Yesterday was my birthday, my first birthday without my mom. She was a talented baker and made the best cakes. Because of that, I told my husband that I didnt want a cake for my birthday. So he ordered an edible arrangement. He placed the order on 10/17 to be delivered on 10/21. He received an email confirmation. It was all set. At 4:00 pm, I hadnt received my gift, and the status hadnt been updated. He called the Avondale, AZ location to see what was going on. The person that answered the phone told him that they werent going to complete the order and immediately got the manager that told him the recepients name was the same as the purchasers name so they wouldnt complete the order. He could have sworn he put my name down, but it could have been an autofill issue. He fixed the issue over the phone and I ended up getting my gift at about 7:00 pm which is why I gave 2 stars. While I was happy with my gift, I almost didnt get it because of their service. My husband placed the order and paid several days in advance. If there was an issue, why didnt they call for clarification? If my husband didnt call, I wouldnt have gotten order he paid for. It seems like the store was going to take the money without providing the service, which is NOT OKAY. Also, what if he did order it for himself? People do it all the time. My point is, they should have done the job they were paid to do. If there was an issue, they should have called for clarification. If he didnt call the store, I wouldnt have gotten my gift and we would have spent almost $80 for nothing.
Jessica and Benita are fantastic! I had ordered a bouquet for Fathers Day a week ahead of time because I had gotten the date wrong. Benita noticed I had ordered a Fathers Day balloon and, knowing that it was the following week, called and asked me if I would like it delivered the next week. I was so thrilled that she noticed and reached out to me. I ended up not being home when they tried to deliver it and Jessica was excellent at communicating with me and I was able to pick it up on Saturday. Will definitely order from here again! Oh...the fruit was fresh and delicious.
Went to order an arrangement. Owner lacked help and told me to order online. Not friendly either. If no help what difference if I order online. Take my order there and I’ll pick up later! After reading the reviews. It makes sense. Fire everyone in this location. I ordered a mothers day delivery for my mother thats in Arizona for a lung transplant and was told that her odds of survival are now slim thanks to Covid. Not being to see my mother for 2 years and knowing this will be her last Mothers Day, it breaks my heart that a company would have so little concern for customer service. Not only was my order not delivered. I couldnt even get a return call
My daughter ordered a edible arrangement for me as a birthday gift. The arrangement looked beautiful but the fruit was terrible. The only thing edible was the pineapple. The chocolate covered strawberries were old and mushy. The rest of the fruit had no taste at all. I emailed and received no response. I then call the store an a lady ( she said her name was Bertha, but she paused and hesitated before giving me her name) was so rude. She said there was nothing they could do since it had been two days since the order was delivered. Keep in mind, I received the order at 6pm on Wednesday night, sent the email Thursday, after no response called Friday morning. I asked that my daughter be refunded. Bertha said they will only refund 20% of the order in 5 days. She absolutely refused to stand by the quality of the product. She said they make the arrangement fresh every day. I don’t believe that for one minute. It was so obvious that the dipped strawberries were no fresh. They need to also make sure they are using quality fruit. I asked if the fruit if the fruit should only be good for 1 day, since Bertha kept saying there was nothing they could do since I had the fruit for 2 days. She said no, it should last more than 1 day. So, when I told her mine did not and was not fresh from the time I received it, she again said the fruit is fine it just has no taste. 🤔We will never order from this location again and we will tell our friends and family the same.
Honestly very disappointed. No one answers the phone and can’t tract my order online. I placed an order for my moms birthday and I don’t know when or IF my order will come and there’s no one to help me. I went to a store to ask and the lady simple told that it will come whenever and could be delivered as late as 7-9pm!!!! First off we have dinner plans out and secondly, I don’t know who’s mother is up and just waiting around for a delivery at 9pm!?!? If I could rate a zero I would. I am definitely not using them again!
