They have treated my family like it was their family. We have gone to them for 4 years now over the past years. All the cars are dependable and nothing was hidden from us like fees. Took care of me without trying to sell me what I didnt want. Told them what I wanted and they did the rest making sure it was in my budget and something good for me. I couldnt have asked for a nicer experience. I called from out of state, inquiring about a vehicle for sale. Each person that helped me was sincerely generous, informative, and unpressured. They declined to require a deposit if I wanted them to hold it for me, for me to come down to see it, and offered more time than I would need. When I didnt call back, they checked with me anyway, before letting it be available to anyone else. Even after I decided not to make the trip, they were so sincere and courteous. They have a wide selection of available vehicles as well. They also helped me know what I would need to do later, bringing the vehicle back to NC.

The worst place to buy a car. They sold me a 2007 Dodge Ram for $24,254.64 plus the down payment $2,000 and a our car for $500, total for $26,754.64. My husband and i went to get a car cuz the a/c doesnt work and its to hot for our kids. The manager Drew Rushing lied to us on the sale of the truck and pressure us to confirm the agreement if we dont do it, hes going to tow the truck, everything he did was a FRAUD😠. It was all we had and because of him we were left with nothing, no car and no money😢 He dont care anything, just sales cars and take all do you have.

These people are the worst you can every deal with. We spoke about a car then they took my down payment for the car we spoke about then they said they no longer have the car and my down payment is non-refundable. Then I was force in a contract with a 2012 Chevy and it been in the mechanic shop after a month I got it. They are fraud!!I cannot reply but I’m going to reply here. I’m about to serve this country in the navy and this is the first step I am going to take to serve so that others do not make the same mistake and go to this place. After my bank returned back my down payment I went by th dealership and told them that i want to return the car because 3 weeks and the car is broken, not only that, the 2012 Malibu has 114,000 mileage, they told me the cost was $9000 then they said no it’s $10879, they wanted to give me a interest rate of 29.99% which I heard that was not even legal. But just because I’m so young with no experience they took disadvantage of me. But god is awake, and Amma still go to serve this country in the navy which doesn’t matter to you as you said.

Alphonsia assisted my brother on picking out his car. She was very knowledgeable, very sweet, and verryyy patient!! They close at 6 but we didn’t leave till almost 8, because they wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Alphonsia and Jennifer reviewed everything for us. They made the whole experience very pleasant for us. So whenever I am ready to buy a new used car, Macklin is they place for me 😂! I advise everyone to ask for Alphonsia!
