Last time we were there we took advantage of the BOGO promotion they had on the app and we had the banana split sundae with chocolate, strawberry and dulce de leche ice cream with caramel syrup instead of chocolate and it was deliciousWe decided to try their milkshakes for the first time and got the vanilla and chocolate ice cream one with whipped cream. Also very good and not too sweet

The ice-cream is OK to me. Its surprisingly not too sweet, and it kind of has a bitter taste. I wouldnt call it the best ice-cream ever, but it is pretty good on a hot day, and especially so in Florida. Id recommend getting a scoop of vanilla or chocolate ice-cream!

That coffee collection, the mocha one is absolutely to die for. Very friendly staff and good service.

There is something that just hits different when you have ice cream from a Häagen-Dazs location then when at home. Its the only brand ice cream I will eat.

Haagen-Dazs Midnight Cookies and Cream... All what I can say, it’s more than delicious! On top, very friendly staff, clean place, and quick service. I must stop by every time I visit Aventura mall.

It was interesting. They sell Ice Cream by the ounce and I know that it is good but I wouldnt spend over $6 for a 6-ounce cup of Ice Cream.

First thing, the person that prepare, 2 girls, dont wear gloves, besides they have enormous nails....Besides, they include strawberries, but were not fresh, were rotten. Are very expensive, and, at lease, include fresh strawberries. I paid complete, but my ice cream, were not fresh, no good ...no more

The employee was rude when I asked for a sample, I usually don’t buy here because of how expensive it is. Since I’m pregnant I was craving butter pecan & almonds so I wanted a scoop of each flavor. The employee ended up giving me the wrong flavors and she game me an attitude when I told her that I worked for the mall. Like giving me the mall discount caused her pocket! I’m very disappointed with the experience!!! I will NEVER pay another dollar for your ice cream!

Dear owner. Let me do some simple math for you, I go to this mall 5 times a week! 5x $7 for a frappe =$35x 3 weeks a month and 12 months a year equals $1,260. But a $11 frappe= me walking over to Starbucks down in the mall. Congratulations you just played your self.

My daughter has a gluten allergy and I asked the gentleman if he could please clean the utensil better and he didn’t just clean the utensil but he moved some of the top section of the sorbet just so there would be no cross contamination. I was very happy!

Staggering in off the beach, just the place to stop off for a 2scoop in a tub. Either strawberry & mango sorbet OR rasp sorbet & mint chip - just SOOO good. Left overs, should there be any, can go in the freezer for later ... 😘

We went yesterday to Haagen-Dazs in Sawgrass mall (the one near the malls entrance) and we had a horrible experience: we kept waiting for more than 10 minutes for any of the employees to wait on us but they didnt even look at us and kept waiting on other customers, very slow, though the place wasnt really busy. What really irritated us that they started to wait on customers who came after us! As if we were invisible! When I tried to tell them we were came first and were there waiting, she just said she will wait on us in few moments!! No apology or anything! Such rude people and a very poorly managed place. Though we used to be regular customers there, we were disappointed and decided not to go there again.

This brand is wonderful (my personal opinion on their ice cream). They have some dairy free and they are very good (I recommend the strawberry one). Many options, you can even buy to take home !!!

Always serve below the weight that is, weigh the nacelles, which I always ask is supposed to have a total weight of 6 ounces and more than once I have claimed because they serve 5.2. 5.3 oz. They must be more respectful with the client, they are paying for an expensive ice cream and they must serve the amount that it is.
