So I stopped into smoke away smoke shop while I was waiting in line for something nearby. I wont lie Ill be honest and tell you that I work at another smoke shop and I was just kind of browsing. I found this shop to be very clean very professional and very not sketchy like a lot of other smoke shops. The lady that helped me name was Holly she was very informative professional nice and such a people person. I had a great experience there. Thank you again for the great experience Holly

Im positive that I bought two fake ONEE Sticks here. The first one I hot in store and it straight up didnt work. The one they gave me as a replacement worked for about 1 hour.

Jessie and Jeffrey are always helpful and when I have had a few bad days they just listened and s have me some great advicejust breath and try to relax things will get better. I can easily say that this place is my favorite smoke shop to go to, the selection is huge and theres something of every various method for making smoking pieces you could find here! The staff is knowledgeable friendly and nice, they have certain specials other places dont offer, and the things they have here you just dont find anywhere else! The only gripe I have is the vape section is small especially compared to other shops.

The staff are weird and rude. you can clearly hear them talk about you as you leave the smoke shop.. their prices are cheap, but then again so is their products 🤷‍♀️ never coming back again.

Best smoke shop I’ve ever bin to.. I’ve lived all my life in The Valley and this is my favorite smoke shop for sure!! Bin coming here for like 3 or 4 years now, and I’ve never ever have had a problem with any of the staff or products that I buy from here.. Everything has always worked very well and the ladies and gents who work their are very nice and friendly with me… They always answer all my questions about the vapes I buy and juices as well.. They have a huge selection of items of whatever you are looking for.. Highly recommend this place.. I ounce bought a vape and it ended up not working well, and they told me to bring back my receipt with the vape and box, and did as they said, and they found out it was faulty, and gave me another one without any issues or problems.. Again best smoke shop on the west side 👍🏼👍🏼

The girl with the dreads Hollie ( hopefully spelled right) is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We use smoke away exclusively for a reason and shes helped us flawlessly on at least 3 occasions, shes never had an attitude. Shes not interested in trying to take your money through shrewd ways or upsale you, shes interested in quality products that work and I appreciate that! Will continue to come here and look for Hollie/holly to help us on future visits.

We wanted to sneak inside from the heat with our 2 year old and look around but a bit after being inside she was doing great and the moment she touched the glass the one time on the stand even though she had been fine otherwise the gentleman working the counter was very rude to my husband and then very rude about him being upset with his attitude towards him over the matter. Customer service is key and the customer is right no matter the circumstances so if these are the kind of people they train then we will spread the word not to utilize their store for services. I’m a customer service representative and this was an uncalled for incident that hopefully won’t happen to next the unfortunate passerby’s.

By far my favorite smoke shop is Smoke Away, and not just in Avondale, I mean in any other smoke shop Ive stepped foot in. Its always clean and smells fantastic. This smoke shop carries just about everything youll need for your reason if visit, I have a smoke shop near my house but I drive alil to this place, great selection and the prices are not too bad, they sell the butane I need for $2.50 where as the one by my house charges $6.99 for the same one, the only take away would be the employee attitudes, I went in there with someone a week ago and the girl was really rude, like it bothered her to tell us about the product on the wall and the guy didnt know anything about anything, good thing I had that knowledge already

My mother in law (being her driver, I too) go here for patchouli and eucalyptus oils. I love looking around though.

Went in since it was the closest to MVD and was pleasantly surprised. Holly was very knowledgeable about what I needed and had great customer service. Lots of very nice pipes in all different shapes, sizes and prices. Other cool paraphernalia that is unique, too.Handicapped parking and wheelchair accessible. No public restroom.Employees are nice and helpful. Store is clean and very well organized.I went to buy cigarettes. Thought theyd be cheaper, but werent any less than a convenience store. Thats the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5.If youre looking for unusual gifts for your...ummm...smoking friends ;-) this is a good place to go. Ill be doing a lot of gift shopping there. Lol.

Im not a smoker myself, but my husband is. He really likes going here because theyve been so helpful and are always really nice. We used to live around the corner so it was also convenient. Not that its far away now, but we feel like its worth it to drive a little more out of our way to get tobacco from this place. I have always received amazing customer service. Theyre all really awesome and make you feel welcome. I would recommend this smoke shop to anyone looking for a good place with good pricing.

I came into the smoke shop just wanna start off by saying bad service I didnt catch names but come on you guys could of been better service I bought a bong and was told there was a 10 percent discount on it and they couldnt figure out why it seemed fine no cracks so I went ahead and bought it. She offered to pour water into it to see if maybe there was a problem there and sure enough the bubbler did not work and then right away was told there was no refund. mind you I was in the store for about 30 mins just stuck on one bong and thats the one I decided to choose and it didnt work. She offered me another bong but I did not want no other bong. How is this even right? I did not walk out the store nor did she wrap it up yet. Seriously this is really bad service and definitely wont spend another dime here.

