I just had the most amazing experience when calling the Aventura Mall store to track down a shoe from Georgia. Sophie answered the phone and was so helpful with finding the shoes I needed. She offered suggestions and sent me a few pics of the shoes. I would have had to wait until May to get these sandals if Sophie didnt help me. This was the best over the phone ordering experience Ive had in a long time. Thank you Sophie! Go check her out!

This store closes at 7pm EST on Saturday, not 9pm. it will be updated shortly, but it is a well run store, and remember just because the mall is open doesnt mean all the stores are still open in it. Just to try and help others ^^

Michelle helped me and she was absolutely amazing. I honestly have never had such great customer service from this store. Employees can sometimes be standoffish and make you feel like you can’t talk to them. Michelle was the complete opposite, give her a raise lol!

Ive been looking for a pair of white sneakers for the longest..if I found a pair I liked it wasnt available in my size..well I gave Steve Madden a call and spoke with Amy who found my size and held them for me...everyone at that location was super friendly and eager to assist...nice selection of shoes/accessories and if you sign up you receive a discount on your next purchase as well as get the scoop early on upcoming sales...nice

Wow so everyone here is kind and hardworking! I love how when you walk in everyone greets you and they always ask if you need help. If the item isn’t in their store they go far beyond and try to order it/find it for you! ..Also although it’s retail they work very hard in ways of a corporates stand point.

I was shopping for heals for a cute date and I found the perfect fitting heals that made me look amazing and this girl noa helped and she was so amazing! I ended up buying 3 other pairs and they my favorite now. Definitely recommended

This is the best store in Aventura Mall, they carry very high end styles at very reasonable prices. The staff at this store is friendly and attentive and the music is always high energy. Im a regular customer at this store (definitely recommend signing up for their rewards program!) and I will keep coming back for a long time!

I came into Steve Madden Aventura mall on Black Friday and from start to finish it was a great experience they greeted me at the door brought my shoes in a timely manner and even brought out a sale shoe that I really like. Even with the crazy Day the cashiers still rung me up really quickly and they signed me up for the loyalty program so I will be getting $10 off the next time I come in. They definitely care about the customer satisfaction.

This is a decent sized Steve Madden store. This shop is geared towards a younger clientele though, most of the stuff here would be too trendy for me.I was on here on a weekday and the store was kind of busy, but nobody bothered to greet me.A lot of the sneakers here are knock offs of designer shoes by Gucci or Louis Vuitton. For example, I saw a $600 pair of Gucci sneakers in one department store at the mall, but you can find that similar style here for $90. I like that aspect of this brand.They had some really cute sandals. Some of the shoes here are fairly basic, but there are some really gaudy shoes here like mens glitter/sequin loafers. If you need a basic pair of heels for a wedding, you should be able to find it here.There was a sale rack tucked into a corner of the store with some better deals.In addition to shoes, they also carry some handbags, socks and hats.I prefer my Steve Madden store at Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise over this one.

I walked into ur store I delt with chase he was amazing. Second time I walked in he went above and beyond the call of duty. He is an asset to ur store. What a gentlemen.

Wow! The best customer service I have had in awhile, I went in the Steve Madden at Aventura mall to get heels for my girlfriend and ended up leaving with some heels, mens shoes for myself, socks and a sole. Everyone in the store was so nice and they were keep checking up on me. I will definitely be back to get stuff for my family for christmas!

Horrible horrible customer service, I had a shoe I wanted to exchange that I bought online and I was told I could exchange in store from the online customer service, I called ahead just to confirm that I could exchange in store seeing as Aventura was a great distance from my home and I was told yes, I went to the store and the cashier said I couldnt exchange all I could do was return the shoes and then repurchase it . I asked her several times why and was there any other options and she said no. She even had the nerve to make a joke about the situation, Only to fined out she lied . Idk if she’s stupid or just lazy but she should learn how to do her job if she’s gunna work in retail. I will never come back to this store nor would I recommend anyone to come here . Please try a different one

The worst service, the manager decided to act for the company and said there’s no bulk returns meaning if you by more then one item and return it you can do it it’s final sale ( REALLY ) . It must be the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard there so happy when you shop but hey when you return NOT. Not even one star for this store .
