I had a wonderful experience at the dealership. It was fast and simple. With most of rhe work being done online, you spend very little time there. Which is perfect for me because I hate being at dealership for anything longer than an hour. Anyway, they were professional and informative. I highly recommend them.

My daughters (10 & 13) are absolutely obsessed with Tesla. We just wanted to look around and take some pictures in the cars. Well, the salesman was so amazing...he showed the girls all the cool features and explained in detail all about the cars. He gave us 100%. It never seemed to bother him knowing that I wasnt going to turn into a sale. I cant speak highly enough about our experience and what it meant to my girls. Thank you! Who knows...maybe a Tesla is in my future! I sure will recommend it to everyone!!

Wonderful, well informed, staff who seemed genuinely interested in the product they were selling. I was unable to sit in one of the cars due to Covid 19 but it was immediately suggested that I make an appointment for a test drive. Unfortunately the Tesla is beyond my affordability range but it certainly is an extremely cool looking car. 5 stars to Mr. Musk and his team in Aventura.

Had a great experience at this dealership. It hardly even feels like a dealership. The salespeople dont pressure you to buy and are absolutely genuine and courteous towards you. I had scheduled an appointment to test drive a model 3, but they had sold it earlier that day. However, they were able to rush deliver one to the dealership in time for my test drive!

The man said if your credit is not 720 dont bother. No Elon your tripping

Great until they text you out of the blue and give you 3 days to pick up the car you already paid for, and waited 3 weeks for, or they will sell it to someone else. very very poor customer service for an $88,000.00 car.

First time purchasing an electrical car and it was totally worth it. From the moment i got there bolivier the tesla rep was super professional, nice and completely sold me. So glad to see people who love the company they work for! Also i got my model Y in all white. Thank you tesla & Bolivier.

This by far has been the best place I have visited in a very long time. Super happy with the staff, the service and their marketing campaign. I think if everyone could afford it, everyone should own a Tesla. If you get the opportunity to take a test drive, you should do it! Awesome cars, awesome people!

This is the best Tesla dealership I’ve been. every time I went there they were super nice and very helpful, always friendly.the one in Dania beach is the worse and they are really lazy working there, they don’t want to even have to talk to you

Visited this Tesla in Aventura and was shown a few Teslas by a salesman. This salesman seemed friendly and knowledgeable and showed us some neat features of the vehicle. Afterward he wanted to connect with me and spoke of a married couple who were on track to be independently wealthy by 30 and how he was blessed to be mentored by them. We exchanged numbers and he gave me a call later in the week to set up a meeting at a Starbucks in Hollywood to develop a relationship.At this meeting he spoke of the couple again. Talked about having control of both time and money. How he wanted to get to know me over 4-6 weeks. How he wanted to vet me and see how my thinking was. He had me purchase a book called Leadership 101 by John C. Maxwell that would be the basis of subsequent discussions. He wanted me to prioritize him and his needs over my family and had these odd beliefs about not taking advice from people who dont have results in their life. He talked about a business opportunity at the end of the 4 weeks but gave no further details. I kept pressing him for information but he kept saying we needed to develop trust. This smelled like a scam.I thought he was a great guy at first and trustworthy but now I think hes part of a pyramid scheme and Im warning you to be careful of people who want to develop relationships and try to push business opportunities on you without giving you crucial details or make you purchase products to invest in yourself. I wasted my time and money and I dont want you to do the same.

Cool place to test out the latest electric cars

I was there couple month ago. The guy was showing me Tesla 3 after they got it. But then when we were checking the interior, he was telling me which features I dont need and which ones I need and need to pay if I decide to order. Really weird experience. Nice car

Modern look and feel, open and spacious, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Its a chance to see and be part of the future in the auto industry. How car buying should be. Fun, educational, and all around good time. All models are available to see and interact with. They also have the powerwall and solar panels.

Stopped in to look for some basics great friendly staff were very helpful.

Only 2 cars present. Both are closed. Sales representative was talking on his personal cell and was ignoring us. When we asked for help, he just shown “wait” by his finger. Horrible!

The new and updated Tesla store in this great mall is always a place I like to go visit. Featuring stylish and luxury cars this showroom delivers a great ambience. The store has lots of walking room while featuring all the different types of Telsa cars. Even has the model 3 on show! The showroom employees are here to deliver to whatever your needs may be. I might not be able to afford any of these cars yet but whenever I can, I will make sure to come visit this amazing showroom. And to anyone looking to buy a Tesla this is definitely the showroom to go to.

The showroom seems to be an expensive playground for little kids at the mall. The three vehicles are overrun with them. You’re better off going to a standalone showroom.

I always stop in at the Tesla store whenever Im at Aventura Mall. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Its so nice to have a Tesla store located only 1 mile from home! And 35 superchargers too! Aventura Mall is one of the finest upscale shopping malls in the country. This is Teslas flagship store for the entire Southeast United States.

Great customer service by Matthew. Easy to talk to. Explained all the basics and answered all of our questions.

Best indoor playground for kids. But if you want any informations about cars, forget about it.I went there and several kids were playing and jumping in the model X. Staff didn’t take any attention on my request and just said : “I am sorry but kids are playing in the car”For the staff: go to Porsche and learn about how to welcome and talk to clients.

So Ive been to this store a million times, never had an issue. But now all of a sudden I was treated like trash. Want to guess why that is? Well, I told the sales rep that I had purchased a used Model 3. As soon as I told him that he literally made an expression in front of my wife and I. I immediately asked him if there was an issue with that, he didnt say anything and didnt answer any of my questions. This man completely blew me off when I told him that I purchased a used Model 3 that had 5k miles. This right here is not right.I do not recommend this store to anyone. Avoid it, purchase online.

No Model 3 here. Just two Model S (P100D) and two Model X (P100D). Staff is friendly and seemed to be knowledgeable although was not able to provide some answers (i.e. battery replacement costs). I was offered a test drive of eithet of the models but declined it.

Went in for a scheduled test drive of the Model X! Super excited but before that they make you sign a short digital waiver on an ipad. I had a few questions and the lady was kurt with me and rude (some young chunky associate of theirs). I asked all my questions because all my question were not answered on the waiver. If you make people sign a waiver they are entitled to get answers to there questions but whatever. As I signed it she snatched it out of my hand and walked away (not joking 1 bit) She hates her life I get it, sorry. But then I had John as my copilot. He was awesome at answering everything from the amount of batteries, to the upgrades and we even had an interesting conversation about kinetic energy! He was such a good sport seeing as how I did the test drive with 4 of my friends in the back seats! Thing rides like a jet. We were blasting reggae John showed me how to ask the car to play for me hands free! After treating that amazing hunk of technology like my own I did a consultation with John and made a Tesla account and got a rough estimate for the exact Model X Ill be purchasing. Little tip from John, (for those of you that dont already know this) get your model in black since they dont charge to paint it in that color, that way you can get your Tesla the custom paint it deserves! Winning!

One of the employees said in a sarcastic way that usually the 2nd time someone comes they test drive like to say that I wasnt welcome there.. Very fake and two faced people that like to over boast the company and cars to sell them..
