Always take the time to ask if you have any questions and are always nice and polite.

I absolutely hate coming to this pharmacy. i’m switching to the avon one.every time i’ve come in to pick up my prescriptions, marielis is the one who rings me out and i can’t stand it. i try to come in at different times to avoid her.no urgency. the wait for her is always long. she seems so uniformed and stupid. always leaving me feeling unhappy and disappointed from just being there.other staff is just fine, but she, makes me rate you guys one star. hire kinder people.

Darlene Baron and Alex Clapsaddle go above and beyond to get customers the scripts needed to thrive. Without each of them my terminal cancer diagnosis would be much harder to navigate. Thank you for your extra effort you put forth daily!

Hit or miss. My mo-in-law get her scripts filled here. Its very good for her because she lives in the plaza. She is familiar with the staff and knows them by name. (They ARE rotating some new staff through right now, though.) I only pick up when the scripts are ready and drop off.Sometimes the staff in the pharmacy is short with me and look at me with this glower of what are you doing here, and what do you want? Sometimes they look lost, bewildered, terrified/rushed and look at me with those eyes like theyve been holding their wizz for far too long and are about to cry. Other times/days/staff in the pharm area are very pleasant and relaxed.The rest of the staff is very friendly and open and seem willing and make the effort to be conversational and friendly in a local neighbor way. One of their staff was a little too friendly for me and constantly asked how my mother was doing and asked questions I felt uncomfortable to answer and that I felt were inappropriate for her to ask. I know she was only being friendly, but even after I told her that Id rather not talk about her, she still kept asking. Shes finally backed off. I feel bad about it. She was always trying to be friendly. I hope shes still friendly with the other regulars.

The pharmacy is great. The pharmacy made phone calls to my insurance company to get the prior authoruauthorization to fill my Rx.

Terrible pharmacist named Darlene and her staff is the worst!
