Went in the other day just to check out plan prices for a new iPhone. Had the BEST customer service experience! I wasn’t really sure if their plans and prices and I thought of changing my service provider but was glad to hear that I didn’t need to! With metro I was able to qualify and was able to get the new iPhone. Briana spoke with me patiently and helped me figure out what worked best for me. I went in just to ask a question, but left with the best possible deal and a great new phone! I wasn’t pressured into buying and I was made to feel like an actual person rather than a dollar sign. The atmosphere of the entire store was fun and upbeat with wonderful and friendly employees. I definitely will be coming back! The best service I’ve received hands down at any phone company. Thank you Briana for being so kind and patient with all my questions and for making great small talk. 10/10!!!
Visited this store after work all I can say is, they were very helpful and really answered my questions. I came to buy a iPhone and the Apple Watch and both Azher and Briana provided excellent customer service, set my cellular plan and set all my devices in synced. Definitely coming back to this location if I need any help with TMobile.

I decided to switch my cell phone carrier over today and it went so super smooth. I loved the customer service displayed here (at the second booth). Henry, Sajony, James, and Felipe were all so helpful and kind! They were awesome. Henry was the person in charge of my transition, and made sure that I was taken care of! A couple months back I came to your Aventura location to get a new SIM card on one of the worst days of my life where everything was going wrong, including the fact that my phone had gotten stolen. A gentleman named Denny helped me out that day and his customer service skills were so awesome, he is literally the only reason I can say that day ended on a high note. Keep up the good work guys!

Horrible place Do NOT even try to go there everything they say its a lie! You will get charges on your bill you never even signed up for! When you come back to them to fix it they will play little dump saying you have to come back different day!!!
The most horrible T-mobile store I have been to, some of the employees are so disrespectful. They dont have any customer services skills. They cant answer questions, and if answered they dont even know what they are talking about. They dont listen to your concerns, you cant even finish your sentence. I was so frustrated leaving that store, that I even thought about leaving T-mobile. I dont know what kind of training they receive at that store, so horrible. This store need better management, because I feel like they do whatever they want to.
I drive an hour to Aventura Mall, with my 12 year old daughter, so we can have her phone issues resolved. I just passed the 2-year old IPhone 7plus down to her 3 months ago as a reward for straight A’s. The speaker stopped working last month for no apparent reason. She couldn’t make calls or receive calls. She couldn’t record her voice. So frustrating!Apple would replace the phone for $350 for the same. Argh.I went to the TMobile Kiosk where Ahzar took care of us. He patiently checked my account thoroughly and made sure I’d get the best possible solution spending the least out of pocket. He made us feel important and special as he explained what current promos were available to me, how I can take advantage, and what the smartest choice would be. He put on the screen protector with such care! It’s rare to see that level of pride in work & service!Ahzar is the friendliest fella I’ve ever dealt with in my years as a cell phone owner. Even though I live 25 miles from his location, I’d drive back just to have him help me and my family again and again.Thank you Ahzar. 🙏🏻 You are an absolute gem 💎 T-mobile is very very lucky to have you!
As a loyal T-mobile customer of almost 11 years, I have dealt with many T-mobile representatives either at the stores or on the phone, some of them great and some of them not so great. My recent experience at this T-mobile store was so out of the norm from what I usually experience that I was compelled to let the corporate office know about this store T-Mobile #7596.I came to replace my old phone with a new one. The place was busy. After the while, I was approached by representative no name just number 1219615 anywhere in papers. For some reason 1219615 was not paying too much attention. He did not explain me return policy, just asked to sign on the bottom. During setup he asked me password for my E-mail, which I did not remember, but my husband pointed that he can change it later at home. I completely rely on representative to transfer my contacts to a new phone. For some reason he did not do it. He did not let me know that. When came home, my husband recover my password and mail start working. But I did not have any contacts setup. I got frustrated and went back to the store. The salesperson did not show any emotions and basically explain that my husband promised to setup the phone. Not much help came from the manger - Lindee Perez, which seems to me did not care at all. When I pointed that I need to use the new phone ASAP. She asked me what I want to do. This attitude frustrated me and I demanded to enable my old phone. This is when I learned that I have to pay restocking fee. Well, with this employee’s attitude your company will only suffer. I went through emotional stress and loss of time and gas. After all I have to go to another, not a corporate authorized dealer, store where a nice intelligent representative WHO CARES spend time with me, fixed the damage done by store #7596 and patiently explain to me how to use the new phone. It took 40 min of well spent time. I hope you will pay attention if you care.

