The dr is great but everyone is not...make people stand outside like animals is ridiculous, trying to pick up glass shouldnt take 45 minutes. Will find a new eye dr because of staff. Today was the 3rd time in about 2 months i felt staff was taking to long. I didnt base anything off one time. I was told after waiting 15 minutes it would be another 20 or 30 minutes, which would have put them past closing. If I was rude I do apologize but felt for the 3rd time I was being ignored.

Had to wait over 3 months on my first pair of glasses then when I got them they still werent correct, had to wait so long I didnt say anything so I wouldnt have to wait again. A year later time for new glasses, waited 2 weeks then called and was told they would call me when they arrived. 1 week later I get the call. Drive 2 hours only to find they arent there. Nows its been another week so I call and ask for my Moey back. Im being told the Office Manager is not in to talk to me after being placed on hold for 5 minutes. The office is small. Really. I paid over 400 for these glasses and wont ever go back again.

My son just had a followup visit with Dr. Terry Johnson after being fitted with contacts a few days ago. I cant say enough good about Dr. Johnson. He is unbelievably thorough and Ive never sensed that we were just someone keeping him from his next appointment. He patiently answers any question asked of him and he clearly knows his craft. Furthermore, it appears that he really loves his craft. Full disclosure here - we have been casual friends with Dr. Johnson (Terry to us) for 20 plus years. That goes back to before he was even an optometrist. You could argue that we get preferential treatment but, from my observations in the office, I dont think so. My mother and mother-in-law also use him as their optometrist and they also speak very highly of the care that they get from him.I very rarely post reviews but felt that the care that Terry provided to my son today more than justified taking the time to post this. There was never a hint of suggestion from Terry to post this review. It is entirely unsolicited.

Great help and exceptional care. The front desk staff is amazing. Optical staff is superb. Even the office administrator is a delightful individual. Will continue to use this office for all optical needs.

Been to several different eyecare specialists over the past several years and this is absolutely the best in multiple ways. Individual attention and concern about your eye health and individual attention about fitting your glasses without pressure to buy what you dont need or want.

Friendly staff - they gave me a same day appointment as Id had an ocular migraine event and wanted them to check my eyes. Doctor Terry Johnson, my normal Doctor was out for the week and I saw a new Doctor, Alexander Pastor, young Doctor, very charming and he appeared to very very knowledgeable. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

Always a pleasure to have my eyes checked. Dr. Johnson does a thorough exam and always provides feedback. Ian does an amazing job with ordering glasses. He explains your insurance benefits clearly and helps me make the right decision for my prescription.

My wife and I have lived in several places around the country and have therefore been treated by several eye doctors and opticians. Dr. Johnson and his entire staff go above and beyond what most patients expect. We still travel from our home on the West Coast of Florida to Avon Park, FL, a 2 hour drive, rather than change practices. Awaiting glasses that were ordered/payed two months ago. Poor service as the company is blaming my insurance for the delay. No expectation date was given. Charges double on contact lens orders with the same lengthy delay.
