Good luck finding a competent employee if you need a price match or an exchange. Every time I’ve had to go to the customer service counter, I’ve been helped by someone who clearly didn’t know what they were doing. Other than that, no complaints.

I love target… but for some reason many items are out of stock at this location… I can’t find anything I’m looking for, empty shelves in different areas of the store.

Employees are rude they don’t know how to ring people out and just leave mid checkout and have someone else hop on register and take their place so they can go on break and not even say anything to you when you have like not even 5 items left. And employees don’t even know how to cash out customers properly on the registers still. Teach them how to use gift cards/coupons BEFORE they ask for your target app to pay geez. They stand there like uhh sorry I can’t do anything now that you paid as you are standing there with your gift cards you told them you want to use in the first place.

The Cashier who rang me out was VERY helpful and VERY courteous!! You had GREAT deals and the customer service was awesome! I wish there was a way to make sure the cashier who helped me could get the praise i want to leave because she was so nice and helped me when i was checking out!! You need more employees like this!!

Clerk at Pick-Up sight was very friendly and brought my order to me very quickly. The only issue I have is that the clerk had to go to another area of the store to get the item - the item should already have been at the pick-up sight available for me to for pick-up. Most other stores where I have utilized the same service had the item ready at the pick-up sight for me.

Clean, friendly workers, well stocked and organized. The managers seem involved as well. I see them trying to organize checkout lines when things get busy. thank you first responders for all your hard work! Stay safe! One of the many stores I feel safe shopping at during the pandemic. Target has a great system for curbside pickup. The order was ready quite quickly. The employee who brought out my order was very polite! Will definitely use this system again.

No problems shopping there. Great experience at Avon, Ohio store. Vicki helped me check out and explained how to get out of stock item.

Prices are a bit higher than Walmart but the shopping experience is better, although there was one male employee there today who was hacking his lungs out, which made me get out of the store faster than I would have. You also did not have the Clorox cleaning products I like, but neither does Walmart. The young woman who works at the self check-out is an absolute gem. Shes wonderful. So helpful and friendly and keeps the stations really clean. Again, much better than they do at Walmart or at Giant Eagle.

The cashier was rude and the pricing on the shelves is dishonest. During such a crucial time where limiting contact is of the highest priority time and attention should be extra meticulous to ensure that those of us who truly have intent to purchase something arent grabbing things and putting them back due to inaccurate price labeling. Furthermore having to deal with rude and disrespectful associates. Im sure had I been of a Caucasian ethnic background she would have been just as nice and respectful to me as she was to Caucasian person in front of me.

DO NOT DO TARGET PICK UP at this store. They provide you with damaged items. I have 2 very young children which makes target Pick Up incredibly helpful, but they have provided me with damaged items upwards of 10 times. With it happening that many times, I now know its not a fluke. It seems like they are just trying to sell items they otherwise wouldn’t be able to if a person was in store selecting it. Today’s order included 9V batteries that I needed for the children’s thermometer because both of my kids are sick. They gave me a COMPLETELY corroded battery. It was blatantly obvious in the package. I’m incredibly disappointed with the service they have provided with Pick Up to the point I will no longer use that service. I would give target Pick Up at this location 1 star. However, I would give 5 stars for shopping within the store. Unfortunately I don’t have the opportunity to enter the store too often.

The store is clean, neat and organized. Its easy to find everything Im looking for. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful. Had a great conversation with Michael while he was ringing up my items, hes awesome!

I was able to find everything I need and then employees were so nice. They helped me find a couple items and price checked a few things for me.

Customer service is lacking. Employees do not follow Covid 19 safety guidelines. Avoid this place if you value your health!!!

I appreciate the current safety measures. Staff are wearing masks, staff are disinfecting the carts, staff are making an effort to keep a safe distance from customers. This is a huge improvement from a few weeks ago.

Easy, quick, very nice customer service at pick up

I love using the pick up and drive up options. It especially helps when my toddler is sick and we dont have to get out of the car. I also love that Target always carries the Hylands tiny tabs and cough syrups on stock at all times. Its the only thing thats always helped my daughters colds and that she takes without giving me too much of a fight.

Target prices on needed stuff. Bright . Clean. Eye catching displays. Merchandise you need. Want. Also Unique merchandise. This store also has area for phones..our phones and problems with phones.

