I love this brand! Their dresses are absolutely beautiful. I wore this one for my birthday. I’m obsessed!!

I have very seldom shopped at a store with such a beautiful vibe! From the store decor and choice of music to the customer service, I am just amazed how awesome the service is!!! The brand is a beautiful and colorful mixture of happy designs and fabrics, but the real experience of buying Farm is at the Aventura Mall Store! I usually buy online, but I always opt to go in store as the display is very helpful and it’s nice sometimes to try some items on and the sales reps also help in choosing and offer great help, even with items from past collections which are no longer out, all you have to do is describe the style or show a picture from the website and they’ll go searching the stockroom for it (in my experience they always found the items I wanted to shop from older collections) and even letting us know when they are some items on sale! Now that is what I call excellent sales associates, they will go above and beyond just to make their customers happy and leave with a smile! It’s well worth stopping by and taking a peak in store, the ladies are amazing!

I just received a call from Juliana, letting me know that the dress that I wanted IT was available on the website. The best sales associate ever. She made my dream come true, outstanding customer service 👍🏼when I went to the store looking for the dress, it was sold out, so she got my information and told me that she will be looking and let me know when it was available and she did it 👍🏼AMAZING

This place is gorgeous, the pieces are beautiful and the shop is so well thought out, just window shopping in here lifts my soul

I LOVE the clothes but the customer service at this location is serverely lacking. We felt like the manager was attempting to rush us out even though both myself and my mom spent nearly $300 in the store. One of the other associates didn’t seem that excited about doing her job. There were two kind associates a red head, and a girl that I believe was new. We were really excited to come shop because it’s my mom’s favorite store so the poor customer service was off putting. We will continue to shop Farm Rio but will probably stay away from this location the next time we visit Miami.

One of my favorite stores, the only thing I don’t like is that they don’t have as many options as the online store, you will only find a few and of the new collection.

Beautiful new store. Bright, open, with wonderful assortment of clothing, accessories and art. All the staff was just friendly enough to make you welcomed and comfortable, manager went above & beyond. Nice to have a concept that feels different even though it’s a brand with a great heritage. Also, this store is even better than the NYC flagship.

Spent so much money with this brand and disappointed with customer service . Bought clothes and price went down within days. I was refused an adjustment. I live close to the store and was told by the sales people that I could return the clothes (whether online or in store order) in the store within the return period.. Then when I went to the store I was told I had to return the online purchases by ups. So I was given the wrong information . Frustrated and disappointed. Not very inspired to shop there againBye bye Farm Rio You lost a very good customer 👏