The WORST customer service! I order with edible arrangements often for many occasions and I will no longer be doing that. The woman who answered the phone when I called to ask a simple question gave me the worst attitude and would not even listen to my question before cutting me off. My mom, who lives in California, wanted to do something nice for me on mothers day so she ordered arrangements to be delivered on Tuesday. It was not delivered and my mom has been trying to call but they put her on hold and never answer. I went inside the store and explained what happened and the employee never apologized for the delay or offered to make it better she just had an attitude so I asked asked for a refund and she just looked at me like there what else do you want?
Dealing with Edible Arrangements in Avondale is a nightmare! I tried to call all last week to order and no answer! I finally went online to order an arrangement for my mother on behalf of my brother in PR. The order was delivered Saturday but the chocolate was wet and sweaty looking & the strawberries were mushy! Now I am trying to contact them again for a replacement and I still can’t get anyone to answer the phone! How on earth can they stay in business and take orders if no one ever answers the phone? I guess I’ll have to go by the store to get some assistance! What an inconvenience! Great customer service guys!!!!
Really poor experience. Placed an order to be delivered on May 7th, and they just never made the delivery without notifying me. Corporate sent me an email nearly a week later to let me know the delivery never happened. I then had to call the store who said they could put me on the books for 2 weeks after my original delivery date. She also said she would refund my $14.99 delivery fee for the trouble. I called today asking why I only got a refund of $4.99, and was told it was because I received a separate merchandise discount of $10 when I placed the order. She said she couldn’t do what she told me she would, and if I wasn’t happy, I could call corporate.
My husband ordered a delivery for Mothers Day as he was out of state. It should have been delivered from this location. I cannot believe this location is even open. I placed an order for Mother’s Day before the orders were cut off and paid $15 for delivery on that day and it was never delivered. I tried calling the store on Saturday after confirming they had the order and would deliver and no one ever answered. I found out at 9pm on Sunday that the order never delivered and when I tried calling on Monday I spent 3 hours trying to get someone to answer the phone but it rings for 15 minutes and then hangs up. Someone called me with an unknown number Monday claiming to work at this location and said they could refund me or deliver this on Tuesday. My grandmother is 80 years old and lives 1400 miles away from me so I asked for it to deliver on Tuesday, she waited at home all day and never got it again, nor did they even try and call her. This morning I had an automated email for a refund and I am very upset, we have discussed that ISNT what I wanted and you still didn’t do what was asked. Please contact me regarding this order. I have also sent an email to your customer care team and truly believe this location needs to be closed or placed in new management, this is truly the worst experience i have ever had.
So i am very upset I made an order to be delivered on 04/10/21 First it wasn’t delivered that day received a call at 8pm that they weren’t going to be able to delivered that day because there drivers were not going to be on time so offered to deliver on Monday 04/12/21 first thing on morning no later than 11am also they were going to add a dozen of cookies for the inconvenience So i called Monday morning at 10am to confirm that they were going to deliver on time and they confirmed it was already being delivered nope!!!! They sure did not,,,, they delivered till 6:30 pm fruit did not look fresh and to top it of they didn’t add the cookies that is really bad service this was my first time buying edibles i certainly are not ever going to purchase again from them bad experience ever!!this so unacceptable and really bad customer service also for the $89 dls i paid i dont think is fair 😡
Terrible and rude. Didnt fulfill my order and had the nerve to tell me its not their problem. Was told they were only completing mothers day other orders and the other order would have to wait. Then they said oh theres nothing in their system. They dont answer their phone and the place is dark and gloomy. Service is undeniably the worst.
Horrible experience! I scheduled an order for delivery on sunday for mothers day and it did not show up until the NEXT day late at 9pm on a Monday! Try getting ahold of them and there phones were not working all week or just decided to silence the ringing.. When i finally was able to visit the location they almost refused to refund me do to the fact they tried delivering my order the next day from my original delivery date. The “manager” Benita stated that they tried delivering it twice which i was only notified about one of there attempts ...first of all who wants dried up fruits that have been sitting in a van fridge and second if i wanted my order delivered 2 days later from mothers day then i would of just scheduled it 2 days later from mothers day, 3rd the times they deliver is not very professional..9pm at night..people have work the next day and this wouldnt be an issue if your able to track your order to assure someone will be home or not asleep on the time of delivery. If orders can not be met then they should not be offering there delivery or services at all those days! Store location looks terrible as well, it seems as they were in the middle of moving in. So if your trying to get something delivered please do not expect it in the afternoon or evening on appropriate times...be ready to receive it LATE at night. From reading the previous reviews it seems that everyone has had the same issue and nothing has been fixed! Definitely needs new management in that location. This was the first and last time i will be ordering from there. Horrible experience..! If only you can rate it zero stars..