Is my favorite smoke shop to go to, the selection they have is massive! The staff are top notch in customer service and know a lot about the inventory. Ive been coming here for years and dont have any bad experiences to tell thankfully. The hookah stuff is what got me interested in trying Smoke Away, recently I bought a new vape and am very satisfied with my purchase.

Bought a new cartridge a couple weeks ago and tried to charge it yesterday. It wouldnt charge so I brought it back. They said they need a receipt and the box it came in and it had to be within a week. So Im out 30 bucks. Wont be taking my business there again.

On 03/02/2016 I came in bright n early looking for some E-juice and there was two gentleman there they were very helpful in helping me choose the right one to my liking and I was also looking for a coil and they new exactly what I needed. they were very knowledgeable and the prices were very great at this establishment. I have always came here for every thing that I need and I have always noticed that it is very Clean, friendly, and welcoming environment. this is the best smoke shop in the valley and I constantly recommend this place to all my friends, family, and coworkers.

Great place. I walked in and was shocked at how big it was inside versus how it looked outside. Huge selection of quality glass. I was so impressed by their selection that I must have spent half an hour looking. Friendly and didnt get upset that after looking for 30 minutes I came there for a dollar item. Plus they provide products for whatever your specific hobby requires although not all are visible, some are behind the counter perhaps for discretion.

Went in looking for one thing, didnt have due to the federal government. Holly was able to help me out on getting what i needed. She was very knowledgeable and helpful

I have been a customer here for 4+ yrs and have really had pleasant interactions with the staff. But today (4/19/2017) around 3:45pm I get yelled at by an employee named Hollie or Holly however she spells it about not bringing my child in with me when I come in, now I understand there are age restrictions but Hollie immediately assumes that my child is over 5 years old just because she is tall for her age. Now this is a first for me since I have always had my child go in with me. Without even asking politely and letting me know of this policy like a normal human being she yells at me from across the store for all customers to hear. Obviously Hollies professionalism and human decency left the store without her. So fair warning to visitors you may be treated worse than an amoeba by Hollie when you go in!

I am a current business owner, and former military. I understand customer service, quality, and value. That is why Ive decided to make this my one and only shop to go to from now on. Every time Ive been in I get greeted immediately, and asked if I need help with anything. Then when its time for me to spend my hard earned money, they actually take the time to educate and give advice as to what products would work for me best. Ive been in store at least 10 times now, and the service never varies. They took the time to make me feel I was a valued customer, so thats why I took the time to write this review. Oh, by the way. The reason I ended up at this shop is because the absolutely horrible service i received at another near my house. Its by Frys on Avondale and 85. Cant remember the name. I couldnt even get the girl to look up from her phone to help me. Then, when I finally had to ask her to come help me, she rolled her eyes, sighed, and said what do you need? Save yourself the hassle, and stop by Smoke Away. I truly feel you will not be disappointed.

I stoped in today to see about getting a specific product I wanted to try. The sales girls working today advised me that they no longer carry the product I was looking for. That was the last thing she told me I was also interested in purchasing not only the new smok micro but also an assortment of salt nic e justice to use with my new device. However no one seemed interested in helping so now I am taking my business elsewhere. Not sure if it was my appearance that made them hesitant to help me but this made me leave with nothing.

If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would.Their customer service is beyond horrible.My brand new smok vape started leaking after the first day of having it(They set it up in store).My husband called and they told him it could be a faulty coil and if it was the coil they would give me a new one to try.We changed the coil to the one provided with the vape.It leaked again the next day.He called again and they said that I could return the machine.We drove over 45 minutes to get there to be told the manager Holly has to do the return and she wasnt in.We came back today(04/01/19) to be told she cant return the product for my money back.She is a terrible manager and needs to tell her employees not to tell customers that they can refund when they cant.I will never return to any of their locations because Im sure they all have as bad as customer service as this location.

This place is has zero customer service and they dont know anything about the products that they sell, they dress like that pan handler hanging at the gas station hitting you up for 75 cents on your home from work. This doesnt apply to the woman that works in the morning, but aside from her, this place to sum it up is just dirty and not very helpful giving advice on their own products that they are pitching to sell you they arent the brightest bulbs in the box and if you have a problem with something they sold you they wont give you a refund or even try anything to resolve it at all. Just overall bad customer service and bad management for not educating their employees about the products they sell and also for hiring people in the first place that make cashiers working the drive thru in fast food look like professors in the study of quantum physics. If you think McDonalds was bad, try going going shopping at a smoke away :(
