Poor service. Comcast give poor service at a high cost. Significantly higher cost, increasing their prices at will. Breaking their contract with you for more money. BUT YOU CAN NOT THEIR CONTRACT WITH THEM or you guessed it CAUSING YOU MORE MONEY. Comcast wants to keep you hooked like a fish while janking your mouth for more money AND.... POOR QUALITY SERVICE.

The staff was very helpful. I made an appointment, it took about 2 hours for them to call me though. Despite the wait, it was an easy process to pick up the equipments. I would recommend ordering all services/equipments online or on the phone and picking up in the store after that.

I never made it through the door. I arrived a little after 10:30 (they open at 10) and was told, at the door, it would a 30-40 minute wait because I didnt have an appointment. I was just dropping off my equipment . Why would I need an appointment for that? They told me I could go to the UPS store so I did just that. The 3 stars is for XFinity in general as I never had any problems with their service and will use them again in the future.

The most awful experience in my life. They only let you get a live person for sales. They don’t disclose all the fees to you, they said $120 for the package then it was changed to $125.40 but then I got a bill for $190 and 4 hrs later I spoke to Philippines and Mexico call center and was told @yes, we also charge $100 for one time fee”Their entire site does not have a customer service phone number listed. Nor can you find email for customer service. You can chat with a robot. That’s all.

I really hate Comcast 😒 the customer service was horrible so most of my family switched over to AT&T. Now that the service has been out for 3 days Im really ready to pay extra and move over to AT&T. And that automated system they have going on just adds frustration to the situation. If youre on the fence about Comcast, Ill help you out just pay the extra money for AT&T its worth not having the headache and they have great customer service and theyre service is still up and running.

Shady practices, they will say whatever just to extract few extra dollars out of you. Make sure you cancel your contract before the last month, because they will start changing you some exorbitant price from that point on. Also, my download/upload speeds arent even close to whats promised in the package. Scummy

I have to tell you walking in this location I was completely surprised I have been so used to Comcast being in a little dingy area with folding chairs kind of like the tag agency this was totally unexpected. In an all fairness its probably been 5 years since I dealt with Xfinity their customer service has always left it very bad taste in my and I have shied away from them but I have to say after going into this location and working with the manager Denise Jones who was a very nice surprise (she did mention that they have really worked hard to to correct the bad reputation they have had). the staff was warm and friendly when my dad and I walked in. Realizing we needed to come back when we did the place was busy yet we did not wait but minutes. the manager Denise who was helping us was interrupted a couple of times by a male staffer initially I did not have a problem however he never once said excuse me I thought that was quite rude on his part Denise could not have been more gracious she excused herself apologized and went to help take care of something that only she could handle at that moment. when she finished with him she tried to apologize for his lack of manners which I said to her it wasnt necessary but she was very sweet and professional she tried to explain it as oh their young and in training etc. I got the feeling this was way more than that. I got the feeling their parents fell short on teaching manners Sorry Im in a customer service profession. my dad never said one word but I knew what he was thinking. I definitely will go back there because in a few weeks my contract is ending with AT&T and the price is jumping too much so Im switching back to Xfinity and it has to really due to the manager Denise and the young lady that I spoke to on the phone earlier in that day.

Our tv box broke...no big deal it happens.We restarted, rebooted and tried whatever we could to to avail.My wife calls xfinity and spends two hours running through their diagnostics.The rep finally says the box needs to be switched out.My wife makes an appontment for me to get a new box and we will return the old one the next day.The rep is told I am not on the account and she says no problem.I get to the store and am told I am not on the account, they will be of no service to me.I show a rep my id, a manager comes over and says no way.I have to come back.They can review the notes that were made but did not care.Now I have to waste more time on a return trip.Had the rep told my wife to add me to the account, this could have been done and everybody would be happy.I doesnt seem I should be the one inconvenienced because their reps incompetence.Bad people, Bad company...stay away

Totally a pleasant experience visiting the Xfinity store. Very clean, organized, and everyone was attentive and friendly beyond my expectations..The representative that attended me, Ms Karla, was patient in listening to my concern, understanding, knowledgable and has excellent communication skills. She has the ability to do what is right not only for the customer but for the very company that she works for.. This balance of customer service skills is rare to find nowadays..My sincere compliments to those that provided the training not only to the representative mentioned above but to each and every associate that I interacted with at this location.Good job everyone, you should be proud!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Closing at 5 during the week... used to be 7. Closed Easter Sunday.....at least they posted a notice. Saturday closed but no notice on door.These guys are NOT customer oriented. Obviously making too much money.

Im not sure what the point of this store is. I guess if youre not comfortable getting phone or online customer service it would be nice to visit. I was a bit confused about where to go; the welcome desk was not clearly marked, and it was off to the side, and it looks a lot like the other desks.

You need to check the door greeters attitude when it comes to helping the disabled and teach them that being a bully is not part of the Xfinity customer service. I went to switch out my box, and the door greeter tried to force me to go against my doctors orders. The mask I wear covers 82 percent of my face but this greeter felt that wasnt enough for her eyes, my doctors have given me the green light to wear this plastic shield since I suffer from anxiety. Im also disabled and have trouble walking and standing, this greeter told me Id have to wait outside. I tried to tell her my condition but she couldnt think passed her own self important authority. I hope I never have to go in that store again. Joy Woods

They dont give you all the info you need to know right away. They tell you to place an order and pick up, then when you come pick up they ask you if you have an appointment... I would have made an appointment when ordering it if I knew I needed to have an appointment.(update: still waiting outside for an hour, after them telling me it will only be 10 to 20 min wait)

The worst ever customer service. After they sent me back and forth to return a phone, I request to see a manager they ask I come in the next day. When I come the next, and stand in line for 45 to get in. it takes 1 hour in the store for the manager to get off a phone call to talk to me. No customer service at all!! I recommend you go to AT&T or Other networks before coming here!!