I came into this location to get something very simple (fruit cup and chocolate covered strawberries). I was served by Benita who was EXTREMELY rude, rudely told me she didn’t know what I was talking about, when I showed her from the website she then asked what fruit I wanted inside before I could even tell her she cut me off and told me my total. Upon receiving my order it looked like it came from an order that was not picked up, fruit was old, some were smushed, no pineapples in it, my chocolate covered strawberries were not fresh at all they were soggy and bruised. Completely disappointed in the service I received I should have known it was going to be bad from the beginning. Even when I walked in I sat there for a while then Benita came out back instead of greeting me she started with “What can I do for you” no “Hi” “Thank you for coming in” “Sorry about the wait, how can I help you”. I can’t believe I wasted my time and money. I wish I could leave 0 stars.
Drove all the way across town to get my pregnant craving, chocolate covered pineapple and they told me that they were understaffed and wouldn’t be able to have it ready for three hours. How long does it take to dip a pineapple in chocolate?
$43 (including tax) for a dozen dipped strawberries. It is literally a rip-off. Grab a box of strawberries and a bag of melting chocolate from walmart and do it yourself for a fraction of the cost in about the same time, plus you get more. You may also get brownie points for doing it yourself.

It never showed and I have called the store several times and emailed and have gotten no response. By Wednesday when I STILL hadnt heard anything and my bouquet STILL wasnt delivered, I drove to the Avondale location to request a refund. No attempts were made to apologize or rectify the situation. I ordered my sister an arrangement for her birthday yesterday. It was not delivered until 11pm at night! Which woke my sister up and disturbed her sleeping. That is a violation of their own policy to deliver so late at night!No one ever called me to let me know this and my order was wrong on top of that. I called the location and no one would answer. After 5pm the whole company is closed so your screwed if you haven’t gotten your delivery by then and want an update. I called today and they apologized and they gave me a refund for the balloons I was shorted but thats it, they said because my sister took the delivery that the order was fulfilled and no discount was offered for the inconvenience for waking my sister up at 11pm at night! They also blamed COVID for the issue saying that delivery drivers are constantly calling out saying they have Covid but how hard is it to call the customer and let them know what is going on does COVID prevent that too?! I contacted the BBB because it isn’t right how this location is conducting business and while the edible arrangements company is doing nothing about it. This location needs to be shut down based on all complaints I’ve seen.
Ordered fruits to be delivered on July 4th for my mothers birthday, received a call from the store that I ordered it from and they wanted to move it for tomorrow 😐 I decline and they said it would be arriving at 1:30 pm, Im receiving it late 😤

I called and expressed my concerns with the person who answered, and they showed zero sympathy to the situation. Instead of handling the issue, they hung up on me. I called back and they would answer and immediately end the call over and over again.
Don’t waste your time at this location, it’s not worth it. Drive to another location. One women in particular (I think her name is Benita) is very rude. From the moment she answered the phone to our last interaction. She makes unnecessary comments, abruptly hung up the phone twice, and when she brought my order out for curbside pick up, she gave me my order and quickly walked away without saying anything while I had questions. On top of that their work is sloppy. With all these terrible comments, you would think the owners/mangers would of done something about it by now, they are loosing so many customers. I am not coming back to this location.
Place an order on the 12th of April for pick up at 3:30pm on the 20th of April. Showed up to pick up was told wasn’t going to be ready till 5 which is the time they closed. Showed back up and was told wasn’t going to be ready till 5:30pm. Lady just kept telling me she could cancel it and started treating to just cancel it. Such a horrible business. Will never come here again.