Customer Service was fantastic!! I am a chronic Target shopper, but all Targets are clearly not the same. This one is closer to my office, not my home, but I stop here because of the great service AND pleasant team members. Kudos to the hiring team for picking the right people for these roles.

Love this target! target is one of my favorite stores to go to. this one is clean and great for all sorts of shopping. the employees are degrees friendlier and nicer than other targets i’ve been to— they will actually greet me and engage in conversation.

Very, very disappointed with the ethics of this store. I ordered items for pickup, so that I could take advantage of a gift card with purchase promo. I used a gift card I had in my online Target acct to pay. Several hours later, I received a notice that all of my items were out of stock, except for one. So, I called to cancel the entire order. As I later discover, Avon Target HAD my items in stock. Either they didnt want to honor the promo or be bothered to pick the items for pickup. The items are still available, but off promo, as they must be purchased in store, which makes them ineligible for the promo (must be ordered online and picked up). Bad business. Im very surprised at this. One last note, the one item that they were willing to let me pickup from the order, was never refunded back to my original method of payment.

Cartwheel & red card benefits are great if you can find the products . not all products in Cartwheel are available at all Target stores,which I find very annoying. Items that were on sale were out of stock and Targte does not give rain checks!!!

Atmosphere

Wow! Virtually instantaneous service1 I had ordered an item through the wedding registry web site at about 11:00 at night and specified store pickup. When I got up the next morning I had an email stating that the order was ready. At the store, I got into the returns/exchange line, expecting a long wait. But within a couple minutes a young man approached with a handheld computer, scanned my pickup code and said he would be right back. In less than a minute he returned with my item. What incredible customer service!

The order completion and pickup was very simple and efficient. My only complaint is that I initially placed the order at another store in which they said they has my item in stock then I had to switch stores because they could not find any of them in stock.

Target is amazing. The prices are fantastic and the selection is always wonderful. I could spend all day, everyday in target and never get bored.

This location is generally very clean and organized. You can find an associate when you need to and their check out is rather fast too. Online orders get processed very quickly and everyone is friendly.

Target is a great place to shop for absolutely anything you need. From toothbrush’s and shampoo, to soup and cloths! It is always a clean place to shop as well. They have great service and good items.

Target has very reasonable prices on their items and their drive up service cannot be beat! Once I pulled in, it took about 30 seconds for the employee to bring my items out! I did a price comparison between what I was buying on Amazon vs Target and Target beat most of their prices, plus I get my items same day without ever getting out of my car!!

I have been shopping at target for years now and I have never had one bad experience there the employees are very kind and helpful and target has everything food, clothes, furniture, pet supplies, toys, baby supplies, shoes, jewelry, kitchen supplies, electronics, makeup, and shower supplies. I mean come on they literally have everything I mean every once in a while theres something they dont have but that happens hardly ever. My sister and myself came up for few things tonight and we both got our normal Starbucks, I accidentally dropped my cup everywhere! I was mortified felt so bad. Not only did they clean it up quickly and were so nice about it. One of the mangers got me another drink! I was amazed it was so nice!

A great Target! The newer carts and cup holder options make spending the afternoon drinking Starbucks and roaming around Target a more pleasurable experience for all the ladies in my suburban town.

Seems nice at first, until you have to spend any time there and pay close attention to it. Incompetent people at this store will put it out of business. Very poorly trained staff, emphasis on speed instead of quality/accuracy, very snotty, narrow minded, full of themselves. A disastrous, impossible to reason with combination.Ive actually seen the better, more careful employees leave, probably drowned in the madness. Youre better off shopping at the Elyria store, even though it is smaller and not quite as pretty. It has the same quality problems, but they arent full of themselves, which means quite bit, that they will treat you with decency, in my experience.Sad, because I like the good products at decent prices Target offers, but they wont be around long if they keep heading the way theyre going. Long term, people will figure it out, and eventually the company will self destruct, as have other retailers that behaved this way.

Its target. Exactly what you expect. Been a couple dozen times at different times of day and week and they seem to do a decent job keeping stock. Had good luck the few times i have needed help.

Very helpful staff. The pharmacy was super quick in filling my meds and the pharmacist was very pleasant to talk to. Found some great deals in the electronics clearance section.

Manager Camron back in electronics is the man! There was an issue that was out of his or any other staff members control and he went above and beyond to make it right. Will be buying all of my electronics from this location from now on.

