Best tennis place in south florida near aventura. Nice people and very good service. If something is missing theyll make free order for youand let you know when it comes and there is an option to send it to your place or to pick it up at store. I buy there a lot.

I had a great experience at this location. Customer service was amazing I was greeted upon entering and assisted in selecting a racquet. Large selection of apparel and really cute shoes. This is now my go to tennis store when Im in town.

Customer service is awful, I waited almost 20 min to pay for a grip, it was like it was invisible, The cashier was unable to attend to me, thanks to one of the guys who put the strings, I was not there for another 10 minutes ... I hope I have better luck next time.

They string your racket pretty quick usually same day if you bring it at least 2-3hrs before closure. Pricing is fair. Staff is nice/friendly. Good location, clean/neat spot. Good selection of products.

Went here to string my racket and didnt know what I was looking for, and thankfully I got all the recommendations necessary for my racket from this very knowledgeable gentleman named Victor that helped pick my strings and fix my grip. The staff is great you will not be disappointed.

Great local park for kids as well as adults...4 lighted tennis courts..practice wall for tennis and hand ball...safe playground for kids...basketball courts...softball/ baseball field....well patrolled by. Hollywood Police and security guard...I play tennis here M- F around 5pm with a great group of tennis players...good park to pick up a game...Check it out!

Great tennis store, many others that where in the area just felt like someone’s messy closet where this one is a big space with plenty of inventory and selection. Almost made me feel like as if I was in a Costco but for tennis as just about everything had some sort of reduced price whether it was 20% on the current collection or 40% off on some sale items. WillDefinitely be coming back!

The store has a good selection of tennis items. The staff is ok. They are not welcoming but not unwelcoming. Just ok. The weird part is the store has 20-30 security cameras throughout it. It is a very uncomfortable shopping experience. It seems like overkill. I dont think I will shop there again.

Great store ! Great prices ! Even though it was packed these two weeks they still gave excellent customer service ! Especially the young girl in the shoes, I believe Arlett she was great helping me picking out shoes ! But in general everyone was great and super helpful !

I went to Biscayne Tennis and they gave me two demo racquets. It rained the next two days solid. Called the manager and asked if I could keep another day and she refused. I returned the raquets and went down the street to Tennis Plaza and The whole team (Bonnie and Danny mostly) treated me with white gloves. Very knowledgeable on all gear. I purchased 2 racquets, shoes and a tennis bag. I just walked out after dropping a friends raquet off to get restrung. Not only am I a return customer, I’m bringing all my friends.

Very good selection of clothes, footwear, racquets and many other tennis stuff. Also, the service is nice in here.

Pretty awful service. In short, nobody wanted to help, and when asked for some assistance I was left standing there as the employs talked back, and forward on who should actually do their job. When somebody finally came up to help, they didnt even know what they were doing. If youre going to this store expect to shop independently since nobody there is willing to be of any use.

Great store, the whole family love this place. There is probably everything for tennis: beautiful and varied clothing and shoes for both children and adults, caps, rackets, strings, bags, backpacks, baskets for balls, and much more, prices are reasonable and there are always good products at a discount . There are also three installations for string constriction on the racket, the guys will quickly and professionally pull your racket and pack it into a beautiful bag 😉

Dear. I have always been satisfied with the kindness of the attention received, not being the case this time. Having asked if there was any occasional customer service or discount when paying for the purchase yesterday, I received the response from the manager; that they cannot always give things away; in a derogatory way; which surprised me and certainly annoyed me. Just saying with a smile that I was not authorized to pay any attention was more than enough and understandable. Good manners and friendliness contribute to customer satisfaction.

I have been a tennis plaza customer for 4 years, the quality of service was always excellent on each of my visits, I go about 4 times a month! The variety of things related to tennis is wide, the fast stringing service, a pity that the stringing prices went up! I would like them to open earlier because I find that 10am is a bit late to open and it would be ideal at least 9am! Its just a suggestion!

Vitors service made all the difference! He gave all the assistance in the acquisition of a racket and gave tips for stringing. The service was done on time, even though it was close to the store closing. In addition, the store has a variety of sneakers and clothes! There are even some pieces on SALE!