I ordered a bundle 1/31/2021 scheduled to arrive Valentine’s Day and everything looked lovely and great when it arrived only thing was it was missing a item fruit flowers well I called and informed the store of the mistake and she resolved it quickly I know mistakes happen and well she was professional from the beginning thanks edible arrangements for helping me show how much that girl means to me
Family ordered me something from here and when my husband picked up the arrangement to surprise me, it didnt come with the card/message required. When I realized this, I called in to express that it was missing the most important part of the purchase and that is when things went south. The manager Benita/Bonita/Banita cut me off 4 times while I was trying to explain the issue. I told her she was being extremely rude and she grew louder with me and continued to speak over me. I even expressed that I would never treat her like this if she called my company. She ended up putting me on hold (without telling me) and left me on hold for over 8 mins. Another woman by the name Ms. Williams answered the phone and attempted to resolve the issue and though she was kind/respectful and provided me with cookies, that I did not want, I would not recommend this location to anyone. I wanted my family to receive a small discount for the original screw up and was honestly shocked at the disrespect I had to endure due to an error on their part. Just absolutely horrible service.

The manager at this location is TRASH. I ordered an edible arrangement a month in advance. I called three separate times and was put on hold for ten minutes every time and still didn’t receive assistance. I finally called and demanded my order status for a order that was supposed to leave out that day only to be told I was “missing” information that was needed for my order to be processed. I was told my ordered will be canceled and I would receive a full refund. I then received a receipt for $0. However two days AFTER my gift should have been spent (6/19) I was charged $60 (6/22). I’m beyond mad. I’m hurt. I’m sad. I thought it would be sweet to send me loved ones a gift on their birthday and this has turned out to be the worst gift buying experience ever.

I’ve placed various orders last minute for 3 family birthdays. I was craving some chocolate strawberries and thought hmm, maybe I can gift strawberries for my dad. Arrived just in time same day as I ordered. Delivery people are also super friendly. I then proceeded to place an order for my brother whose birthday happens to be in the same month as my dad’s, he was super surprised at work. Another order was for an aunt in California, who knew I could call the edible arrangements from California and surprise them all the way down here from Arizona without having to drive! Super easy. Also planning on ordering this Easter again!
Ordered chocolate covered strawberries a week after Mother’s Day. Strawberries delivered poor quality and not edible. Was told some new strawberries would be delivered the next day by a certain time. Delivery did not show up. No phone call to me explaining anything. No apology. No offer to make it right. My money was refunded. Terrible customer service. Each store is individually owned so if you have a problem it ends at the store you purchased your order.

Ordered in the morning for delivery that day. They got it done! But then my niece wasnt home. The next day they refreshed the bouquet and delivered it again. No hassle, no extra cost -- just excellent customer service and good product. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the prices seem high.

This place is so bad I placed my order at 1:30 for 2:30 for a simple fruit salad I end up waiting at the store for a hour because it wasn’t finish till 3:30 how does it take an hour to do a fruit salad so bad don’t go to this one if you place orders do it a different location!!!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Had a delivery that was not delivered, proceeded to call the location for three days (no joke, 3 days) before finally speaking to someone. The stores line always rings busy and VM full, so I contacted customer service each day (3 times), and all they do is create a ticket for the store manager to respond to you, which they dont answer the phone so how shall I receive my response? Finally on the 3rd day of me calling, someone answers, said they will refund my shipping and send out the order with free truffles. The order was originally sch for a Saturday, it arrived the following Friday!! 6 days late!!! I never received my refund on shipping, nor did they include the free truffles. I’ve ordered from My local edible arrangements store and have never had an issue. This location is definitely tarnishing the companies reputation. Beyond awful customer service.