This kiosk has 2 of the best technical experts i’ve ever met in any TMobile store or kiosk. Diego and Yane are very friendly in a high pressure environment at busy Aventura Mall. They are great with all the arcane details of the backoffice needed to setup any new device. In my case, a difficult Apple Watch activation. They work at fast speed to get the job done.They are both the best techs i’ve ever met in the TMobile family!!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Tmobile is AWESOME but this store sucks yes Philip was my rep and thought he had better things to do on Friday night then help me, even though I came at 8:30 pm and there was a huge line and I was 6th and ended up meeting him at 9:20. I drove there and back for nothing and waited 40 minutes to be told that I should go home because I wouldnt want to make him stay later when the store closed at 9 pm because he has better things to do on Friday night. Philip was the worst customer service rep ever. I have never been more insulted at an establishment. Obviously theres always a bad employee somewhere but calling tmobile customer service after I left took care of my issue and more than made up for it. Overall still love tmobile I will never go to that store again because of Philip but so be it. Do yourself a favor and call to see if they can do what you want instead of going there or go to the one in aventura mall.
0, NIGHTMARE !!!!! This first time I went, it seemed to be a helpful experience. I needed to file a claim for a broken phone. The manager, Alvaro, handled my claim. He tells me it will be 24 hours and Ill have my new phone. Come to find out, he hadnt even submitted the claim. He told me I would get an email with a tracking number, that NEVER happened. I come back two days later (wanted to give it an extra day before I came back in inquiring about the delivery) and a sales girl tells me that Alvaro did not submit the claim and then she submitted it. She tells me it will be to my house within 24hours and worst case scenario, within 48 hours. Today (four days later) the phone still has not come. I went in again today. Another day, another promise. I am inexplicably irate at how this has unfolded. Telling customers the expedited delivery they paid extra for will take only 24 hours while in reality itll take ten days is a scam or theyre just terribly untrained. EIGHT DAYS LATER AND STILL NO PHONE !!!!!

Store hours are incorrect drove there last night got there at 8:45 and they were walking out the door.And is clearly marked that they close at8 p.m.
MOST INCOMPETENT AND NONCHALANT SALESREPS! AND THERE ARE OTHER COMPANIES WHO OFFER MUCH CHEAPER PLANS.. CHECK OUT FOR EXAMPLE: CONSUMER CELLURAR, STRAIGHT TALK AND PURE TALK USA. In the spring I bought a prepaid plan for unlimited texting and messaging, without data in another T-Mobile store. During the summer I was abroad. In November I went to T-Mobile in Aventura Mall and asked for the same plan unlimited text and talk for 1 month. The sales rep 3814715 said that it will cost me 60USD!!! What??? I only paid about 30-35USD + SIM last time. Then she lied to me straight up my face T-mobile do not sell those plans anymore, but if you have an old plan I can see what I can do.. Ok, I charge you 30USD + tax and you can use your phone. I was happy and left. I thought she had managed to put in unlimited text and talk. What she didnt inform me was that she just put a 30USD credit in my phone! This credit only worked for 2 weeks, although I didnt use the phone much. She didnt explain anything about the credit. I went back to the store Friday eve after my phone stopped working, but the salesrepresentatives who worked said I have to come back when the manager is there, because he is the only one who can correct the mistake. He was not working in the weekend, so I had no phone to use. I also went to the another T-Mobile store in Aventura and asked them if they can help me. They said that they can definitely sell me the plan for 35USD, but they cannot correct the mistake the shop did. They also said that the kiosk in the mall should have sold the plan to me, but she didnt know why they didnt want to do it. They also recommended me to go back to the mall. When I finally met the manager, he was the rudest person Id met for a long time. He continued lying that they cannot sell plans with unlimited talk and text for 35USD, which the other store said they can and I had also seen T-Mobile sell on their homepage. I asked him why the girl didnt tell me to go to the other store in Aventura, if this kiosk in the mall doesnt want to sell this plan. He said to me that they hadnt done any mistake, that everything is my own fault. I was the one who was lying!!! WOW! Why would I pay 30USD for a limited plan, when I could have got one unlimited for 35USD!!! What an attitude to tell costumers that they are lying! But thanx to him I started to Google about plans and found out that there are other cheaper companies to buy monthly plans from. And what he didnt know was that I need in the spring to buy a new Iphone 6, but I will definitely not buy it from T-Mobile with their policy that they dont care about their costumers and even tell them that they lie.. My recent experience at ths Tmobile store was so out of the norm from what I usually experience that I was compelled to let the corporate office know about a particular representative at this store.Upon entering the Aventura Tmobile store which happened to be extremely busy, I was greeted by one of the agents almost immediately. My name was put on a sign in sheet which is either a new procedure that all stores are doing now or maybe its something only this store utilizes. Either way, the sign in sheet kept all their customers in order of arrival and avoided the who was next? drama which was particularly nice. Once it was my turn, I was warmly greeted by Bryan. He was very attentive and listened to what my familys needs were since I was looking to upgrade all the phones on my family plan. He explained to me how the new Tmobile plans work, payment installments, billing and data usage. He also let me know that if we had an issues or questions, we could easily contact him through a number for the Aventura store that was added to my contacts. Bryan is very professional, courteous, familiar with all of the companys products and options, and extremely helpful. Not only did he transfer our SD cards, photos and contacts into our new Galaxy Note 2s that we purchased, he even put the protective cases on them for all three of us without asking. He went above and beyond and solidified my fading confidence in Tmobile customer service.As manager in the hospitality industry, I have found that I tend to have high expectations of what good customer service should be and am usually disappointed. It was quite refreshing to see someone as young as Bryan outshine the customer service veterans of the cellular industry. Ive been to other Tmobile stores and left irritated from the service I received; however considering the exceptional service I received at this particular Tmobile store, I would definitely come back to this one.

The worst store! They made me buy 2 Note 10 + phones supposedly with a promotion and it turns out that after 5 months they are telling us that we did not qualify for the promotion when they even made us buy more line because it was a requirement for it. In other words, THEY FOOLED US! All just by selling us phones.
