would not want to deal with any other pharmacy.

As far as service for my boyfriend and myself they were fast.The real issue is with verification through the pharmacist and one particular tech.We were given prescriptions with counsel orders, which we were not counseled on. One of the prescriptions had the short hand text instead of the full written instructions which should have been caught by the pharmacist.The real problem was the technician. Ashley specifically. She rudely blurted out information for the entire store to hear about some ones C2 script, yelled at my Boyfriend yelling his date of birth. Made other people feel embarrassed about money concernes and how a script was filled the last time including blurting out whats the problem with a nasty attitude.I use to work for CVS in a different town as a supervisor, which meant I worked the pharmacy as well. This behaviour breaks a few of the regulations put in place by the state. Like sharing personal information with the wrong people. This behaviour is disgusting. I know they were busy, but no employee should work with this kinda attitude. Ashley was also very rude to her co-workers as well. Bossy and persistent about how things should be done.Those poor girls, you could see the dread across their faces.If she cant handle the rush or pressure of working in a pharmacy than she should peruse another career rather than providing poor and incorrect customer service.

Any good review of this place had to have been written before they bought out the Medicine Chest. I called in a refill 9 hours ago waited through a 1 hour line to be told their behind it would be another 45 min. That was over 2 hours ago. If you need you medicine like ever. Go somewhere else.

Poor customer service!!! The staff is always so hateful and rude. Speaker at drive through window apparently does not work very well, so I basically had to yell at them while not feeling well for them to even hear me when they could have just walked over and opened the window and made it much less of a hassle and more comfortable for their customer. They used to have very quick and helpful service, but over the last year have drastically declined. Have had several occasions where there was a problem with a prescription and insurance (turned out to be a miscommunication between the pharmacy and insurance), but they never call the customer to inform them of the problem. They just don’t fill the prescription which is stressful for the customer to show up expecting to receive their medicine and it’s not ready. Will be transferring ALL of my prescriptions to another pharmacy and do not recommend CVS for anyone to use.

Sounds like people are just missing their old -hold you by the hand- mom and pop pharmacy. Never saw it, this one has been here for several years as far as I recall. Never seen these mysterious lines around the store. Never experienced any wait to really speak of. Which is good because I have to drive at least twenty minutes to get here. Maybe the complainers have managed to find the one time of day when everyone else has showed up?

I moved here from Walgreens and man was I mistaken. I have had nothing but issues with this location. They never get the refills correct, they continue to call the wrong doctor although I have continuously attempted to get them to call my present doctor for a year now, and they never seem to have enough time to answer the questions. The younger crew members seem to be the most professional (GO FIGURE THAT ONE OUT). Im moving back to Walgreens. The only I switched because Walgreens has restricted hours and CVS is supposed to be 24 hours. Im MOVING BACK!!!

Gave you one star because I couldnt give a lower rating. Had just finished spending a sleepless night and most of the day with my wife due to nausea and vomiting. After we left the hospital ER I just wanted to get her home and let her rest, but we needed to pick up her meds first. Granted we did not have the insurance card, but not only was no one there apparently able to pick up a telephone and call united healthcare, but after three trips through the drive through to figure out what number they needed, they couldnt be bothered to write it down, rather made us do it. I am left to assume that customer service is NOT a priority, or that your pharmacy techs are illiterate I recently transferred all my prescriptions from Tulsa Oklahoma to your pharmacy, but thanks to the total lack of help by your staff in general and Rachael in particular, I will be having you transfer them to Walgreens.

The pharmacy is horrible. We had a prescription filled here, because our regular pharmacy (Brookshires) was out of the specific medication my cousin needed. It’s a seizer medication. CVS had enough on fill of the medication to give us a three day supply (15 tablets). We went back the next day to pick up the remaining tablets, which should’ve been 135 tablets to add up to 150 tablets for the months total. After finishing the first prescription, (15 tablets - three day supply) we opened the remaining prescription only to find one tablet missing. Counted it three times. They gave us 134 tablets, not 135. This may not seem like a big deal to someone else, but it is to us. Her life relies on these seizer pills. I got told by the pharmacist that “I counted the pills on our end. There’s not an extra pill here. You must’ve lost a pill.” “Did it come in a stock bottle? I just wanted to make sure it wasn’t a mistake on the manufacturers end.” “Medicaid will refill the prescriptions a couple of days beforehand, so she’ll be okay.” And to top it off, “She takes five a day. She’ll be FINE without that extra pill.”. My response, “No offense, but it’s a seizer medication for a reason. She needs these pills. It’s a huge deal and you’re brushing it off like it’s our fault.” So done. Will never use this pharmacy again. I’ll sooner travel to Sam’s club in Fort Worth if our regular pharmacy runs out again.

I have never been so dissatisfied with the quality of customer service that I’ve received from a pharmacy before. They are rude and act as though you are inconveniencing them by showing up at their drive-thru. They refuse to talk to you about your insurance at the drive-thru saying “you’lle need to come in.” Also I asked them to stop auto refilling my RX’s and they said the only way to stop them was to completely delete my account history. That doesn’t even sound right to me. I have never had these types of problem at any other drug store before but constantly have issues with these people. Unfortunately they are the only drug store that is in-network for me. FRUSTRATED DOES NOT BEGIN TO EXPLAIN HOW I FEEL ABOUT THIS DRUG STORE.

RUDEST, most inept staff imaginable. Twice accused me of forging a prescription because they lost their record of it. Would not assist me when I fell in the store. Personnel have laughed every time Id been waiting at the register in pain. Didnt know the dosage of Allegra youre allowed to buy in Texas and accused me of lying about it. Told me I couldnt make a purchase because the only clerk on duty didnt know how to ring it up. WALGREENS FOREVER! Just close this store if you cant staff it properly.

Since CVS bought out Murrs Medicine Chest and forced us to have perscriptions there,I have not been able tp pick up any of my medicine. Many people working behind counter but it will take you at least 20 minutes to even get eye contact with them. Yes,I was in line with all the sick people because the drive through had cars lined up around thw building. I had stopped goimg to CVS at all due to their mass confusion in the pharmacy. They can blame whoever or whatever they want but no customer service is going to be their downfall. Its all about the MONEY.

I hate having to use CVS. Theyre always run down and dirty. Their prices are higher than anyone else and their service is really slow. Every time I go in to fill a prescription the wait is over an hour, often over two. If you have a choice go somewhere else.