She goes to the back and then comes back up and says yes if you pay for it. So youre telling me that you cant offer good customer service and keep your customer happy by delivering it when this is your fault its not ready? How is this right? I then told her I dont want to speak to her anymore because she is rude and asked for whoever she was talking to in the back. As she walked away she says in a loud voice she thinks Im rude and doesnt want to talk to me! The older lady then comes up to the front which was probably her mother because I doubt you would say that to your boss. I asked her how is this my fault why cant you deliver since this is your error not having it ready? She then says you can come back to pick it up but if I deliver you must pay the delivery fee or i can cancel the order. I asked well are you going to discount me for having to drive back later and she said nope. At that point I was fuming I said cancel and I will never order from this location again. No wonder they only have 2.7 stars out of 5. Not once did they apologize for not having it ready instead the acted as if they did nothing wrong and it was my fault. If you have alot of orders why not call your customers to tell them it is not going to be ready so we dont waste our time driving down to the location!
I got an online coupon code so I used to it buy a dozen chocolate dipped strawberries. I added two $5 cones (cup full of smaller choc dipped strawberries) I paid just over $33. I arrived about 10 min early to pick up, they were finishing up my order. The woman who helped me was super friendly and helpful. Wish I caught her name. I’d order again for sure.
Went directly to the store to purchase some chocolate covered strawberries for our granddaughter for Valentines Day. Had no idea anyone had a store front and didnt have items available for sale. Was told all orders must be phoned in or ordered on the internet. Will not waste my time with this company again.
I placed a $110 order for my Mom for mother’s day 1 week before Mother’s Day. I even paid $20 for it to be delivered on Mother’s Day!! Well it is now 7pm, and my mother has not received anything. I’m so hurt, and upset! I even tried calling the store but they are closed now until tomorrow. I will never be ordering from here again! I hope I get my money back!
I called for simple question about a voucher and the person I spoke with should absolutely not be in customer service. Needless to say they have lost my business and currently trying to get a refund on my voucher.
I dont want to inflate expectations, but ours were exceeded. We live in Seattle, but have family in Phoenix. With the holiday rush I couldnt find a company that couldnt deliver to my sister in time for her birthday. I did an online order and within a couple minutes of hitting submit, I got a phone call to confirm my birthday message on the card, correct one item, and they assured me that they were working on my birthday gift.My sister received it within a couple hours loving her gift. I wasnt able to make it home for the holidays or for her birthday, but the gift was delivered in a timely window and she loved it.Thank you guys for adding to her special day.
The lady that helped me out today was great she helped me out after I ordered on line. All the workers are so nice at this location. Sam was great he actually sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my sis and I appreciate that!!!They deserve praise for their work cuz they do a good job and actually care.
I placed an order for Mother’s Day. Got the Mother’s Day bundle which came out to be about 150$. Order was placed on the 11th to be delivered on the 12th. Today is the 19th and still nothing has been delivered. So I called the location to see what the issue was. They explained how they were overwhelmed by the amount of orders they had received. Being a business owner, I understand things happen. I asked if they could give me any discount for the inconvenience. The manager was extremely rude. I told her if things don’t start improving then I’d be leaving a bad review, which I’d perfer not to do. Once I said that she became very upset and told me she was just going to cancel my order, which was not what I wanted, and hung up on me. When I called back asking for corporates number, she told me I was harassing the store and hung up again. I never cursed, raised my voice, nor was rude. The manager of the store severely needs customer service training. I had to call the surprise location to explain what happened, they handled the situation promptly, replacing my order and giving me 20% off for the week inconvenience.DO NOT ORDER AT THE AVONDALE LOCATION!!!!SURPRISE LOCATION IS MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE!!!
Order did not arrive on time, the staff was not very helpful when I called attempting to locate it, and seemed very nonchalant about rectifying the situation. I should have not ordered when I saw such low reviews.

Tried calling but I cannot get ahold of anyone calling their phone it goes straight to voicemail. Will never order from this company ever again.
