Excellent customer service. Long wait times as they are very busy, but well worth it. Great prices and outstanding customer service, what more could you want. Ordered a pump for two day delivery and USPS misdirected it on the first day. I called them and they looked into it and immediately sent another next day air so I would receive it on time. That is customer service! I will be using them going forward for all of my Jeep parts.

It has been nearly 3 weeks and still waiting for my car part. Left 2 voice mails and sent 3 emails inquiring status of my order status, could not get a no response. They sent a tracking number but it is showing label created not yet shipped. I do not know what to do, not able to get the part or my money back. So disappointing!! This is not a way to do business!!
Customer service is so-so. Good luck getting a lot of help if you call in either. But its the closest option I have, so Ill keep on going.
Communication with this company has been abysmal from the beginning! I rolled with the initial delay email for my order, but after a couple weeks without update I tried to call, email, and leave a voicemail. I received exactly one emailed reply to the many attempts I made to reach anyone. And that one reply was only after I threatened to cancel if I didn’t get a valid update. Despite me asking to cancel the order after a month without shipping, your company decided to send me shipping THREE DAYS AFTER I REQUESTED TO CANCEL!! If you aren’t going to answer the phone or send timely emailed responses, there’s no use in trying to be an online business. I will never use your website again and am eager to make sure anyone else needing parts hears about my experience with Mopar Wholesale Parts!

Bought 2 different clamps for my Ram 2500 ram air box and they sent 2 of the same clamps. No biggie, just emailed them a picture of the clamps and packaging and gave them a day to respond back and nothing. So I called the next day and left a voicemail and patiently waited to hear back but got nothing. Filled out their contact me thing on their website and waited but nothing. Seems like they know they are ripping folks off but dont want to own up to it. Horrible business tactics. If I wasnt going to church and trying to better my life through Christ, I would have more choice words to say on here! TRUMP 2020

I just received USPS notification that this part will be delivered to the Las Vegas NV area on Saturday... its taking 5 DAYS to go from Phoenix to here!!!!I am writing to question the professionalism of your company.I called in early Monday morning to check on availability and shipping options for this part. I was told that if I ordered the part before 2PM your time, that it would ship that day.As my order time stamp indicates I ordered it Monday morning... and I included Priority Shipping to make sure it would get here ASAP.Not only did it not ship on Monday, it appears that the person responsible for shipping DID NOT send it Priority Mail.I have a disabled vehicle and needed this part yesterday... which I would have had... if there was just a modicum of professionalism within your organization.Needless to say, I very disappointed in the level and quality of service I received from your company.MY RECOMMENDATION: AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLANDEMIC!
Currently working with them to purchase a Dodge Viper fuel pump that was discontinued through dodge a few years back. First one I bought had a defective sensor, but they are working with me to get a new one through warranty. Very responsive customer service. Its great that they can provide manufacturer-discontinued parts.
Affordable parts but be weary. Sent wrong part and will not get back in touch with me. Opened a paypal case on them and want me to outright the cost to send the item back when they sent me the wrong item in the first place. Junk for customer service.
My online order through them went smooth. Shipping was fast and efficient received my part a week later. My part was exactly as described and what I needed! Will buy from them again in the future.
Today, my wife and I were looking on to buy and exchange a truck. My mother JoAnn was a co-signer. Marco was a sales men who contacted me on my phone apparently he had seen I goggle some deals.Well none of of that happened, he didnt even helped me rather had someone whom in my opinion dislike me or had no training.After she found out we had a loan with our current truck she seemed impatient and show no interest once or ever to help.. she run my credit and you could see that she saw it was low and right up that point, she knew she was done with me and make me feel I was waiting her time.This is my 3 truck I purchase through you and I cant believe I was treated very poorly..??I really need to speak with someone that cares..My name is Rodbey Nielsen...

Unclear website and then they sent wrong part. When pointed out, they fixed the website and claim that it was never wrong. Wouldn’t give me full refund for the wrong part that they sent me. They were extremely rude on the phone, including lying to cover their own tracks and I even was hung up on. I have reported them to the BBB and they refuse to respond to their follow ups. Customer service is close to the worst I’ve ever experienced. The manager, who I also caught in a lie, when I commented on the poor customer service said he didn’t care because they do just fine selling parts and making money.
Ordered a flywheel on 1/23/2018. Received an email saying my order had been placed. A week later, no email updates of any kind. Called customer service and they said the part wasnt on the shelf and had to be ordered from Detroit, Michigan. Customer service rep had no idea when the part would ship from Detroit, but stated it would take 3 days to ship to them once the order was filled, then 3 likely more days before it arrived to my shop. Best case scenario, I was looking at another week from being able to get my parts, but still no definite ETA. I suggested to the customer service rep that crosstalk with the customer would be good idea in the future. Cancelled my order with them immediately. Giant waste of time and now I have to explain to my customer they will be without their car for longer. Customer service rep couldnt care less.
Totally non-responsive--ordered thur their web site a ram side step part for $279 -- despite site sayin it was in stock--radio silence on the order for three weeks--site says order is in process--called 800 number after 3+ weeks . . .on hold for 20 plus minutes--only to be told to call back later when their system was up--called back told me more research required and to call back tomorrow --REALLY?Caveat Emptor with these guys