Update: after multiple phone calls back and forth with the store manager, and another trip to the store we were finally able to return the item. I would still not recommend purchasing anything from electronics if there is a chance of needing to return it.Hope that you never have to return anything from electronics here. I purchased a wireless network extender that ended up not being compatible with my network. The next day my wife drives me to the Elyria store to return said item, they refuse because the item didnt match. Okay no big deal, its an inconvenience but Ill take it back to the Target I purchased the item from. They give me the same BS, UPC doesnt match. I go to electronics and pull all of the same item from the shelf, some match my UPC some do not on the same item. They still refuse to let me return the item until they review the camera. TOMORROW. So much for the customer always being right.

I love visiting Target as a handicap individual. There are always handicap carts charged and available for me to use or at least someone available close to help. This is not true at most other astabulants.

A solid Target location. It can get pretty crowded during the busier times - more so than other Targets - because of the central location and lack of other Targets in the immediate area. Plenty of parking and easy access from the back, Middleton Dr entrance. Try to avoid the front entrance if you can - it gets crazy during the busier times of day.

Buyer beware! Target in Avon is the worst store with no customer service. We bought a Fathers Day gift (electronic in sealed box) for my husband on Saturday afternoon. And to our surprise, Sunday morning, upon opening the box we found NOTHING! The box was empty! Went back to Target right away, this was yesterday (Fathers Day) and got no help from the manager (why do you have managers if they cant resolve anything). Told us to stop by today so their inventory person could take a look at the issue. We went this morning to resolve the problem and got no help whatsoever. The managers were rude, condescending and short of accusing us of stealing. They did nothing to provide resolution to their mistake. Our kids were upset that their dad could not enjoy the gift they gave him. At this point, we got nothing from Target, not even an apology for our stress and inconvenience. Where does the vendor responsibility stands? Where is their QC to ensure they are not selling empty boxes to customers? I called corporate and got nothing! They wanted me to contact the item fabricator, that they had nothing to do with the empty box. So, in the end, the customer is nothing to them, they steal money from customers and leave them dry to try to recover the item purchased originally. One thing I do know, they lost a good customer! From now on, I will do ALL my business with Amazon.

Bathroom here was absolutely disgusting. We walked in and a staff member was walking out, so they saw how poorly maintained it was. Just for kicks, we told customer service. After spending half an hour in the store, it was still not being cleaned.Terrible.

To whom it may concern,I recently went to your Target location in Sheffield Village, OH. I initially went in looking for a phone case, but after walking around, as always, I decided I could and should get some things to re-decorate my apt. I might add that the purpose to this letter occurred the day after my birthday so my pockets were hot and burning! Upon entering your Target store, for which I also have a credit card, I walked to your electronics area and spent about 15 minutes looking around at phone cases and searching for an associate to assist me. As I was getting ready to walk away, an elderly couple came up and an associate ran, literally ran, out from the back to assist the elderly couple. The elderly man stated, I believe she was here first, referring to myself. However, it was very clear the associate did not come and was not there to help me, but to help them, and because they were older, I insisted that they be served first.Now I would not have written a letter because this one experience as I am acquainted with this type of curious behavior, but coupled with what happened after I dedicated about two hours to finding perfect and complimenting accessories for my bathroom, living room, and patio, that is what encouraged me to write this letter. Knowing that Target doesnt close until 9p or 10p and there is a withdrawal limit on your ATMs I asked the girl working at customer service if she would hold my cart until I returned from the bank ATM and also from visiting a couple other stores within Avon Commons. Upon returning back to Target about 2 hours later, around 7pm, I was told that my cart was gone and everything had been put back. After further conversation with the associate, not the associate who took my name and I asked to hold my cart, but another associate, it became clear that my cart had put back roughly 30 minutes after I left. The argument given to me was that, people ask to have things put on hold regularly and never return. The problem with that argument is that Im not other people, I did come back, and Target doesnt close until 10pm and like most stores, Id appreciate the option of coming back to purchase items I placed on hold.It took me a couple days to write this letter because, well, I really didnt feel like it. With more pressing matters in the world, a demanding schedule, and a deep dislike of stressful situations, this letter is one I was trying to avoid, but the deeper meaning behind the treatment I received is what motivated me to write this. Was it my appearance and what it represents to some people? I certainly hope not, but accept that at times it is, and am relieved in moments when it is not. Regardless of the motivation behind the actions of your associates, as a customer I should never have been made to feel that my service was insignificant and not respected. I hope a message of treating every customer as an individual and with respect is relayed to present and future employees.