Vary dissatisfied customer. Made an online order on Friday, they offered Saturday delivery but it was never delivered. I reviewed there delivery policy that says they have until 9 PM to deliver. Never received. No call, no email. I called the Avondale store during customer business hours and keep getting a busy signal. Keep calling then got a voicemail and Google says they are OPEN on Sunday at 10 am, but no one to talk to..i cant leave a message because there mailbox is full..Called back there message now says there CLOSED on Sunday (mothers day)....I would have exepted, a text, email, phone call or note that says Sorry for the inconvenience, we were unable to deliver your order on time, but we will be delivering it by.......IF YOU CAN NOT DELIVER DUE TO HIGH DEMAND, SAY THAT DO NOT OFFER DELIVER, SIMPLE....UPDATE, it is now Monday morning I submitted a complaint on there website and keep calling and keep geeting a busy signal. I cant evan talk to someone to cancel my order. No communication
Made an online order at 11am for fathers day gift to my husband he never received the order. I called to check the status to a different location and arrangement was never made. They offered to send it the next day but the purpose of the gift was for fathers day. This was my second time ordering from edible arrangements but I will never choose this location. Going forward I will go with location on 7th st.

Someone ordered a basket from this location and had it sent to my work for me. They had my coworkers call me and let me know. The lady got my home address and was nice enough to deliver it to my house near downtown phoenix. These guys are awesome and the fruit was delicious! The lady was very sweet thank you!
Absolutely horrible customer service from a MANAGER named Banita. Called the store to verify the delivery time to a business and she hung up on me twice. I told her to cancel the order and her response was SURE I WILL CANCEL AND HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN AS I WAS SPEAKING TO HER. Never again will I go back to this store....
I know its the 14th but not taking any orders at all for today or tommorow it bad customer service they should have been prepared like any other place plans out their plan for this busy day . And its poor customer service they should have premade little stuff
I went to this location and wanted to order the Strawberry dipped cone for my kids teacher for Teacher Appreciation week and I’m very disappointed. I called early this morning (around 10:30 am) and asked if they’ll have some available around 3 pm for me to pick up and the store personnel assured me that they’ll have a lot available. I even asked her if I needed to reserve the 4 that I wanted to buy and she said no because they’ll have some available. I came by 3 pm, a guy (with red hair dye) said they have none available. He even asked the back (kitchen) and they said they do not have it anymore. I told him that I called this morning and told him what the girl told me and still no strawberry cone. I thought they make all the products in the store so it’s fresh and since it was an error on their part, at least they could of made it for me even if I have to wait or pick it up later. But no, I left the store disappointed and mad as hell. This is unacceptable since this is 2nd time I came to this location (I came the night before and still had no strawberry dipped cone). It’s not a large order too...just simple dipped strawberry. I’m never going back to this store!!!
No one ever answers the phone, the voicemail says it’s full so you can’t leave one. my package says delivered but nothing has came for mother’s day.
I worked for Edible Arrangements the Mothers Day week for some extra CASH. I went on 5/24/2013 to pick up my check and I was told that I was number 6 that didnt have a check and that I would have to wait until 5/28/13 after 1pm to pick it up. How on earth is a business hiring for the holiday help on CRAIGSLIST and cant pay there help on time. I know the owners had a great Memorial Weekend since they stiffed at least 6 people without a check. Hell if you dont have the money to pay then stop advertising for holiday help. I would strongly recommend if you need extra cash dont work for edible arrangements on Dysart.I sure hope the other 6 that didnt get there pay checks file with the labor board and put in a complaint.
We ordered an arrangement from out of town and this place was selected. The ordering of the product was long and tedious, the young lady who helped must of asked for our info about 5 or six times. Another lady comes we get everything we need. They call Avondale store and to do arrangement, my son sends me a picture of the arrangement. The arrangement was totally different. We sent B’d arrangement and they made it like a Valentines with a lot of the fruit missing. They said they couldn’t help us because my son had already picked it up. Edibles El Paso and Edibles Avondale az suck. Will never buy from them again, will not recommend this to anyone. We are still waiting for someone to explain, aside we didn’t have all the fruit. This place has no customer service skills what so ever. I went to pick up my Mothers Day arrangements that were placed DAYS in advance, just to find out the day of pick up after I go get them, that my order was never fulfilled.
