Tim came out, picked up the snow blower, put in a new carb and dropped it back off at my house... all for a really reasonable price. Some people in the area charge for pickup/drop-off...Tim did not. Took a little while but due to COVID and X-mas, Im sure part shipments were delayed and I didnt really care because the thing hasnt run in 3 years. A few days after dropping it off, I tried starting it and couldnt get it to start. Called Tim, who came out THAT DAY and took a look. Said it need a new spark plug and he had a few at the shop. Came back a few days later with the new plug and fired right up! Finally have my snow blower working again! Tried at two other places in the area before Tim...neither got it working. Would highly recommend!!

I took my lawnmower in for carbuerator gaskets after reading the flowery reviews of North Coast Tractor Supply. took over 2 weeks for what should have been pulled ahead as a quick in and out repair. No fast lane repairs here. Upon pick up I went from what should have been a 65 dollar repair to 108.00. Gaskets plus 1/2 hr to 3/4 hr labor at 80 bucks per 65 would have met my expectation for fair charge. I received a 12.00 air filter I did not ask for. My wife said I should have argued a bit, what would have been the point I thought. He had already had his story ready. As an experienced X mechanic of old I know I had been had. Nerve damage in my left hand prevented me from completing the repair myself. Quality repair, slow service, over charged.

Brought our lawnmower the Thursday before Memorial Day. The owner looked at it and knew right away what was wrong. Told me itd probably be ready Friday. No news Friday so called Saturday. Told us it was ready but he wanted to keep it over the weekend to make sure nothing else was wrong and that it would start right up. Picked it up on Tuesday and it was perfect! Best $79.00 we ever spent. We were desperate to get it back and he really delivered. What great service! The three sweetie pie Black Labs on the premises are friendly and welcoming also! I highly recommend this place-awesome!!!

The owner Tim is fantastic. He is honest, doesnt charge you for things you dont need, very reasonably priced & unlike the big companies he wont take 6-months to fix it. Highly recommend Tim & his company, he repairs & maintains all of my yard equipment & I have been very happy with his service.

Brought in an edger and snow thrower, very good price, and reasonable time frame. Like the other post said they won’t try to sell you on things you don’t need. Very personable owner, highly recommended.

I stopped in to have my residential power washer and chainsaw fixed. Typical wont start after not using for awhile problem, and the owner Tim diagnosed the problem pretty quickly. He had them both repaired and in good working condition in less than 2 weeks, and all at a fair price. Tim was incredibly personable, friendly, and easy to talk to. Plus his 3 lovely dogs are super friendly as well :) I appreciated that while Tim knows his work, he did not talk down to me at all for not knowing the machines as well, did not use a lot of complex machine jargon, etc. Also gave me some advice on how to avoid simple problems in the future. Also I noticed sincere honesty on the invoice; both jobs took less than an hour, but he was fairly specific (.6 hours, for example) as opposed to just rounding up to the nearest hour or half hour to inflate the price.I hope I dont need to have my items repaired that often of course, but when I do, I will be going back for sure!

Quoted different price than he charged. Said the wand didnt work well, but never took it off to check why. For $90/hr. I expected more. Took 2 weeks.

Second year we have had Tim get our riding mower ready for spring- excellent service and great work- I’ll be back next year