The worst experience with xfinity ever! The first day I came they didn’t have the equipment I needed so I made an appointment for the next day... the next day I came the system was down so they couldn’t help! AND THE NEXT DAY (3 days in a row) I waited 70min for a representative available... The employees just don’t care about customers. Everyone has a life and other things to get done, no one has 70min to waste! As you can see in the picture the store is not even busy!

Horrible customer service!!! I returned equipment at this location before covid and was given boxes for my new location and denied services(due to residing in a en-law suite) but charge through the entire pandemic. After going back and forth with several Representatives,Management,test ran shows equipment was never used, several promises of credits being issued, everyone blaming the previous CSR, this charge is now on my credit report. Return to the location once they opened after being closed months due to covid, a great representative saw the issue and put in a ticket for a credit told me to follow up with that ticket number and five to seven business days of course when I did it was like talking for the very first time. Looks like I have to make another trip to this location and wait an hour to speak with someone what horrible service to have a customer to fight for a service that they did not use.

I did an appointment online at 8:30am I got there using Google map... When I got into the store I didnt have to wait... The gave me a new modem and the installation kit. I was very happy the guy that assisted me was very nice, professional and for sure he knows his roll in his position very well. Thank you so much for your help.

I’m new to the area.. so far I have experienced some of the worst of the worst this includes the service itself along Internet with customer service and of course we have to include technicians. Xfinity is one of the worst service providers in our area that’s my opinion.1. Customer service: is some of the worst that I have ever seen in the industry.2. Techs: not clean! In my experience their technicians have no clue in what they’re doing. My last encounter I had to stop a technician from running and drilling all new lines in my apartment.3. I think I have some experience by now: whenever you need to reset your modem three different times in the same day that creates a problem.4. When you are switching from channel to channel and it takes one to two seconds for the channel to turn that is a problem.5. i’m looking to switch providers!6. Make sure you do your research before signing the contract!

Store is very interactive far as equiqment and tech but not the employees. One young lady walked away from assisting me and was on her phone texting or whatever at the door. Its kind of discouraging to have new services (mobile service) and thousands of customers curious about it and lazy employees.

I have internet hip hip hooray!! Got the correct modem to avoid monthly rental fees. huge store near Aventura mall, beside CVS, apple store nearby. There are many employees at the ready to assist but you are assigned one in particular. Of course, because of covid-19 you must wear a mask indoors and physical distance between you and other customers. But the line moved fast and if you dont want to stand in line you can wait from your car.

First time here and I was pleasantly surprised. I needed to exchange my old modem and change my service. They accomplished both with no hassle. There was a little wait (15 min) before I saw a representative, but they have ample seating, movies playing and fast wifi. Once I saw a representative he was fast, friendly and helpful. Good experience.

I was told by a female employee here named Lisbeth that they dont do billing services here other than taking payments of course. I wanted to know or at least get an estimate of what my final billing notice would be should I cancel my current plan. She wasnt helpful in any way, she gave me the Comcast business card & told me to call customer service & have them transfer me to the billing department so I could speak to someone there about it. Maybe its a misunderstanding but I thought I could do that here in person. Apparently not, I still got horrible customer service so no excuse for that.

Always great customer service. The wait time was about 15 mins to see a representative but once you get with someone it makes up for the wait time. I had signal issues the rep got me a new sim card and I was on my way in less then ten minutes. I really liked the location, store is new and I waited very little to be taken care of. The greeter at the entrance is very helpful and assigns someone to you as you explain the reason why you are there. No complaints about anything on this particular visit. My issue was resolved and I left happy.

The cable and internet services are ok but the phone service is the worst. Calls dropped all the time and even if you are paying for unlimited internet data is very very slow and sometimes inoperative. I went three times to a local Apple Genius Bar to check my new iPhone and they said that the phone is in perfect condition and that a lot of people with Xfinity were coming to the Apple Stores with the same problem. I went to Verizon and they said it is true that Xfinity is using SOME of their towers but not all of them, just around 30-35% of them so Xfinity lied to me saying they are using all of Verizon towers... at this point I just want to switch to another provider and they don’t want to help me at all with this problem. They just want your money and after you pay they are not nice anymore. The customer service is so bad and they are very disrespectful in person, even on the phone when the representative (Customer service) spoke to me he was very belittling and then he harassed me after I hung up. He kept calling me back at least 6 more times even when I was told him that this time the call didn’t drop, that I was just hanging up because he wasn’t doing his job and I had to tell him this is harassment so he would stop calling back with his sarcastic and petty tone. And to top everything off the Xfinity store manager told me the only solution for you is to pay the whole phone cost to unlock it so you can go with another company. Warning! DO NOT GET PHONE SERVICE WITH XFINITY. DO NOT BUY ANY PHONE FROM THEM. Trust me or you will regret it.

Came in to sort out a little issue I had with my internet router. Was greeted upon entering the store and asked what I could be helped with. The gentleman had me in and out in less that 15 minutes. The store itself is very well put together and very modern. Clean. Good amount of space to sit. Products placed all about the store (voice, internet, home security, mobile devices, etc) Overall a pleasant experience

Very nice place but the wait was too long. Not enough personnel on the floor the day I visited. The Customer service personnel who waited on me seem to be having an off day. Will not visit again unless I absolutely must.
