My wife rented a bounce house about 3 months ago and was furious. They had two men deliver a bounce house for my sons 3rd birthday and she asked the gentleman to back up trailer to the fence and the owners brother rolled the bounce house off the trailer onto the road and told her its OK hes got it referring to the other worker. The other man then loaded blowup alone onto dolly and brought it where we wanted it and made sure it was exactly how we wanted it set up. He unrolled and blew up and staked down our rental while the other man watched and only hooked up the extension cord. We waited for the older gentleman to leave and tipped younger fellow 50 dollars which was deserved. About a week later the gentleman came into the bar my wife works at and once they realized who each other were asked about our experience. He then apologized saying he was sorry he wasnt moving around as usual and explained he had two ruptured discs and a broken wrist which outraged her considering the other man who we learned was the owners brother watched him work and made it an even harder set up for him. He told her he made sure he got 25 dollars of the tip and she then told him that it was for him and he shouldnt have done that. We refuse to rent from them ever again.

I live a short distance from the pit stop for nine years and today was the first time I went to the pit I had a pulled pork and BLT and they both were great. And so was the service. Thx a lot and I will be back soon and often.