I was a first time customer to this company. I was looking to order for delivery. I had questions, the worker appeared annoyed with my questions. The worker had an arrogant attitude. I commented poor customer service and they laughed. After reading previous reviews,I’m glad I walked out and decided to take my business elsewhere.

This location is horrible. Put in a Mothers day order in saturday at noon. Never got my delivery. Called sunday and asked to speak with manager, was told she would return my call shortly . Called the location back 4 hours later and was told manager Tonya was to busy to talk to me. Then was told by receptionist that my order was not even made yet. Long story short, had to drive to location to get my money back and let Tonya know how frustrated and disappointed i was and that i would never to business there again.
I had ordered a a dozen chocolate covered strawberries for my mom and they were supposed to be delivered yesterday for Valentines Day. The charged me $77 and yet my order never made it. And now their phone is disconnected. I am absolutely upset and I feel very violated! This is ridiculous!
Called at 3pm to see how long it would be for my order to arrive I was told it would be at my door by 4pm and that it was on the way. We waited till 7pm and i called to cancel my order (wife and i were tired of waiting) only to be given attitude and was hung up on all because my order was on the way again..... I dont understand how it takes 4+ hours for chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered. I will never order again, also im not sure whats worse the prices or the customer service.
My husband ordered me $144.47 arrangement which was supposed to be here on Valentines day. He ordered this four days before Valentines day. Apparently they ran out of their supplies and many people didnt get their order. Never called to let him know about their situation.Thanks edible arrangement you ruined my Valentines day.
Edible arrangements is by far the best at what they do, this was my first time ordering from them and I would absolutely do it again and again and again. Im actually ordering for my wifes birthday and thanks to Ms hope and the rest of the staff at edible arrangements in Avondale, Arizona Im absolutely stupendous and I believe my wife will be also so thanks again edible arrangements for being awesome.
All I can say is, this location is disgusting. The back of store where the arrangements are made and the refrigerator where all your fruit is located (most the time the prepared fruit is kept without a lid).Dont lie to the people who work for you :) be upfront, honest, and value them.
After a small issue, they helped resolve the problem. Both of the women were kind and considerate.

The woman who answers the phone here would be better off working for a collections agency. She has not a care in the world about you. She must be going out of business because her utter lack of effort says so. You are better off going to another location. I have received one of these arrangements in another state and loved it...not being familiar with how the process works I asked a simple question about delivery. She snapped the answer to me in such a rude was I will never go back. Tried calling the Bell road location and they dont answer the phone....but maybe they are nicer. I guess Phoenix is a bad area for them.
I had been shopping here for years and this last mothers day I placed an order for $170. I had family emergency the day of mothers day and could not pick up my order. I called them a few days later and asked them for a refund or to remake my order and the owner refused. I have still been calling her and now she is avoiding my calls. I have now lost $170 on this company because of bad customer service. I will never be ordering through them again.
Never had an issue, typically purchase during special events and it can get pretty busy so definitely order well in advance. Price is pretty steep for what youre getting but the treats are delecious.

Avondale Arizona Franchise - Dissapointing on so many levels. Unprofessional, Unreliable, Mocking customers behind thier backs. Read on before you purchase from this store!!!!Seems to be a trend now that I see the other reviews. I ordered days in advance, my wifes first Mothers day with our child and my Mom was in town from the other side of the country for Mothers day. I arrive and have to wait 20 minutes for them to tell me that they lost 2 out of 3 peices of my order. After rubber stamp apology I express how disspointed I was, and I got back a sarcastic comment where the manager said Dont shoot me, we have 500 orders. To top it off, they were laughing at prospective customers who had the gall to come in and ask if they had any same day product to purchase. At least they waited till these people went out of the door to mock them. Unprofessional, horrible customer service, unreliable, and overpriced. First time ordering from them, and never again.
My husband placed an order for Valentine’s Day and the arrangement was never deliver they didn’t even bother to give him a call. They even charged him extra to have it delivered on Valentine’s Day. When he called to ask about it they had him on hold for over half an hour. Won’t be ordering again and will be expecting a refund.
